Hey everybody. Day 41. I have been really busy, the garden has gotten out of hands. Tomorrow I will start flowering stage. Just need to go get the flowering nutes. Still havent gotten the hydroguard, my creditcard is locked so cant order shit now. But they still growing and not dead so I take it so that they can still be saved. Hope that they wont freak at the lights swap and scrog training. All the best, yours truely, MrPlow! Day 42. Today was a BUSY day. It was the last chance to clean the rez. I was a bit worried to put the net over them because it means there will not be a chance to clean them in any case, and there has been a battle with the algae and other root issues but if I want to grow them in scrog then now it is time. And I am a Scrog guy all the way, balls deep. And the shitty thing is that I still dont have the Hydroguard, BUT I bought every freaking root product Advanced Nutriets has ever made and added them to rez, hope that can keep them alive another 60 days. It has to work, I like the Scrog style so much im willing to take the risk of not cleaning the buckets until harvest. I think its a must when growing weed, if you are a commercial grower, it gives you the possibility to use every inch of the tent efficiently. Thank you. Growing cannabis is an art that seems to evolve as you learn it. While it may only take a little knowledge to get started, It seems that this may take a life-time to perfect (doubt I'll ever make that category, but I will certainly try). It gives me confidence in knowing that I am working with great genetics before I even start my grow. ---------------------------- Germination Start and incubation period 3/12/24 to 3/26/24 Transfer Day to Veg Day 6 3/27 to 4/2 Germination: First note was about the appearance of the seeds. They were smaller than I am used to seeing, but no damage or deformities and look to be in good shape. Germination took 14 days from dropping in water to transplanting into 1 gallon pots. 23hours in a glass of 6.3ph room temp RO water. 2 cracked open a little and I placed them both in paper towels wet with the glass water and pasted to the sides of the glass for 2 days then checked, no progress. So I freshened the water then waited another 2 days and checked, little to no progress. Then checked again 1 day later and finally was able to move them. One looked fully ready and the other seemed less ready. I placed in rapid rooter pods and closed with toothpick tips. 1 popped out of the pods in 1 day but the other did not. So I gave it 1 more day and started my spare seed. After 4 days of water and towels I replaced the dead pod with a growing sprout. Transplant occurred on 3/27 Veg Day 0 to 6 1gal hard tall pots. Transplant went well. The sprouts are smaller than I would like and seem to be stubborn in growth to start but hoping htat changes with soil. One pod was overgrown in the pods and Im hoping it doesn't reflect in the overall plant production. Video: Transplant ease. Transplant to 1 gal pots: I am using a 50/50, 50%perlite/50%soil with a .5lb of dolomite lime and a .5ml of flora micro added to .5 gallon of RO water (Im mixing 2 gallons of soil total so the water to soil ratio is 1/4 of the total medium volume) to achieve a soil tested ph of 6.4. I am using a 50/50 soil/perlite mix because I plan to use these in auto pots. I also used about 1 cup of the same soil mix water to pour around the plant after transplant; you can see how the perlite rises to the top where I did this. I sprayed two domes and covered - I plan to leave covered for the first week. Feed: I kept them under the domes and sprayed every day that I didnt feed them, to keep humidity up while I let them find water in the soil. By the end of the week I took the domes off and took pictures. Feed this week was another 1 cup of 6.3ph water 5 days after transplant. Feed plan next week will increase the amount to 2 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I want to see the water run through so if I need to use more than 2 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefully spreading the roots out while doing it. Veg Plan: I plan on 8 colas for each plant. So that will be 3 topping days and a total of 7 cuts. I will want to cut the first time on day 21 if I have 5+ nodes. I will transfer to 5 gallon auto pots with-in 1 week of the first topping. Once I have 3 nodes of new growth past the first topping, I will top those two branches to the first node again. (that's 3 cuts total by this point) Then, after 3 new nodes of growth after that, I will do a last topping on the 4 branches. (4 new cuts added to make a total of 7 cuts and 8 colas) I will train the branches using LST/HST with tie downs as soon as I can after the first topping day to help maintain the branches growing where I want them to. I will also introduce an adjustable tomato ring after they have settled into the 5 gallon forever pots to provide support and mobility Hopefully all goes well, and I will have 1 to 2 weeks of growth before flip after week 8. I think it sounds more ambitious than it really is, but if you follow this journal, we will see together.

The plants are growing and getting fatter and thicker by the day. I can see shoots of red pistins on the flowers and they are very sticky. The smell starts to be noticeable but I have a carbon filter so I'm sorted for now I do consider to bring ac unit

These ladies were super easy to grow. I may have been a little heavy handed with one of them but she took it like a champ. Also of of the ladiea is maturing much faster and appears ready based on Trichomes. I started flushing both plants this week.

Cut down at day 60. Now drying for approximately 10-14 days in the same room with temps at 68 degrees and 60% humidity.

Well, I've been comparing this with similar strains, untill now, i think she sugar kush is less profitable when using LST, but it works good, and the plant is nice and low

Hi, everybody. With you back in touch with the Russian gardener. Today I decided to show you my friend's tent. The size of 100 cm by 100 cm has 5 plants of auto AK 47. 5 plants-63 days. 9 weeks. He did not do LST training, but pulled them with a lamp, raising it every week by 10 cm. This is one of the most common cannabis strains on the Russian market. Thanks to strong undemanding genetics, grows almost anywhere in the most adverse conditions, great for the harsh Russian climate and for novice gardeners who with minimal skills want to get the most. As you can see, yesterday we planted 21 sprouted young plants that are preparing for guerrilla cultivation in the open air Later, when we grow them outdoors, I will create a separate diary with a detailed description. Despite the little experience of growth, my friend is a good student and a reliable person, we have grown grass together and harvested. That's why I trust him. Except him, more no one knows about my Hobbies. In this case it is necessary to observe secrecy.

Day 84 -13/01/22 I’ve harvested 4 out of the 20 so far but they seem to be takeing a lot longer than expected!! I think I really slowed them down by training them and it being to cold at night hopefully I can take some more down tomorrow because I really need space!!!!

I am an irredeemable wet-trimmer. Trimming this one was reasonably easy, but because there was so much of it ... it still took some time. Some of the "trim" was completely covered by trichomes but I treated her like any other plant in this regard and I'm satisfied with the results. The trim bucket looks ridiculous though. I added a pic of some of the last trim to the gallery. I tried to make a few videos too - I think my videomaking style is called "spaceship flies over woodlands" so please don't judge.. at least there is no audio of me making plane noises.. 💩

Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning f week 3 of flowering. The plants are doing good and growing well. There is some thrips marks on this plant, but it's the closest to the door. It gets put in the tent each night and brought out in the morning. I can see some buds forming. Lot's of white pistils. I've got Sister GG growing outside. It still has some leaf mutation going on, but it's growing. OK. Be Cool Chuck.

This was a very stressful week as there were too many variables at play all at once; even my camera refused to cooperate for the first few days. The freshly transferred plants were starting to droop and I was unsure if it was transplant shock, nutrient burn, or because of the incomplete grow tent. My first batch of nutrients were mixed into a gallon bottle and was weighed by a friend using his scale; this set was enough to last weeks. For this new batch however, I didn't have my scale and used the table spoon as my measuring tool; needless to say when my TDS meter finally arrived, both runoff and the remainder of the mixed nutrients read 2800. Fortunately my light setup seemed to be inefficient still and the plants weren't drawing much nutrients and only ended up with a very light burn on the older growth. All pots were flushed back to recommend levels and the light lowered until the lux values read appropriate. This week ends my daily comments and I'll stick to this end of the week format going forward.
