I've had some trouble since transplanting. Seemed to be either, root rot or perhaps a potassium deficiency issue. The leaves were all yellowing from the outside moving in, starting on the lower leaves, growth didn't stop though. Anyway, I watered with natural liquid-based fertilizer and it seemed to have corrected itself.

D33 (24/12/2020): First week of flowering. Both officially went into flower 4-5 days ago but I decided to finish the week before starting first flower week. I fed around 3L of water today, they were thirsty. I mixed full recommended dose of nutrients for last week of veg in 1,75 gal. of water. I want to go slow in reintroducing nutrients after 2 flush last week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3L per plant, PH6.4. 600 PPM - run off: 900 PPM for Banana Kush and 800 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 54% D34 (25/12/2020): Nothing special today except that it's Christmas, everything is going well. RH is higher today since higher temperature where I live but nothing crazy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 58% D35 (26/12/2020): I removed leaves under canopy today and fed with a gallon of water + minerals each plant. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3,75L per plant, PH6.8, 350 PPM - run off: 750 PPM for Banana Kush and 600 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 55% D36 (27/12/2020): I readjusted some ties because they are stretching like crazy! The buds are forming and more pistils are showing. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 53% D37 (28/12/2020): Still readjusting the ties and removed leaves today. The lights are now at 24 inch and plants receive around 495-525 PPFD (38 0000 to 40 000 lux). I'm aiming to go above 600 PPFD in the next week. I will check how they react with more light. - temp: 24C - no water - RH: 54% D38 (29/12/2020): I gave approx. 3.5 L of water per plant. I used 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3.5L per plant, PH 6.4, 720 PPM - run off: 900 PPM and PH6.8 for Glue Gelato; 800 PPM and 6.8PH for Banana Kush - RH: 54% D39 (30/12/2020): Removed more leaves under canopy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 54%

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/1- Week Seven of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both taking off with vigorous growth! I have started to include TPS Plant Foods Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae/Beneficial Bacteria to my top dresses to give the plants some extra resilience to the heat that will be coming soon. I've had great success using this combination which really helps with heat stress and can also help to prevent other issues, such as disease and fungus attacks! 6/3- I have upped my waterings to daily, and am now giving the 'Testers' 2g of water a day, along with weekly Compost Teas. 6/5- I topped both plants side branches today, as well as removing some lower small shoots and lower shade leaves to help direct energy to the upper sections where it will needed most. 6/7- Well fam, there goes Week Seven of veg, the weather is getting hotter by the day and these two beautiful girl continue to explode with growth! D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

The two plants in the back of the tent are definitely taller because they got left outside for an additional week. The two plants in the front are flowering nicely and the back plants are making signs that they are flowering too. I did some major defoliation and the plants looked pretty lollipopped now.

Die Ente hat sich relativ einfach gestaltet da ich nur Blätter abgeschnitten habe die kein Harz Besatz hatten. Die anderen zuckerblätter wenn sie trocken sind da es einfacher ist und sich so auch die Blüten schöner beschneiden lassen ich freue mich schon darauf. Mein erster Grow mit Divine Seeds Genetik macht Lust auf mehr!

We are in flower ! Trainwreck is doing great, the defoliation delivered the shape I wanted like always, simple training but can change the plant shape a lot. The flower stretch went super well, I think she will stretch a bit more but should be almost done. I cleaned the lower branches completely to avoid any problems down below, better airflow and less risk for Pm etc. Still not using any nutrients, all living soil from Sonnenerde.

Che ve ne pare? Ha iniziato prefioritura giusto una settimana fa, la prossima credo sia molto interessante. La pianta non mi ha portato nessuno problema fin ora, neanche in ambito fitofagi. È in forza e pronta a mordere e la cosa che piu mi appaga è il non usare fertilizzanti chimici o organominerali. La strada ora è tutta rosa e fiori contento e soddisfatto qualsiasi sia il risultato. Concimazione con compost autoprodotto + My banana biobloom/macerato e compostato+ algabloom a stimolazione. Grazie per la visione,per info rispondetemi.
