Hey growers, not much to report I have had good progress this week. The Purple Punch is still alittle ahead of the WW still but not much. I saw some pistols start popping as I tried to show in the video but was hard to get, so right on time with the early flower stages. I have started to do some leaf tucking as well to help get some light exposure which has worked wonders! All in all good week nothing to complain 🙌 See ya next week✌️ Happy Growing 🌳

I struggled with this plant the whole grow cycle. She still came out alright in my opinion. She did foxtail due to heat. For a first photoperiod grow in DWC I did good in my opinion. Learned a lot more, and been applying those techniques now. She grew under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light in a New Level Hydro bucket. I used hygrozyme during grow. I will need to put her in natural sunlight to cool her down. She is not coping to well with the light penetration. I will keep a close eye on her over the next few weeks!

15 seeds germinated. 100% success rate. Seeds have been planted in a mix that has volcano ash and bat guano. The mix gets the seeds off to a great start without the worry of adding nutrients. Over the next few days they'll receive water twice a day. We water about 100ml at a time 3x a day. We water in circular motion to encourage the roots to grow out.

My Grand Turismo plant is one of the smaller ones, but it's definitely a favorite. The leaves are so short and stubby with these cool ridges that make them look really unique. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Day 2; 48 hrs the Fat Bastard seed's root was long enough to go into soil today. I use Happy Frog soil for seedlings. The soil cup will stay on the heat mat insuring the temp is kept at 75°F. Day1; 24 hrs and the Fat Bastard seed has a visible tap root. I'll wait a little longer before putting it in soil. I like to see the root about a quarter inch before planting. Day 0; germination, paper towel method.
