Grow Diary - Week 1: Germination of Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid Automatic Introduction: Greetings, Growmies! Salokin here, thrilled to share the exciting germination week of our newest addition, Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid Automatic. A special shout-out to Patricia from the Zamnesia family for granting us the opportunity to be among the first to cultivate this fantastic strain. Our journey begins as we prepare these seedlings for their future home in the controlled environment of Tent X. Germination Process: On January 24th, the Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid Automatic seeds were carefully placed in the EZ-Plug germination setup. After a brief 1 1/2 days in these nurturing plugs, the seeds sprouted, marking the commencement of their growth journey. The uniformity in their germination is impressive, showcasing synchronized and promising starts for each seedling. Growing Environment: While they're not yet in the Tent X environment, our Watermelon Candy seedlings are thriving in their current setup. We're preparing the optimal conditions for their transition into the controlled environment. Observations: The seedlings exhibit a thriving and lush green appearance, though slightly trailing their tent mates. This expected difference in early-stage growth is carefully monitored, and adjustments are made to ensure optimal conditions. Had a little light burn, besides that I think they’re happy!

I'm in love with the structure on this sugar cane. She takes training easily and has developed a beautiful canopy of tops without much effort. It's almost like she just knows what I want her to do. Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

Still flushing one plant with flawless finish

At the start of the week these Lemmosas got their first nutes. GONZO FARMS - GROW (as Organic as possible!) was applied as a nutrient tea, slowly poured at the base of the plant. Then, a couple days later, the light was turned up to 6, AND they got bent and tied down. By the end of WEEK 7 they got trimmed and rearranged. They are looking great as they get ready for the flowering stage in a couple of weeks. 👽

Excellent week of growth, we're in the second week of flower on the two little ones so I have begun the pollination process. The donor plant is almost as tall as me now it's ridiculous how big this plant gets. If I was doing a flower run Id have a staggering amount of cannabis at the end, as it is I have enough pollen to impregnate all of Canada lol, best steer clear of my facility lest you want a baby :)

I decided to give more PK. Now we are not far from harvest.

My Skunk Apple Run plant is still a bit young, but I can see those buds starting to form. It's a bit of a slow starter, with buds popping up all over the place instead of a nice even line. We'll see if adjusting the light cycle or its food might help it along. I'll keep you posted on any changes. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Day 22 girls got watered today with double nutrition and are doing great Day 23 we had a few without yellow tips so we thought they could use a flush but some to realize it’s probably low on something so normal water tomorrow Day 24 today we found out we were not putting enough cal mag the instructions said 2ml for one liter not gal. So today we hooked them up and started some LST Day 25 we started LST on all the girls Day 27 still working on LST I over watered the girl yesterday so today the got a day off Day 28 girls got watered today bottom was a little dry everyone is handling LST well so happy to see all the bud sights

Stretching has stopped.. now i think they will start to get fat. Smell is so sweet now! 💚

I'm using the new moisture sensors that arrive and for test I extended the dry back to see how it works and how I should using with the Irrigation System. For that reason the Run-Off it getting higher but not to much concern... One of my surprise was the response of the plants is start to made more flowering spots like how Crop Steering say... For me it the first time I try to apply this technique of course is not in professional way but to me is a good approach to now how to use it. 420 Fastbuds week 4 Cherry Cola Auto What up grow fam. Hopefully your grows are going amazing. This week has been awesome with the girls going in the flower stage. Showing preflower sites all over the place. I did add 1tsp/gal of some Calimagic from GH. It seemed to stop the rust spots from getting worse. One of them is an absolute mess showing signs of all kind of bad. I thought it was over watered but still a little uncertain. Will toss the dice and keep up the same routine and see what happens.
