Hello growers! Tonns of defoliation and branch management this week. I added 2nd pack of stretching wires I actually don't know how to manage THAT amount of branches Shall we count this stage as a flower or veg. Well, it's transitioning At the beginning of the week PPM was 1040, by the end it's 1700+ It's hard to maintain correct level, when we add water, not changing it, i wanted to add more bloom nutrients. And she dinks well now.

Medium: 🥥🥥🥥🥥 Coco remains as the most manageable medium in our arsenal. It’s simplistic, similar to conventional soil but as a nutrient neutral medium, it’s also much more tailored to the growers preferences in terms of feeding. It’s best attribute is excellent drainage and consistency - a lot fluffier than soil which definitely translates to faster growth rates. It’s a damn shame that this particular grower forgot the cardinal f$&@king rule when it comes to any grow - always water to run off and pay attention to the strength of the feed in relation to the plants growth stage. If we had followed these basic principles we wouldn’t have run into the serious late stage burn that almost toasted the whole plant. On the flip side of that, coco flushes out incredibly well and if not for this attribute, the whole grow would’ve been an unmitigated disaster. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Uggghhh - hindsight f$&@‘n sucks sometimes. Best descriptor for how we grew this girl - imagine having the dinner table set with your finest china, a bottle of the most expensive red wine you can find, a brand new top-o-the-line BBQ, and then burning the absolute f$&k out of a $40 prime rib. That’s exactly how this grow feels... We were looking to scrog it the whole time and this went perfectly. The plant helped quite a bit with longer than expected internodal spacing. This allowed for a really even canopy/bed of buds. Again though, the vipar 450w (truly a 200w~) shit the bed mid veg. And we needed a replacement. Went with a 100w SpiderFarmer QB. While I truly am pleased with the purchase I do believe that we should’ve upp’d to the 200w model (or 2, 100w models) to achieve a similar output and result - @silverback_guerilla was right on point with the lighting advice (*again). Given the reduced yield it just feels like the nodal spacing and overall bud quality may have suffered with the reduced power. This, despite the better light spectrum and overall coverage in general. As an aside - an additional Fixture is now on the way😉👍. Worst part about this is we’ll never really know what the true limiting factor actually was due to the nute burning. Probably the single most stupid, rook mistake I could’ve made was not watering to runoff.... just too much shit going down in the world (and in life) these days and I started to treat the grow like it was on auto pilot🤬🤬🤬. The whole worlds a cluster f$&k right now so why should the grow be any different right? 4/5 for the method, losing1 point because the grower is a lazy moron. Yield/Harvest🌴 The final numbers are better than expected, 2.26oz of usable bud. Not overly fluffy and not overly dense. Not glazed in frost but not without a little shimmer. All around mediocre unfortunately. What it coulda? Shoulda? Woulda been??? Note sure 🤔 but we’ll take it👍. On a more positive note - There was still another new addition to our grow cycle. This time on the back end. Everyone knows that trimming just plain sucks. When we’re spitt’n out 3-4 plants every few months, the exercise is a dreaded necessity if were gonna maintain the vast array of choice that we’re used to🤙👌. The whole process just for one plant can take hours unless you have help. We prefer to wet trim too so for those that don’t require a commercial size trimmer, the only option to save some time is a trim bowl. We bit the bullet, dropped the cash on one - have NOT been disappointed at all! Not only did it cut the chop process from 2-3 hours down to a mere 45 minutes, the buds literally came out rack ready. There was no need to do any touch up trimming and the bud photos you see are as-is, right out the bowl🤩. Really coulda used this last fall and I would recommend this to anyone who chops more than a handful of plants per year. Just awesome and worth every penny!👌🤙👍 At times like these, we should all just be thankful that we still have both the opportunity and ability to grow our own✌️. Week 5 begins for Mandarin dreams and Divine storm. All four ladies look happy and healthy with minor deficiency signs. All four are bulking up and frosty as my windows (it's -21 °c)! My second girl is really having a rough time coping with hot temperatures. Summer is really hot where I'm from. It's about 40 outside.. and it's gonna get worse with heatwaves soon.I had been turning on my AC lately but ones I turn it off temp goes up in 10 minutes.. I tried putting ice buckets next to the opening vents in my tent.. but it didn't seem too make a big difference. I added another small fan inside the tent and big fan outside in the room for more cool air circulation. I just hope I can make my girl survive till the end. The buds are still getting bigger and the smell increases with days. Leafs started to die off tho and some started lose colour or get crispy. There's so much leafs that I can't even defoliatiate them all and don't want to touch the buds a lot to ruin them.LOOK AT HER THO SHE IS A BEAST! 🖤🖤👽 I've heard that with heat your pH goes down even if you gave her the correct one. So I think I've got that problem because I calibrate my pH meter every time I use it to avoid problems with pH. Will see in the future...she've got another 2 weeks I'm assuming. Gonna check trichomes in a few days, last time I checked they just started to get milky. I hate summer and heat 😭 it was doing all well before it got soo hot 👿👿🙏💪💪👀👀 oh well Cya next week with an update.

Gorilla Runtz is my shortest plant. It’s nice and short a stickier than most of the other all the other plants were stretchers. This plant has some good stacking. It would be a great plant to get a little longer b4 the flip and don’t defol it before mid flower you will get a lot more out of it than I did.

Flowering day 15 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) This week the ladies developed beautifully 👍. The stretch has started very strongly :-) . Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. Upgrade light to 900w purple This week I feed her with light nutrients and High dose bloombastic 1.5 ml per litre This strain love nutrients while my other plant keep piss me off till now I never flush her always with max dose nutrients and never any problems Today day 67 I measured run off and was 1800ppm and I never have any problems she loves nutrients but now I give her just water with 1ml bloombastic till finiah to bring down ppm also I cut most fan leaves to keep bud dense and heavy (recommend by friend ) So let see I think she is ready in 7 to 10 days not long left Day 68 I flush her with 15L water to bring down ppm to 1000 and after that just feed her 1.5 ml bloombastic till finish
