This grow started on October 20, and today is December 26, which puts the plants into Week 9 of the overall cycle. The last defoliation and pruning was done around December 16. After that, I made a conscious decision to stop cutting and stressing the plants. Earlier in veg I definitely over-stressed them — too much training, too many interventions. In hindsight, that slowed things down instead of helping. From this point on, the goal was to let the plants recover, grow freely, and build momentum in order to reach the flowering stage as smoothly and quickly as possible. Lesson learned for future grows: less stress fewer unnecessary cuts more patience Sometimes the hardest part is not touching the plants at all, especially when your hands are itching to train and optimize everything. Week 9 is about recovery, structure, and preparation for flower. Next week marks the start of flowering.

Didn't stretch as much as she might have done which suits me. On target for plenty of compact buds. Taking the Shogun coco nutrient range like a champ. Only issue I've had is having to defoliate more times than I'd like.

Beautiful progress with this girl. Can't really tell from pics, but some of her fan leaves are turning a purple tint, like her sugar leaves. Been feeding max strength compost tea with every watering, and she really enjoys it so far. Also, a little update on the clones I plucked from her a few weeks back. 6 of them successfully rooted, and now I'm hardening them off in the veg tent. 1 is already progressing onto vegetative growth. So her legacy continues :) Update 01/27/22: Her lower leaves are beginning to yellow and i see a nice mauve color spreading onto the fan leaves. I don't believe the leaves yellowing are a result of a deficiency or anything bad. She drinks at a fast rate, prays upwards first thing in the morning, and continues to stack her buds at a solid pace. And shes getting plenty of phosphorous, potassium and a bit of nitrogen as well. Shes getting fed blackstrap molasses with every feeding, which has a lot of calcium and magnesium. So after considering all of that, I think she'll just chug right along. As it's more likely just how this strain is. I remember my first run having a rather light-toned leaf coloration. Anyways, im starting to get a slight whiff of that infamous "purps" smell when I open the tent. It'll be hard to keep my head out of the tent come week 5, because I remember this strain being such a beauty. And I think I'm doing a better job with this run than my first. Each of the girls is showing off her unique personality, and I’m especially stoked about the Papaya Zoap—she’s really coming into her own! The scrog net is nearly filled out just how I wanted it, and I can feel we’re so close to flipping to flower. The anticipation is real! 😁 But before we get to flowering, let’s take a dive into something that makes this grow so smooth—ThinkGrow LED drivers and cables. ThinkGrow LED Drivers – Plugging Into Success 💡🔗 This week, I had a chance to work deeper with the ThinkGrow LED system, and honestly, it’s like a dream come true for efficiency. I’ve been using the TLD-4 Four Spectrum Control Channels Model One LED Driver, and let me break down how it works. The drivers attach directly to the bars—super sleek and no extra bulk. And, the connections? It’s a matter of matching the male and female connectors on the TDC-2 Daisy Chain Cord. It’s like a simple puzzle that snaps together perfectly. The TDC-4 cord takes it to the next level, connecting the top bars to the ICL-300 Inner-Canopy LED Bar, giving complete control and balance across every layer of my canopy. Why is this important? 2024-07-21 Indoor We are coming to an End. The lovely Opium is about to get Harvested. iam so pleased with this Strain. The Indoor Plant shows very good ripeness along the Colas, the Plant itself is stimm lovely green, only a few leaves are fading. so I normally say, she still has Time. Bit the trichomes say another thing.All Milky, and a good amount of brown trichomes her smell is amazing, the domestic secnt is like apricot/ peach, with some delicous undertones. OUTDOOR This lady prepares for flower, shes in stretch and made 20 cm plus the last week. She drinks minimum 5l but is asking for more. and shes hungry, so she gets feedings every other day, until i see , that she stops stretching. fantastic Girls there is stimm a 3rd plant growing outdoors, she sits in a 30l Pot , i havent decided where to finish her. so stay tuned for the last big cut, and for the Update Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. The buds are getting bigger everyday and are spread very nicely. This strain is growing very well so far and should be great smoke

I’m just giving water this week and she seems to be doing great, happy color and healthy stems! I’m going to be giving a tea in addition to their watering some time soon but other than that she’s been on cruise control 🤙 I did alternate my fans around in the tent to avoid wind burn and I also added a dehumidifier to my room that has my grow tent so I can gradually bring the RH down as needed. Peeking through the soil, my rainbow melon seedling is finally here! Its tiny leaves are a vibrant shade of green, and I can just imagine the colorful melons it'll produce. I'm excited to watch it grow and can't wait to share the sweet and juicy fruit with family and friends.
