hey guys so another week has passed all beasting along got a few high temp days coming and still a week or so for air con unit . But girls seem be loving the heats even when getting up to 30degree . Done a little deflowation clean up the under , ordered some epsom salts and mollasses a few days ago to assist in flower , still only r/o water and calmax then ph seem to be way forward and my soil mix is defo doing wonders . Nonostante la temperatura notturna calata drasticamente fino ad 8 gradi più pioggia, vento e sbalzi di temperatura vari, comunque le gorilla sono cresciute nel migliore dei modi, più di 700 grammi essiccata una sola gorilla dico si può pretendere di più da un seme femminizzato outdoor? Dolci fruttate e forti, ottime per uso ricreativo e medico.. La particolarità della gorilla xl di dutchfem è che è specialmente dolce e fruttata a tratti ricorda la torta di ciliegia.. Si sente che sono alte di thc.. Facili da crescere outdoor con le giuste attenzioni resistono a freddo, muffa e pioggia e non subiscono invasioni da insetti come altre varietà.. 10 e lode di voto, provare per credere! Esta semana seleccionamos las plantas más adelantadas de nuestro cultivo, para colocarlas bajo la nueva luminaria Led LazerLite Pro 720 de The Pure Factory, con la potencia ajustada al 50%. Miramos de que las cuatro variedades estén representadas bajo el led y bajo las lamparas HID, de esta forma podremos ver las diferencias entre los dos sistemas. Seguimos con nuestra rutina de fertilización para la fase vegetativa Grow Soldier + Green Mystic by JUJU Royal y CALMAG de BioBizz. Al final de la semana, cambiamos el ciclo lumínico para pasar a 12/12 Floración.

Day 94 Harvesting and making Hash with the cut leaves. 5weeks of veg and 9,5weeks of flowering Pot size 6L

I am busy all weekend, so I wanted to make sure I got something out of the grow (just in case). I might use a good portion of this harvest for rosin and for when friends ask :) That is if the second plant lasts until next week. I cant ask my wife to keep an eye on water, roots, or bud.

End of week 2, veg. This little lady is finally catching up to the others in the tent. She has a typical sativa look to her for being so young, which is cool. After doing this for so long you kinda get a feel for seedlings. We watered with alfalfa Ferment as usual and these girls are in love lol. Note: At time of writing the Runtz has had 2 weeks cure, will update the review and rate it after 2+ months cure. Hermied a bit, has very few seeds so not too bad. Growth review: - vigorous grower during veg - solid stretch - medium internode distance - small sized buds - lower buds not too airy - very easy/not fussy - medium amount of smell - 80+ days flower (12/12) in hydro DWC under full spectrum led - responded well to various lst techniques Ease of growth rating: 9/10 General note: --> For me personally this strain NEEDS a good cure and is not worth smoking yet... It has a bit of a citrus grassy (not hay) taste, with some 'special' fruity smells to it that remind a bit of grapes/cassis. When grinding/opening the curing pots there is a pretty dank heavy weed smell so I think the quality will come out after a few months of cure... In its current state not worth smoking for the taste or effect after 14 days cure. --> Currently the effect is not very strong, easy to handle and I need a lot to feel a bit. The effect lasts for short compared to the average strains I smoke. Should develop more character with a longer cure. Hash making notes: - water extraction of the trim yielded 16g of hash (45mc-220mc) - rosin has a bit too much of a weird spicy grassy taste which make it a bit unpleasant, waiting till the buds improve with cure to try again - rosin color at 80c is yellow/white/beige creamy waxy, with hard consistency - rosin color at 95c is golden with hard consistency

Moved to tent and topped with some low stress training as well nothing crazy so far just waiting for the bottom nods to stretch out for more training. Feeding is just Ro water ph'd between 6.5 to 7.0. Will feed nutrients if I see a deficiency so maybe in 2 weeks.

Great growth this week despite a pretty scary heat wave that rose my tent temp from 78-84/85...but she survived!

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.
