the cold has arrived and it shows!! what a nice progression towards purple/orange colors!! I absolutely love those nuances. had a little check on the trichomes, we are almost there, the brownish/milky ones are still few against the transparent ones, but in a matter of a few days I hope they are gonna balance. i wanna exploit those last sunny days, then the average temperature is gonna be too much cold, making impossible all the biology process, or at least too slow to be appreciated. So next update is gonna be the cut, early in the morning.

Chugging along. Really stretching now and starting to show first signs of real buds. Plants are taking in more water now so I upped the feed from 1.5 to 2 litres. Haven't moved the lights, just letting the plants grow up to them. Rotating plants around 90 degrees at least once weekly. No more defoliation, leaving the LST spots alone but making sure they're not strangling branches in any way. Ride, ride, ride, let it ride!

Tak holky v sedmém týdnu květu, green jsem musel ovázat jelikož boční větve neudrží váhu palic a nechci ho už vyndavat ze stanu a bych ho nepolamal a jelikož nepobral green sensation tak dobře jako killer , nechám ho nejspíš dojet na základu a asi přidám trochu calmagu. Killer ten zatím baští všechno co dostane a moc si nestěžuje.

**Encontrarás la traducción a español al final de la descripción** From/Desde: 08/03/19 || To/Hasta: 14/03/19 From day/Desde día: 15 || To day/Hasta día: 21 You can find the Gorillas Diary here: ** Podéis encontrar el diario de las Gorilla aquí:** https://growdiaries.com/diaries/25675-makingmoney-with-gorilla-mm-vs-gorilla -----IMAGES & VIDEOS----- Video 1: 7 days TimeLapse, +/- 1 image each 180 secs @ 30 fps, you can see how beauty is the dance of this babies and how are they growing. This is a fast timelapse adjusted to 1 minute for instagram, if you want to see the 3:21 min complete video (1fx60s 30fps) it's uploaded on the gorillas diary named abobe. Video 6: An overview video of the babies, moments before i performed the first topping/man-linning/prunning/LST on the biggest gorilla. The other one is recovering at time from those ugly color marks she has on them leaves. As the leaves seems not healthy i decided to not perform the man-lining on this one until it has a pair of healthy main leaves on which i can trust to guide. -----WEEK SUMMARY----- I traveled to Venice this week and i have very few photos, also i returned with a terrible flu, so i'm not going to take too much photos for the next week too, i'm so sorry. The Money Makers are growing healthy and equitative, with very short nodal distances as you can see in photos 4 & 5, i'm not going to perform the same main-lining technique i'm doing with the gorilla, i'm going to test some things. With the Money Makers i'm going to perform something similar to the man lining but with 3 or 4 floors, i'll be twisting the main branch to create a circular horizontal proppagation with 6 or 8 branches. First i will fix the heights of the floors and then i will push them horizontally. Let's see where they go ;). -----WATERING CALENDAR----- 12/03/19 - 700 ml with all week nutrients @ 0.95 E.C. PH5.9 12/03/19 - FOLIAR - Used about 25 ml of (200 ml water with 1ml Pro Active, 2 ml Plant Vitality + and 0.1 ml Foliar Spray) *****ESPAÑOL***** -----IMÁGENES & VÍDEOS----- Vídeo 1: TimeLapse de 7 días, +/- 1 imagen cada 180 segundos @ 30fps, observad la maravillosa danza de las nenas y cómo crecen.

Plants are doing great. Will be harvesting at some point this week. Plant and pistils seem mature but the trichomes could use a little bit of time

Merry Christmas everyone from Sunshine and me! Thank you for following another update and I hope you and yours are enjoying yourselves! She is still filling out her bud sites and the buds have grown considerably so in my case she seems more of a late-bloomer, she is covered in trichomes and smells like exotic fruit. Removed some more leaves, she had some more humid areas that could go moldy. Started only giving plain water since a couple of days. The previous time with the final shot of perma tea. She is clearly ending her run and my guess is that the soil still has high nute level, coming days will start flushing with more water I don't know if I can give her days of darkness since shell probably go first. I will try, but no clue how yet. Thank you all and have a good one! Hug Bud and Sunshine

My plants have been doing well filling out the net a little more I added a second net last week the purple mountain majesty has started showing a bunch of white hairs at but sites also this plant is showing signs of nutrient burn but the other two (Larry lemon and PGC) seem to be in love with the grow dots and I haven’t hands any issues no drooping no discoloration no problems at all I think these grow dots are a good choice so far we’ll see when we flip to flower this week

Week 8 Flower – Roller Coaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) The Final Act of a Beautiful Journey Here we are, Week 8 of flower, and the Roller Coaster Haze girls are at their absolute peak. Massive, elegant, and shining with frost — these plants are true works of living art. The colas are huge, dense, and heavy, coated in trichomes that glisten under the lights. The aroma is intense, that unmistakable hay-sweet haze scent filling the room the moment you approach them. It’s been an incredible journey from seed to this point — full of learning, adjustments, and evolution — and the girls are showing their gratitude with a breathtaking display. ⸻ Light Defoliation & Canopy Health This week, we performed a light defoliation, focusing mainly on yellowing and fading fan leaves. At this stage, the goal isn’t to push growth, but to maintain airflow and prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to bud rot or other late-stage issues. By selectively removing what the plant no longer needs, we’re allowing more light to penetrate the canopy and helping the buds finish strong and clean. The fading is beautiful — a sign that the plants are naturally consuming their reserves as they approach the end of their cycle. ⸻ Aroma, Density & Structure Each branch tells a story of energy and balance. The colas are dense and resin-packed, sticky to the touch, with pistils slowly darkening and curling inward. The aroma has deepened, becoming more earthy and hazy, with a sweet undertone that hints at the potency within. These are true haze beauties — towering, expressive, and powerful. Every part of the plant speaks of the care, patience, and intention behind this grow. ⸻ Feeding & Environment We have now completely stopped nutrient feeding. This week’s watering is plain, clean water only, measured at: • EC: 0.3 • pH: 6.8 – 7.2 The goal is to gently flush out any remaining salts and allow the plants to finish on what remains in the super soil. This natural fade encourages better flavor and cleaner results after harvest. Environmental conditions remain steady despite the high outdoor temperatures. With careful management through TrolMaster and Spider Farmer controls, we’re keeping: • Temperature: around 28°C • Humidity: 60–65% • VPD: approximately 1.3 Everything stays balanced and stable to allow the final ripening stage to unfold smoothly. ⸻ Light Adjustments – Simulating the End of the Season To mimic the natural end of the season, we’ve begun gradually lowering the white light intensity, while pushing the red, far-red, and UV spectrums to 100%. This spectrum shift signals to the plants that the cycle is ending, stimulating final ripening, color development, and resin production. The reds encourage energy transfer in the deeper parts of the canopy, while UV light helps enhance secondary metabolite production — the oils, terpenes, and resins that give Roller Coaster Haze her unique flavor and strength. ⸻ Reflections & Recap From seed to this stage, this run has been all about precision, patience, and experimentation. The Roller Coaster Haze responded beautifully to the Aptus + Plagron blend, the controlled environment, and the small adjustments we made each week. The natural fade is now in full display — leaves turning golden and soft while the buds continue to swell and frost over. The plants are enormous and full of life, and the garden is filled with that unmistakable late-flower perfume that makes this stage so magical. ⸻ What to Expect Next Expect: • Final ripening, with trichomes transitioning from cloudy to amber • Continued fading of the fan leaves • Aroma deepening even further, more earthy and hazy notes • Buds hardening and resin maturing for peak potency Not to Expect: • Any new vegetative growth • Heavy feeding — water only from now until harvest ⸻ Final Words Week 8 is the calm before the harvest. The girls are thriving, finishing strong, and showing every bit of love and work poured into them over the past two months. The Roller Coaster Haze truly lived up to her name — a thrilling, rewarding, and beautiful ride. We’re almost there. One or two more weeks, and it’ll be time to cut, dry, and celebrate what nature and care created together. Thank you all for following along on this journey. 🌿✨ Let’s grow together, – DD (DogDoctorOfficial) 💚 ⸻ 🌸 Quick Summary – Week 8 Flower • Stage: Week 8 of Flower • Plants: Roller Coaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) • Feeding: Plain water only • EC: 0.3 • pH: 6.8–7.2 • Environment: Temp 28°C / RH 60–65% / VPD 1.3 • Work done: Light defoliation (yellow/faded leaves removed) • Lighting: Whites reduced gradually / Reds, Far-Reds & UVs at 100% • Notes: Massive dense colas, strong haze aroma, full fade in progress • Outlook: Entering final ripening — harvest soon! 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. The plants have continued to grow very fast this week, easily doubling in size again. I moved them closer to the light to 80 cm from 90cm. Watering as needed and I am keeping the soil surface moist with light watering twice a day. I fed some Biobizz Biogrow and some organic teas this week. Low stress training was very effective and the plant responded well except one which stated quite short. I will see if it bounces back or it may be stunted.

Day 21 Veg: Hi all. Hope we are all free and healthy in the grow diaries community this week. It has been a very enjoyable and productive week this week. The purple monkey are gaining a nice size and taking to training really well. Their bases are getting thicker and i am now seeing small white female hairs at their bracts. I think flowering is very close now on these ladies. All three are looking very healthy and green with no signs of any issues to worry about so far. They are all reaching the pots edges with their side branches now so should make a decent sized canopy and bush after the stretch has finished. I did strip lower, small tips out too so that air can reach all of their budsites from underneath too. Banana Mash is a little behind the monkey so far and has no real gender signs yet. The mutant is growing out a little better now but is still looking odd. I have included 3 seeds that came from my last exotic run and where in some of thenbuds that I harvested. I suspect a lemon mimosa xhicked some pollen before I took her/he down and it hit all of the strains except 1. I now have about 100 seeds crossed with the mimosa lemon amd have kept each seed batch separate so I can have some idea of at least the mothers genetics if mimosa isn't daddy !!. They are also doing really well with the Mango cream X being the best looking so far. be interesting to see if they remain autos of just keep growing as photoperiod. I am adding the Megacrop to feeds now as I approach flowering and plan to germinate the next exotic goodies to join the second harvest. ( to follow...) They are all being trained now amd have taken to the idea quite well. I did have a snap on one of the Purple monkey ladies but tape should rescue the buds on that limb hopefully. So there we have it , another good week with plenty to do and the next week should hopefully see the start of some flowering stretch to wrestle with as they explode with growth. lol be well growmies.
