seeds: Montel Iced Tea, Body Count, Bubbles Blueberry F4, Ricky’s Hash Plant, Black Tangi Tea → standouts / "otherworldly" These are clearly your current stars — better structure, resin, and overall quality than most of the others you've tried. Auto Flowers: Humboldt Seed Company — best autos you've grown. Extremely resinous, especially the OG Triploid. Top tier for autos. Fast Buds — very close second. Super fast, nice flavors, reliable. You like them a lot but note they're in a different class (not fair to directly compare to Humboldt). Why RQS Strains Underperformed The 7/10 rating and "needed a lot of power to switch to flower" comment is classic for some RQS genetics, especially certain autos or hybrids. Possible reasons: Genetics: Some RQS lines are finicky about light schedules or have slower/more reluctant flowering responses. Mike Tyson 2.0 and Corkscrew apparently needed the 12/12 flip to finally push. Light/Environment: With five tents running, light penetration, spectrum, or intensity might not have been ideal for these particular strains. Autos can be sensitive to stress during the transition. Nutrient response: They may have needed more phosphorus/potassium or different ratios to bulk up properly. The fact that you had to force Corkscrew into 12/12 at week 20 and it's now only "OK" suggests it was a slower or lower-yielding pheno for your conditions. Strong Performers Brothers Grimm → These sound like the real winners in your tent right now. Brothers Grimm has a reputation for unique, high-quality landrace-influenced genetics with excellent resin and flavor profiles. "Otherworldly better" is high praise — they clearly thrive in your setup. Humboldt Seed Company autos → Excellent choice for resin production. OG Triploid is a standout for trichome density. Fast Buds → Reliable, fast, flavorful — a safe, consistent auto line. Recommendations Going Forward Double down on what works: Keep running more Brothers Grimm (especially the ones you loved). Stick with Humboldt for autos when you want maximum resin. Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. Hello Diary, After exactly 10 weeks, the Apollo F1 is ready for harvest. 79 days since I put the seed in the ground. 75 days since Apollo F1 rose from the ground. Great strain, I had no problems during all 10 weeks of growth and development. Finally, as seen in the photos, Apollo F1 is a feast for the eyes, the flowers are hard packed, full of trichomes. Even on the lower branches the flowers are very hard. For the last week, watering was usual, every three days. After cutting off the stem at the bottom, I put the plant upside down in the grow box to dry. Here's what the last week looked like. 02/07/2023 - Day 64. Watering. I watered the plant with about 2 liters of water. 05/07/2023 - Day 67. Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier. 08/07/2023 - Day 70. Photography and harvesting. I put it to dry upside down and will leave it to dry for at least 2 weeks. That's it from me. I wrote everything I thought was important. Started the week out with a mini flush and nutrient change. Plants are looking healthy and seem to be slowing down on the stretch and beginning to form some beautiful bud sights. I defoliated the main plants in the beginning of the week for the last time and will let them finish out their grow without anymore haircuts lol. The BW clones both have stretched pretty tall so far for being a clone going straight to 12/12. The CW clone is doing well and filling out already. So far so good on the grow.

Sorry I'm only getting in touch now, I realized (unfortunately too late) that I still had the timer set to 12/12 from the start 😏😒 I tried to reverse it to the vegi phase after I saw that they were blooming, but the impulse was already too strong, so it's better to continue with 12/12h, so much for that I'm very excited about the result but the plants from anesia seeds are growing excellently! And it already smells abnormally cool 🤤❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥☝️👌 I wish you a nice week you!? Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.
