Hello fellow growers, I am pleased to start this new journey with you. I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually. Hey Guys, Growth has taken off a lot this past week, have had to add a heater to the grow which isn’t ideal but with warmer months coming this should only be temporary. I have the thermostat set to start the heater when temps go below 23°c. Watching Dr Bruce Bugbee on YouTube, he stated that growth does start to suffer below this temperature. One of the plants has some odd colours and growth which I’m pretty sure is Mg deficiency, which is probably due to that particular girl being more sensitive to PH swings than the rest of the ladies. I have had to insulate some of the circulating pipes as the water cooler was struggling to keep the water baths cool. Seems to have helped keep temps down a couple more degrees, I mate have to reconfigure where my water cooler is in the piping run after this grow Finally a special thanks to the GD team for selecting my previous diary for DOTM, very flattering considering some of the great content that was submitted for March 2020! Watered after 7 days, was looking a bit limp so may add a small water mid week. LST on main stem to expose other bud sites to light. Increase nutes to 340PPM, will be last vege nutes as moving onto flowering nutes next week. Smell is nice, like a slight warm cheddar smell. Light switched onto bloom mode. This one looks to have a more sativa structure, leaning more to it White Widow genetics, have another of the same strain and presents more of the indica, short, stocky, bushy and smell like blueberries. Even has the slight manure smell of when you first sniff an actual blueberry.

Organization was the word for the week. I organized the leaves on Daphni by cutting some old fan leaves and low level leaves. I organized my CO2 injection procedure. CO2 tank to REGULATOR thru SOLENOID connected to TIMER every two hours with lights on. I also organized the power strip in the back with cable ties and sleeves. Finally I had to organize my way out of a FUBAR situation when the oxigenating device in the RainForest 66 Reservoir stopped working. I will have some words to say to Katie in customer service for sure. I got a standard oxiginator and a disk shaped air stone and use that now to keep the water healthy. Daphni is staring to bud more on the lower nodes and the progress so far looks good. Knock on wood. Since i turn the exhaust fan off when CO2 is injected i dont really need the heater so I took it out. Have a great week.

EC: 0.4 3-4 Temps: 19.6 to 23.8 degrees Humidity: 56% to 70% 4-4 Temps: 19 to 23.4 degrees Humidity: 54% to 62% Watering: Both 1000 ml. Deep Forest Auto is growing great. She has started to show her first pistils for flowering. She should be doing a lot of stretching in the next few weeks. She git some defoliation and lst today. Decent smoke… Not as good as White Widow but pretty good

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! Enjoyable week 3 has passed. Growth speed picked up noticeably and I did practically nothing besides adjusting the lamp distance and transplanting into the final 7L fabric pot. Added mycorrhizae at transplant and gave her 200 ml of water. PPFD now sits at roughly 500.

In week 8, she has been growing nicely. i think i will stay in Veg stage for 1 week further before turn to 12/12 because i want her to grow a bit more after she was stunned for a while. i also increase a ratio of nutrients for my plant and i think i will increase a bit more on next feed. if anyone has a recommendation feel free to let me know. Thank a million in advance 😁 in front of her i have a Blue Dream clone. i decided to do like a little bonsai in 1 gallon pot and turn to FLO with my Glookies 😍

Aug 23: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. More sativa like than I expected bit she is starting to fill in and smells nice. She only has 8 colas because she didnt like the cool spring, but it’s hot here for at least the next 10 days so she will finish strong. Aug 26: just over 30 C today and upping water volume. Doing three waterings of about 3 L each, and spraying down grow bags when they’re in direct sun for too long. Aug 27: hot again reaching 32 C today.

No deficiencies thus far adding some molasses each feeding 1 tbls per gal water
