Week 8 flower and the Sour Diesel is still fattening up and looks like about 2 weeks to go. Going to swell good I think. Lots of frost and getting thick. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn Sour Diesel are turning out really good and smell like gas and are strong on the nose! Thanks for the view

Edit from 16th May. Ok, so... I got Fungus Gnats... I vacuum cleaned my plant my accident... Overwatered first 2 plants... This is not like riding bicycle, I had to re-learn few things. But we going strong! The biggest plant (Fat Banana week #4) growing big and strong, every 2 hours I can notice some changes, she seems to like the environment (32C and ~40% Humidity), soil stays wet for weeks literally. I have to buy bottom feeders and keep the top soil dry bone to prevent Fungus Gnats having sex in wet soil. I have switched to 600W now and I put my lamp around 30cm higher then before. I have a net for Sea Of Green hanging and waiting but Im not sure If Im gonna use it or If I'm gonna "lollipop" these plants just because there is so many of them now there. I didn't "top" because I believe that main cola produce some banger THC content and terps, so I want to focus on all main colas and just tackle the side ones. Edit from 17th May. It looks like Fungus Gnats don't like 24h light. I can see larvas trying to eat the roots (fuck you you fucking.... FuckYouGnat). But I don't see adults flying around. 4x yellow tape helps as well for sure. I ordered some Nematodes, they should be here next week. Until then I'm fighting manually. I placed a decoy on most of the pots. I'm hoping to attract larvas to the decoy instead of baby roots of my plants. They already eat one of my seedling before it even fully open the shell, so I think there are not so many of them to attack all plants at once. I feel like I'm having more and more control over them everyday. Moving the dry soil to the sides also helps a bit with killing larvas. Just uncover the wet parts with larvas and blast them with all the watts you have. So far 2 big plants looks good and healthy, some praying leafs every now and then. I think I'm gonna leave the lights for 24/7 until I'm gonna be sure these FuckYouGnats are gone. Edit form 18th May. Nematodes arrived, I mixed 1 pack in 2L and watered all 8 pots. I have 1 pack left that I'm planning to use next week or after 2 weeks. Lady Banana is showing her sex. I was worried that it looks like hermie but I think it's just Calyx in very early stage. She also looks "wilt", I guess from all that dry period, she got some water today with nematodes, I'll check on her tomorrow. Vacuum Cleaner Surviver going strong! I believe she would even survive a house fire!

I am missed over time 1 week, now blowing with nutritions. We are in last 2 week run i am very excited she is gorgeous.

What up Fam, weekly updates on these lovely ladies. This week it's been warm and such a bad time for my AC to go out but overall temps been in the mid it's inside the tent and the plants seem to not mind at all. They're still getting fed 16oz daily. I'd say from the looks, maybe 2-3 more weeks until harvest. Happy Growing

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.

Was a lovely plant from start to finish. Very manageable and very much an Indica through and through. I'd probably defoliate and lollipop a little more if i was to grow this strain again.

Started the new nutes a few days ago w/ epsom salt. Before that, for a day & a half, I used plain pH'ed water & trimmed off affected leaves. Such a slow grow 😕

I cleaned the lower leaves and branches a bit, hopefully I didn't overdo it😃 however it is growing well , so I hope it will start to focus on the flower, the space to grow is getting smaller. 😂

Nothing different this week. Plants are still changing fast and looking healthy. Will probably top dress this coming week.

Day 78 - pheno 1 was cut down, id normally hang dry the whole plant but decided to do it in branches instead. Second pheno has been left in darkness as i haven't had the time to cut. Pheno one is hung up and drying.. Room Humidity 60/60. As soon as she's dry enough I'll finish trimming her up. Then put them into jars. Might use boveda 60% packs but I'll see. Smells strong! Will post a harvest when both plants have been dried fully an in jars. Hope you enjoy the videos and pictures. Stay tuned.

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Coming into the final week. Like the last few weeks not much growth is going on. eVE smells great and is sticky to the touch. Her trichs are milky and most the pistils are orange. The bud nodes were great and the plant color is still beautiful. BUT she need got the weight on. It seems like after week 12 that she quit growing bud. My main culprit was water that was too warm at times and my roots looked tannish instead of white. Why can't I grow good roots? Will let her finish out the week and then harvest her.

7/5/25 plant is stretching. Not sure if its preflowering or just being outside in a bigger pot. Im just going to let her grow naturally and see how it turns out. I may end up with just one diary of each strain at the moment. But im also not sure whether im going to be doing indoor or outdoor based on personal circumstances.
