The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

I always let my soil/coco get almost completely dry so the roots can search for water before I feed. This is day four ,of week two, for flowering!

Planta de no mayor dificultad en su cultivo y que se puso a prueba con floracion 12/12. Si bien no dio mucha producción (quitar luz a una automático le resta mucha producción) su calidad no se discute para nada. Una maravilla que uy posiblemente vuelva a plantar

I mean freaking 23 weeks... never again for shits and giggles. For a reveg it's a success. From potential 2g dried to maybe 14g is a good change. We will see the end result either way we got a few weeks left let's finish flushing her and getting ready for harvest!

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! 1.) I think the Purple Lemonade might have flipped into preflower already like the other Red Poison and Dark Devil 2.) Think the Purple Lemonade has Tobacco Mosaic Disease? No worries for me dur only thing I can see with the streaking/twisted new growth but the Purple Lemonade is doing fine otherwise 😈 More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 Moved the Purple over to it's final 5gal on Jan 26 and started light LST + watering from the bottom of the tray to coax the roots down as opposed to a top pour. Still giving them hourly sprays of basic water foliar and the light water/hydrogen peroxide spray mixed in here and there for piece of mind/extra cleaning from the soil contact during transplant. Looks like bits of purple/red flecks are starting to creep in to the stems so hopefully keeping my window open at night to drop the temperatures will pull some great colours in my tent for the first time 😻👹😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. So, starting this week off with some TOP-ing news. The girls were topped, but only 5/7. 1x Purple Punch and 4x Honey Cream. The two Triple G's and one Purple Queen are struggling a bit with growth. I don't know what's wrong with them, because the other are growing like crazy. And those 3, eh, I don't know. If you know what could be causing the restricted growth, hit me up or leave a comment down below. 🙏🏻😁 I will apply a foliar spray with Green Explosion from TOP CROP and add some humic and fulvic acid to boost the root development and to kickstart the photosynthesis. So they start to eat 💪🏻😁 Rather than that, no other problems are present. The temp. is a bit high, 30⁰C but they are taking it like champs. Silica really does work wonders. 😅🙏🏻 I applied a full 3L feed for each plant, so the soil gets all wet through and plants can start growing new root shots. More roots, more fruits. 🌱 I'm planing on vegging them for 2-3 more weeks, so in total 5-6 weeks in vegetation. They have to come back from the shock that was caused by Topping. Every plant has around 6-8 new shots as you can see from the pictures. And this means more main "stems" or better to say more bud sites. 😎 I changed the MH bulb from 250W to 400W and will increase the wattage further to 600W in 2 weeks. They need more light. 😁☀️💡 Technical upgrade: 🎥 I bought a WiFi security camera. 😁 The thing is awesome. 😧 I can check the temp. any time and see the girls any time from anywhere on my phone. And I payed only 25€ for it 🤷🏻 It's a 1080P, 360⁰ camera. Any one should invest in some gadgets that make their job easier. 💪🏻 Ending this week with a smile 😉
