I came to the conclusion that my issues all stem from the fact that I was doing two things wrong with my watering: 1. Too much (duh) 2. Too fast! I was using a watering can and it is talked about time and time again to use a hand sprayer to ensure even distribution and slow release. It is very challenging with a no till method because I’m impatient and I need to remember that I’m nurturing the living soil, not the plant and this method is far different from my outdoor and hydroponic experience. This weeks schedule looked like this: 12/27: Water and 1/4cup of kashi per plant top dressed 12/28: Nothing 12/29: Nothing 12/30: Water 12/31: Essential Oil foliar spray (ginger, eucalyptus, peppermint, bronners soap) 1/1: Nothing 1/2: Water/Aloe

Saw a big jump in bud size this week.

The buds are bulking every day. A slight defoliation was done to expose the inner buds. From next week onwards, Nitrogen will be cut and the first phase of flushing will begin. Harvest in approx 2 weeks!

11/05: another week on autopilot. They look like they could use a slight defoliation, but i haven't had a chance to get in there and do it. Will get it taken care of sometime this week. There has been a noticeable growth in flowers this week. No signs of any purple outside of some stems. These look and smell exactly like OG Kush. And that is not what i was expecting at all. I am personally not a fan of OG Kush and so I am really hoping for some significant changes over the next few weeks. If i were growing OG Kush, i would be thrilled with the results. They are growing plump quickly and getting insanely frosty very early - also something that all the OG Kush i have grown does. Alas I am not growing OG Kush, these are what FastBuds told me were Purple Lemonade, and based on all of their marketing material, this is not what I should be seeing or smelling. And im unhappy about that.

Datum der Kamera setzt sich leider immer wieder zurück, sobald sie vom Strom genommen wird, also nicht wundern, wenn das demnächst mal nicht passt.

Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

I know Runtz well, I know Zamnesia's Runtz very well, I have grown it in all its forms, photoperiodic, normal autoflowering and f1 autoflowering. I know the Gelato and Monster Zkittles mums very well and have also grown Zamnesia's Gelato with friends several times actually. All this to tell you that the others were already wonderful, the mothers and parents were all wonderful, but here we have reached the apotheosis: the Runtz F1 hybrid is the best of all, probably meaning I haven't tasted it yet but the smell, guys....how does this girl smell. For goodness sake I have loved citric and limolene all my life but... when I smell coffee I get horny like an 18 year old from the 90s in front of Bred Pitt or if you want like an 18 year old in front of the Ex-Wife. Or in all other cases it is the state of grace that this perfume creates in me I say wowwww every time I smell it. The plant is at an excellent point, it brings out the colors which are marvelous and I also remind you that it will be exactly two months old on June 7th... there are still about two weeks to go guys it also expects to finish in 8 weeks maximum 9, promises of the f1 super maintained try them guys... do some calculations. In 12 months you could do 6 cycles, unlike normal autoflowering plants which take 3 months on average, i.e. 4 cycles per year, knowing how to do 12 divided by 2 and 12 divided by three, right? Here it is... and it's not the only quality of these plants: maintained stability and hermaphroditism will now be a distant memory, and do you still grow normal plants? There was a big defoliation like i do often at the end to let breath the inside of the plant and risk less for mold. Light defoliation and using LST clips to produce a few more clone sites before flipping these girls into flower. They are both ready, with the hella jelly showing calyxes and the jelly donutz showing sex. The Donutz Triploid has so much stretch and too much internodal spacing to do much more cloning.
