High temperatures, high transpiration, high turgor pressure, and lots of cell elongation. Cannabis plants can sense and respond to their surroundings. They don't have brains like humans, but they have evolved sophisticated ways to perceive and react to various environmental cues, including light, gravity, touch, water, sound, and even the presence of other plants. This ability, known as plant perception, allows them to adjust their growth, defend themselves, and even communicate with each other. Infrared light, particularly near-infrared (NIR), can influence plant growth and development by impacting various processes including initiation and elongation. UVB radiation inhibits stem and hypocotyl elongation in plants. Moderate UV-B exposure can cause a decrease in stem and leaf elongation, leading to a more compact plant architecture. Higher UV-B intensities, like 7.5 kJ·m−2, can lead to reduced elongation. So it becomes a dance of initiating a stretch to seek to higher ppfd, then whenever you want the stretching to slow down,UVB inhibits the stretch by altering hormone balance,, coupled with the high-intensity dli once you get her to a height where you want. Being autos I don't have much time to play around. So we are playing fast and loose, get stretched, and then spread her open. You get the idea. 86F 30% RH with the lower side of optimal on ppfd, with a smudgering of infra-red to initiate response of making her stretch more so than normal. Once she sprouts up in height, I drop metrics to 77F 55%RH% while upping the ppfd, giving her a dash of extra 430nm, giving the grow more of a 6000K. This encourages denser growth with less elongation. Higher side of optimal PPFD, with the auxin hormone balance changed, the side stems are starting to shoot up to the same canopy level as the apex (almost). Normally takes me 2 untrained toppings before a plant will flatten its canopy. I didn't take enough off the apex to do it in one chop, it was only day 10, so there really wasn't much to top from without creating unpredictable results using fim, opted just to keep it to a clean topping. Even predictability over the Chaos of the"Fim". Brainfart: Remember, the veg stage creates the skeleton that will stretch out into flowers. How dense you create the skeleton through light intensity will determine the density of your clusters as they form cola, as long as you can keep up with the demands. Increasing light intensity generally leads to plants having shorter internodal spacing, meaning the distance between nodes (where leaves grow) on a stem is reduced. I think about the fact that it is no longer necessary to cut leaves. I cut it a lot, but I notice that many people cut a bunch of leaves at one time, although somewhere I read no more than 10% at a time. I can keep track of the plant sizes, how they grew, how healthy they were, how easy they were to grow and how good the final product is👍 every plant was given the same strength of GREEN BUZZ LIQUIDS and I'm keeping track of which plants were happy with the suggested amounts and which plants seemed to want more or less🤘 Everything is now chopped I chopped 22 photoperiods at 125 days. I chopped 8 more at 130 days of growing. And the last 13 were chopped at 141 days of growing. I'm impressed with how good my mars hydro gear is. Day 106, Flower Day 50. Looked at Trichomes this morning. GSC still showing some glassy/milky look. Bubba is pretty milky colored. Still needs at least a week. Went on vacation last week. Had somebody else water. They closed the door, so not as good air circulation. Bubba showed powdery mildew. Not yet severe, so I took the plant outside, trimmed off some fan leaves that showed mildew. Then I sprayed the entire plant with a 25% milk solution (whole milk) and let it dry. Back in the tent. Cranked up the inline fans and added a small fan to the Bubba tent. Just need a couple more weeks.

🌸 Flowering Week 4 – Blütenaufbau & erste Harzbildung Jetzt begann der eigentliche Blütenaufbau. Die Buds wurden dichter, die Kelche fingen an zu stacken. Erste Harzansätze waren sichtbar, besonders an den Zuckerblättern. Der Geruch entwickelte sich bereits leicht – erste Anklänge von Zitrus und Cheese. Die Pflanze wirkte stabil und vital. Ende der 4. Woche das letzte Große entlauben. Mein Weihnachtsgeschenk, der spiderfarmer bodensensor, ist auch direkt zum Einsatz gekommen.

This week was a slow week due to my lack of attention as I’ve been extra busy sorting my outdoor garden,ready for the guerilla grow This summer. Anyway I’ve decided to transport these to perky little plants into the final pots , one being the OFFICIAL ZAMNESIA POT. The other pot was just once of the many I have laying around. They’ve both got the same mix in them consisting of coco, perlite, Monster bud mix sachet and ph water to around 6.2. Should be able to start some training off soon as they take to their new homes.

With the new Mars Hydro FC 3000 hanging at full power, I added it 2 days ago and left it at 50% power then up to 75% this morning, and now at 100% after the nute change.... Very nice progress... I will defoilage heavy mid week once they are used to the new light and new nutes then leave it for the remainder.

So technically we are at week 8 but!! I messed up and added an extra germination week. Trio are looking great! One has been flowering for the last two weeks, the other two have just started their preflower so so I switched the Nutrients up to Sensi Bloom A&B also added big bud and fish shit to their flowering feed water. Ive been heavy on the defoliation on the larger two, to increase light penetration to the LST bud sites. As youll see in the video , ive been experimenting with the 90° LST clips and found they work amazingly!! However, the ends do snap as your plants grow, so they as seeming like a one time use for this brand at least.

Smells beautiful really can’t wait to crop her only 7 days left now this has been such a nice plant to grow she takes to topping very well and micro topping well and I now know where the name shinning silver haze comes from as she shines with thc proper happy with her

Day 51 : Watered with 2.5L each lady. I added as always 1 co2 tab per 4.5L . Also i added nutrients. The next one will be pure water. Her buds are so dense and she will produce a lot of crystals. Amazing smell so far. Edit (Day 56) : Watered 1.5L pure tap water of 7.5ph and 360ppm. No co2 today. Just pure water with 0.5/L Cal-Mag. Buds are fattening nothing else.
