Harvest time has come. It is difficult to kill a plant I have been raising so lovingly and with a lot of care as a wonderful living being that she is (and we all are as One). I even stayed up all night once to do a slow full 3x flush of the soil with emergency pH correction and buffering when I finally received the meters and looked at runoff values. It was almost like manually pumping a blood transfusion for a patient overnight. The idea to grow indoors came as a lightning and almost by a random chance. It was, of course, a synchronicity of a high order, because that flash coincided precisely with a rare moment where I had a small window of time to collect seeds of my choice in person and transport them safely and very quickly. And get extremely helpful advice from a moderately experienced grower, who helped me avoid self-taught rookie mistakes and pick an almost perfect setup for my purposes. Many steps I have learned only when it was time to take them, and since there's only so much I can do in a day, I got to some procedures like instrumentally checking salt buildup and substrate pH pretty late. I did monitor her leaves from the get-go, so leaving aside a light nute / photon burn of the tips, I think it went pretty well. Definitely better than I would have imagined! I wanted to do a small sitting meditation beside the plant before cutting her to dry. Wanted to thank the plant for this majestic experience and the healing power of gardening and caring for a plant on top of the medicinal values of cured buds and edibles we made along the way from trimmed fans. Those were unexpectedly strong and pleasantly smoooth. Wanted to tell her that I will miss her and remember her fondly, especially since she is my first full successful grow. The first time is always an unforgettable experience. Wanted to tell her that I do not want to kill her, and it was painful for me to FIM and shape her. A sitting meditation turned into a dynamic meditation when I started removing light gear and feeding system and cleaning the grow space in preparation for drying. Pretty quickly I noticed that I have a very real feeling of experiencing light- to medium-dose mushroom trip. I had vaped some 50/50 hybrid street bud half an hour earlier, but it was a very modest dose — shout out to TinyMight, you guys are amazing! — but no psychedelics. At that moment I felt that I don't need to say anything to the plant, because we are one and she had known my every feeling and intention from the start. And then I realized that what I had considered to be a sombre event, is just a transformation for the plant, it's next manifestation. Having lived as a plant, she will now transform into happy and healing experiences of those who will enjoy her flowers. This plant has supported me and helped me heal deep trauma and depression at least twice in my life over a period of a few months on each occasion. In between those healing periods it was just a get high and enjoy shit because why not kind of thing, and it didn't have any long lasting psychological effect at all, in stark contrast to classical psychedelics (LSD, shrooms, DMT etc). During those non-healing periods I didn't even have an urge to smoke all that often. I could easily not touch the stuff for a couple of months straight. My yearly consumption was in low single digit grams. Sometimes I felt that I did not enjoy the effect at all, it was slightly unpleasant even. Why would I want to blur my crisp perception to a gooey marshmallow state of cannabinoid high and scattered attention? But when it is time to do some inner work — and you cannot miss this feeling if you strive to tune into your inner state — god, is it a POWERFUL plant! I am very happy and humbled to be a conduit for this energy by caring for the plants and raising them. I respect this plant very deeply. --- Split her into thee parts by leaving only a few nodes creating the outer layer of colas on each level and effectively "topping" her a couple of levels above (or below, technically, now that she's upside down) and this creating a new drying layer/level. Tried wet trimming and I think I liked it. Will try to complete it in the next 1-2 days if I decide to go ahead with the idea. --- After drying for 7 days, I stabilized humidity at 60-62% for 4 hours and then chopped off buds (trimmed in batches during the first 3 days of drying), weighed and packed into glass jars for curing. Literally packed, because she yielded over 4 litres of dried trimmed bud (I think it was 4.5l) weighing 267g. WOW. I did not expect that on my first run I will be able to grow so much potent medicine. A lot of it is fluffy, but can be easily pressed denser, if storage or appearance are a concern. In fact, I had to press the buds slightly to make it all fit in two 2-litre jars. Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way and thank you for your warm wishes! Week 5 november - 11 november 5 november - transplant in the final home, 5gallon pot the humidity in the last few days has been very high

I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Hallöchen, wir befinden uns am Anfang der 6ten Blütewoche kurz gesagt, die eine Bubblegum XL weist seit Ende letzter Woche Verbrennung auf. Da wir alle mit gleicher Nährlösung Gießen, wird sie wohl unabsichtlich zu viel bekommen haben. Die genannte und die SQ1 liefen seit beginn schon sehr ,,scharf,, da wie zu Anfang benannt die Erde per Handgemischt und zwecks der Literanzahl in 2 Gängen gemischt wurden ist, hatten die durchaus mehr Dünger abbekommen. Deutlich wurde dies durch die erhaltenen Messwerte. Nächste Idee hierzu ein Zwangsmischer, Rührsparten :-) Auch zu benennen ist, dass die Bubblegum XL für Ihre Schnelligkeit hätte doch noch eher in der Blüte, ins HST/SCROG verfahren gekonnt hätte (nicht mehr so gut darauf angesprungen) Die Bubblegum XL benötigen wohl auch nicht mehr so lange... Auch um nur der Erfahrungswerte wegen haben wir in diesem lauf einiges anders gemacht wie vor. Z.b hatten wir jetzt einmal absichtlich die ersten 14 Tage der Blüte 600 Watt statt schon die 720 Watt. Das Toppen von bis zu vier mal, aber da können wir nur nen Tipp geben, weniger ist mehr. Obwohl im LST- Training könnte es ggf. noch mal anders aussehen (noch keine Erfahrung). Ein Endgültiges Resultat steht ja noch aus, daher später bestimmt noch mal aufgegriffen. Ansonsten ist nur noch zu berichten, dass eine nicht so ,,Süße,, uns dann ganz sicher doch verlassen durfte. Wenn die Gutmütigkeit stets zu groß ist, wird man hinterher meist immer belehrt oder wie war das? Aus anderer Erfahrung hatte ich wohl im Gegensatz zu diesen Zwitter eine recht Süße, aber hier die Pink Mist war echt arg hinterhältig und wurde daher auch entfernt. Very happy with the growth after transplanting last week thankfully the transplant hasn’t caused any shock. I plan to start some low stress training with them over the next week now that they have settled into their larger pots and are looking healthy and happy. 🤞🏻😬✌️

This week the weather is better. The buds are getting fat and she is developing well. Terpes are amazing, sweet fruits and fresh mint.

Flowering week 2 the ladies are slowly forming tips and everything is going according to plan. Purple Punch x Lemon Drizzle has slightly burnt tips from the fertilizer. I probably could have started fertilizing even later.

Pure Ice cream is doing great. She had a solution change 4 days ago. She is bulking and looking strong. She has a neat color mutation going on as well. Just to catch you up to speed since I’m starting the week before flower The big one I started from seed and then there’s a clone of her maybe the clone only be rooted for a week but the mothers 7 weeks since she popped up and she’s a been pretty easy she’s real Bendy but as usual I push it too far and have to get the tape out and she’s come back fine every time so far been pretty easy and probably one of the easiest ones I’ve ever claimed I mean this thing routed bike and my humidity was real low I didn’t have an even expecting it to route I was just I had to cut the branches so they weren’t in the dirt

Day 28 veg:I see ladies on the horizon!!!!!! Well folks ,that went quickly i think , already moving into the flowering of these impressive Exotic seed girls. They have not missed a beat from planting and have been really easy to work with so far. The #1 has now got her 7 mains all fighting for dominance thanks to the 5th node playing ball and staying low from the ties. I like the results of this method in the other autos I have run so thought it would be a good test with comparing to topping ,fimming the others. #2 is also starting flowering, I fimmed her but I don't think i hit the sweet spot so she looks more topped. I do notice she looks more stretched than the other 2 in flower and wonder if its the topping /failed fim.?. #3 is doing great with her fimmed top and I hit her just right with it. She has plenty of mains hopefuls fighting to the canopy too so she should be a great comparison for methods with the others. #4 having been a slow starter , is not showing her sex yet but I fimmed her and will allow her to catch up in her own time. They all look so healthy and happy in their medium too . only being watered when the pots are light and no added feed at all. lets see how flowering uses the available food in it. excellent experience with these so far. Blüten werden inzwischen sehr Harzig und der Duft nimmt zu. Dem Giesswasser wird täglich 1:10 Jauche zugegen. Zu dem jedes zweite Gießen Pro Sugar von Grow Pro ein Kohlenhydrat Blütedünger(von der Mary Jane ein Tester). Zu dem gibt es ein bis zweimal in der Woche Seafeed Xtra von envii. Die ersten Blätter haben sich unten entfernt daher gebe ich gerade wieder Stickstoff zu den Pflanzen. Auch wenn es nur noch diese Woche war danach nur noch Blütedünger. Zu dem habe ich Basilikum gepflanzt, Dill, Ringelblume und Koriander gesäat am Anfang der Woche und zum Ende noch Lupine und Rot Klee.

End of Week 3 of Flower, lots of buds showing, trichomes developing, stretching for the light. Layed of the Flora Gro and micro this watering. Added a drop per gallon of Superthrive. Light defoliation as well to open up inner bud sights.

SUNDAY 4/28: I plucked off some dead leaves and did some leaf-tucking. Coming along nicely..👍 Daytime temps are still hovering around 87-90f, but I've got them sitting in 70-72f temps for 6 hours of darkness now.😁 MONDAY: I watered them with about 1/2 gallon of ph'd water including calimagic, terpinator, bud candy, boomerang, and their last dose of beastie bloomz. I'll feed them cha ching from now on- TUESDAY: I just had time for basic garden maintenance and cleaning today. WEDNESDAY: I finally had the time to take some photos today...they are looking very nice!😍 I have some sort of contagion in the big tent..leaves suddenly getting brown and crispy overnight on a few plants...Tanya is affected (infected?) a little bit, but Tina still looks okay. THURSDAY: The 'contagion' seems to be spreading through the garden... I'm thinking maybe I completely PHuktup the ph when I added silica last time and didn't correct it?? FRIDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and misted everybody with perfectly PH adjusted spring water and increased airflow in the tent. Also decreased the dehumidifier to 45% RH. SATURDAY: I fed them today and started them on Cha Ching.
