We're finally back home, and the Balcony Jungle has definitely grown while we were away. 😅🌿
The first Appalachian Kush is now starting to form its flowers, so it looks like flowering is officially underway.
The plants have also reached a size where their large amount of foliage acts almost like a sail in the wind. With the strong and frequent winds we get up here, the little 11 L pots have started getting blown over.
For now, I've secured the pots with some Paracord as a simple temporary solution. 💨😅
I also removed some foliage and a few of the lower branches, mainly to make watering and working around the plants a little easier.
The Appalachian Kush plants are currently the biggest of the bunch, but there isn't a huge difference in size between the strains.
Even the Green Poison, which fell behind earlier in the grow, has managed to catch up quite nicely. 🌱💚
The Golosa is still showing its unusual growth pattern as well. Its thick but flat main stem has now split at the top, forming two main tops instead of one. 👀🌱
It's definitely starting to look like a proper Balcony Jungle now. ☀️🌿
The tomatoes have been keeping us busy as well.
We've already been harvesting them gradually for quite some time and have enjoyed several kilos of homegrown tomatoes so far. 🍅😋
They are honestly incredibly delicious, and the yellow variety has become our clear favourite.
Definitely one of the highlights of this year's Balcony Jungle. ☀️🍅🌱

Week 7!
04/11 - Now plants are growing fast, i will leave them alone for some days... I won't stress them with defoliation or cuttings of any type at the moment...
Today i tried to water them with one liter per plant, from now i will always use this amount of water
06/11 - Plants are healty and very leafly. So today i did a defoliation, removing a lot of leaves, not only biggest leaves on top like the last time
The right plant is growing with a better structure than the left plant. There is also the Dinafem hybrid (most indica) "Blue Cheese" which is growing very very bushy and she's very stretchy.
I hope she won't cover the other plants during the next weeks, she's very big!!
09/11 - Today i trained them a bit (LST) and i cut some small lower branches which i think they will never make it to the top.
Today is the last day of vegetative stage, tomorrow i will switch them into flowering
10/11 - Switching to the flowering stage: increased power of the lamps, now it's up to 400W per lamp (total wattage is about 800W) - Only 12 hours a day (00:00 - 12:00)
For now i will keep using nutrients for the vegetative stage, to increase pre-flower stretch

Day 50 (22 of flowering)
Blue dream has been so much rapid than orange sherbert by now, èspecially in flowering. She is so angry. I give 1 lt every two days.

Day 51 today another 1 lt. She need à lot of feeding now.

Carbon Filter added. Smell was increasing rapidly and i’v got a too small place.

What up what up grow fam. Weekly update on these two frosty girls. They both are maturing nicely at the flower sites. Starting to smell super pungent. Still keeping up the same routine for the next week or two before I'll start checking trichs.

Hi everyone 😎.
Everything is going great 🤗
You look very healthy and feel very comfortable.
This week I trimmed everything underneath and cleaned everything :-) All spare parts were replaced, as after a while from using the aero tool all the screw threads were bruised.
At the same time, the entire tank was emptied, cleaned, and freshly filled this time with flower fertilizer :-) this week the stretch will decrease and the energy will be put into the flower production.
I have with clean up take the chance right away, and take photos of the root carpet ich At the moment I am considering getting a CO2 system for the Aero tent, because I used to have one, but it had to be given when the boxes were not moving :-(
Otherwise I wish everyone a nice weekend, and health for you and your families in this scheis corona time 😷

Estoy contento de como se están desarollando estas nuevas fem de 42 fast buds una nueva línea muy resinosa, flores densas y llenas de resina, algunas tiene un olor realmente increíble, lemon mandarin es espectacular como huele a mandarina, gorilla melon huele como a melón recién cortado en una tarde calurosa de verano... reinbow melon tiene un olor dulce terroso y gaseoso, paya sherbet uele a una mezcla dulce de papaya... veremos que tal los terps al fumar.

Tonight on growfessor theatre, 4x4 edition, 4 ladies get fed and defoliated!
Green Crack, LSD and Mandarin dreams are in the home stretch, this is their last feeding before flushing. Do-si-dos will get another feeding next week and flush a week later.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week ,
i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too ,
i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is by far the bushyist plant with the most branches she also didn't stretch much and is packed with bud sites ,

The plants are large enough for low stress training I also decided to add advanced nutrients three-component fertilizer ph perfect
As you can see in the photo Strawberry Gorilla develops better lower branches than Gorilla Zkitllez probably wasn't a greenhouse so dirty or maybe better genetics
I noticed that some plants are small and undeveloped, and I saw holes and moles
It was clear that something was eating the roots of the plant from below
While working on low stress training, a mole ran out of the hole and started burrowing to another plant
I really like animals, but I had to quickly decide what to do with the mole
I pinned him to the ground with my foot and stuck a stick behind his head :( that I have as a support for low stress training
I'm very sorry for the mole, I've never killed such a big animal...
May mother earth forgive me...
The next day I saw a vole crawling into a hole near a plant, so I decided to buy a mouse trap
I put a carrot in the trap and the hunt was successful
I am the alpha predator in my garden...
At the same time, while digging holes, I saved about 20 caterpillars that fell down and could not climb out
It turned out that caterpillars are a very rare butterfly that almost never occurs
I really like butterflies, when I take a picture of them on my plants I attach a photo from last season

She is twice bigger than my last grow everyday I look at her and see much different and I try to take pic everyday
She loves nutrient and so easy to grow I feed her

Fue un hecho en scroog en un metro veinte cuadrado usando dos masetas de 23 ltrs usanso microorganismos y productos orgánicos súper contento con esta sepa, fueron criadas con dos focos galoponeros en un armario con poco a lo q tengamos podemos hacer mucho lo importante es aprender un poco todos los días y disfrutar de nuestras cosechas un fuerte abrazo para todos @gorilaweed420

Diese Woche wurden sie etwas entlaubt, die Blütenbildung ist spürbar erkennbar. Jetzt liegen noch 7-8 Wochen ca vor uns.

Marker is thriving, enjoying its meals as usual. The only change is its delightful berry scent, rather than the expected gassy aroma. Keep up the good work, and let's see how its flavors develop further! 🌿🍇

Manage to get the monster transplanted into the new tent couple of branches broke unfortunately It is taking up almost the entire five-by-five I don't know if it will be over 3 pounds but I sure am hoping My last girl I managed to get 1.3 pounds out of the 4 by 3 tent This one is double the size with a bit more light so hopefully we can get there Nugs already barely fit in my hand halfway done flower 😇😁🤩 day
Ok 94 My top nugs are Anywhere from the size of a can of pop up to a 2L
Day 97 of grow I've decided from now on I'm going to be Putting the day and as how long it's been flowering
Day 35 of flower added dense by green planet with ph water at 600ppm and 6.4ph first time let see if it will dense 😃

Hello there and welcome to week 12, or the beginning of it anyway. Week 11 is now complete so please check that out!
We start the week with 5l fertigation and some nice photos. Now that Bertha is gone the tent smells Karenish. See you tomorrow!
Day 78: Added several more carnivorous plants to the budding collection. Enjoy!
Day 79: Fertigated 5l. She's starting to mature now. Frost developing slower, buds fattening and ripening faster. Were maybe two weeks away here.
Night 80: Added tent photo and vid. Day 81 update later today.
Day 81: Added a lot of media. Got a cheap digital microscope to try and get better micro shots. As you can see Karen is nowhere near yet.
Day 82: Things are moving very fast, just look at the difference today. I am certain were with 2 weeks of harvest. Does anyone have advice on flushing/not watering. Fertigated 5l.
Day 83: At the current rate of maturation I think the end of next week maybe be harvest time. Height 51cm
Day 84: Karens smell is really strong now it washes across your face when you open the tent.
End of week summary: A full week of nothing but bud swelling and maturation. I still think she needs another 2 weeks. Unfortunately my living situation has rather abruptly changed and now I have a tough choice to make: harvest/destroy or move plants.
There is a strong chance I will chop Karen at the end of next week if she is ready or not.

I think this will be the last week with nutrients then I'll do two with just water and hopefully she will be ready for harvest. Three weeks left? Sound right?
Day 99: no water added.
Day 100: added one gallon pH 6.5 (think it was closer to 7) water with 2 tablespoons Herculean Harvest.
Day 101: no water added. Nothing to report.
Day 102:Nothing to report.
Day 103:Nothing to report.
Day 104: one gallon pH6.5 water with nutrients
Day 105: no pictures.
