CANADA DAY UPDATE🇨🇦 THE TRAGICALLY HIP🤘🥁🎸🇨🇦 MY SAYING NOW IS: THE ONLY WAY TO GROW IS WITH THE HYDRO🤘 AND REACH FOR THE STARS WITH MARS🤘🤣. So it's been almost a week under the new MARS HYDRO FC4800 and the girls are loving it.. leaves were straight up like they were at a rock concert just blowing in the wind waving their arms like they are in the moshpit🤣🤣 looked so sweet👍. after a day they have stretched so much I had to raise the light already to keep it at 14 inches above the canopy. Plants grow so uniform under these lights, canopy is always nice and even👍. it has a whiter light than the mars tsw2000. Being side by side in my 8x8 tent, I can really see the difference in the color of light. The FC4800 is more of a white light like natural light. I think it might be the blue uv Diodes they added to the fc series lights. I'm amazed at how good this light is already. Barely any heat comes off it. I can rest my hand on it when the dimmer is at 100% and it's just warm. I have it daisy chained to my TSW2000 and it works awesome👍 and I dont have to reach for the other dimmer to do both. One dimmer controls both lights. When I add more lights I will daisy chain them too and control 4 lights from 1 dimmer👍. I still love my tsw2000. It's been going almost non stop since I got it and no issues at all. I take a picture of the Diodes to see if any have burnt out or anything, everything is fine.  same thing with the heat it gives off is just like the FC4800. I can rest my hand on it without burning me👍. Having both lights on 100% because I in flower now, only raises my temperature about 3°celcius. Make sure you got some calmag and if you use reverse osmosis water (bottled water) or filtered water you will want extra calmag because it's filtered out of it👍. These lights are perfect for every stage of growth for germination to flower. Just use the dimmers to reduce the intensity of the lights for whatever stage you are in. Plus they are easy to raise and lower them with the ratchet straps. MARS HYDRO'S recommended height for different stages is pretty accurate but different strains like different Temps and light sensitivity so that's something to look into, a more Mediterranean strain can take more heat and intense lighting. and you can just follow their recommendations for the height for each stage. I slowly turn it up in the later veg cycle until I'm at 75% about a week before I switch to 12/12 and after about 4 or 5 days into flower I'm at 100% with no heat or light stress👍. Mars hydro is awesome for their pricing for what you get👍. They should cost alot more than other brands but shhhhh don't tell them🤣🤣🤣🤣. Just kidding. they want to stay competitive with every brand but there stuff is always cheaper than SF and vipar etc. They know once you use mars hydro products you won't switch to another brand. Why pay more money for something that isn't as good. I've seen lights cheaper than mars but they are cheaper for a reason. They are built cheaper. My TSW2000 is fairly heavy too. But when it comes to getting lights you want some weight to it so you know it's built strong and sturdy and will last a long time.. I called customer service a few times and they will help you out with any questions you may have about the products and they are very well educated in their products👍 very helpful and very friendly. They are awesome 🤜🤛. I can't say enough about this grow tent too. The thing is a beast. I could use the canvas tent to make a trampoline and i doubt it would break its that thick👍 I've had some cheaper tents made of 600d canvas and they aren't that bad. But when you get a tent made from 1680D canvas material it's insane how strong and heavy it is. Before I put the tent together when I lifted the canvas to start wrapping the frame I said to myself.. LORD TUNDERIN JESUS this has some nice weight to it. It was the easiest tent to put together that I've ever had. I went inside with the lights off and got someone to turn it on after a minute or two to look for light leaks and there was none👍. It even blocks out some noise, so if your fans or filters are loud, once it is zipped up it gets quieter. this tent is awesome with So many ports and vents for whatever you need to hook up to it. It has frame bars down the middle and one vertical pole in the middle to keep it sturdy but the poles are made nice and so thick that they probably didn't even need a vertical bar in the middle. It has 2 separate 4x8 floor trays that divide it into 2 4x8 tents. All you need is a mylar divider to easily divide it in half. I love the stickers it comes with. It's nothing big to some people but I know there is lots of people that like them because you see them everywhere in people's tents and in pictures. I love them they are super cool stickers👍. 12/7/2017 - Placed 2 SODK seeds into a shotglass full of water. When they sink they will go into a wet paper towel in a ziplock bag. Once sprouted they go into Root Riot cubes with Mykos packed in the hole where the seed, inside a clone dome just on the floor in the tent. Once they break ground and the root is hanging out the bottom of the root of the cube they will go into their final pots, 5 gallon MaxxYield (maxxyield.com) Super Pots. soil: the top half of the pot is Bush Doctor Coco Loco with Mykos mixed in (3 tbsp) the bottom of the pot is Fox Farm Ocean Forest with Mykos mixed in (3tbsp) 12/9/2017 - The seeds have sprouted and are now in their root riot cubes. So far so good. Fattening up nicely, growth has been wicked up till this point. Only vegged her for 27 days. Pretty impressive growth. Hopefully she will be ready end of next week. Dropped the feeding back slightly, will be starting the flush soon. Stay tuned.

Everything still going great! This girl is really packing it on. She’s 5 weeks into flowering now and developing nice size colas everywhere. She is in the same tent as one of my Cement Shoes plants and between the 2 of them there drinking 4+ gallons every 2 days. Keeping the ph between 5.8-6.2 and ppm has been fluxing since their drinking so much water but trying to hold it around 750ppm and they seem to be likening it. If I don’t get the water topped up fast enough though it kinda Kratky’s on me and ppm raise as nutrients concentrate on me. Just gotta keep my res topped up though and seems to be good. All in all though things are moving along great 👍 Cheers 💨

Left this on a feed as the buds still need to fatten more, trichs are very heavy already though. Such a lovely delicate sweet smell to this plant as it matures, really unique. Buds are nice and tight. Maybe 21 days on this to really finish it off. The runt has produced a nice little cola :)

Working on day 47, 17 days into flower and one of these GSC what really taken off she's stacking up well. Dealing with some cal mag problem in these as well, did a flush with 4 gals per pot and will amend the soil on the on the next watering after we get a nice dry. Will be using bloom and oystershell flour. One of these ladies had some lst done to her as she was just way to close to the light. Did some defoliation with all the girls in the tent to try and open things up a bit, I know autos but things were pretty crazy and a lot of bud hidden. The intake filter for the hood works very well the glass inside is very clean after 28 days, just gave the outside a quick wipe and good as new. Ive got the temps back down a bit and holding strong at 25, when I checked the tent it was running around 28, highest being 30 at one point not sure how long that went on for but it's all fixed up now. Its a working progress learning indoor growing 2 weeks at a time but hey it is what it is and were having fun. hope you enjoyed.

First i want to say, the terpines is hands down the best i have ever smelled of this pheno, i wont ever change my mind this is straight legendary smell. Im bad at explaining terpenes but ill try: Its very lemony but not in a candy sweet way its like a cheese heavy deep intense smell. If u put your nose close to the budsites its so heavy like u are eating lemon icecream with hot cheese boiling it all its so insane i will never smoke anything else, this will forever be my personal smoke i can tell u right now

02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

They are completely covered in trichomes, its hard to even capture on camera. 2024-07-20 I'm focusing solely on the Indoor Girl in this report. The Outdoor Girl will receive a separate update once she shows more signs of flowering. This week's photos showcase the Indoor Girl's journey from start to finish, and she's been an absolute joy to grow - truly an easy-going plant. I'm fascinated by her structure, which boasts a perfect ratio of leaves to buds. Remarkably, I never had to remove a single leaf to improve light exposure. I only topped her twice to open up the canopy. She grew vigorously and effortlessly, requiring just some nutrients and top dressing to keep her happy during the transition to flowering. Her daily water intake was consistently around 1 liter minimum, with only four feedings throughout the entire growth cycle. The result is a plant crusted with trichomes - glittery and gluey, perfect for extraction. Harvesting was a breeze due to the ideal leaf-to-bud ratio. I've kept her remains and continue to water and feed her in an attempt to revegetate. Meanwhile, her outdoor sister is thriving in a hot and sunny environment. I adore her aroma profile, which features only the most pleasant terpenes. The scent is reminiscent of various citrus fruits - pink grapefruit, orange, mandarin, and tangerine - with a creamy touch that's reminiscent of a delicious dessert. There are also floral notes of lavender. I'll continue documenting the Outdoor Girl's progress here. I'm certain I'll grow this strain again, as it has proven to be stable, well-composed, superbly structured, and delicious. Well done, Seedsman!

Peyote Wifi Super soil diary update 30th Jan 2020 Guess what peoples ... My Peyote Wifi is in Bloom Baby!!! Only took 4 months to get here 😁 We have rain forecast here for the next few days so whilst it's cooler I thought it an excellent time to allow my soil to dry a little. So whilst the rain is hanging around I won't water the plant at all. Last week I dosed the soil up with the Dr greenthumbs Bud n bloom which should allow immediate access to the P&K this Girls gonna want from now on until harvest. During the flowering period big plants like this can use up any available nutrients quite quickly so I'll need to reapply the bud n bloom again in about 4 weeks time. I have been looking at the other Peyote Wifi diaries here on growdiaries and If mine end up looking anything like those buds I will be one very happy Customer. Some of them look like straight up Fire. Ph Check up with the bluelab soil probe showed the soil to be at 6.5 and stable. Thankyou for Reading this latest Update and I shall be back next week. 👍👊👍
