Stretching has officially stopped as I haven’t seen any vertical growth the past few days, so all growth must be going into buds therefore I did some super cropping to even out the canopy. I have some yellow marks on the leaves which I’m guessing it’s a nitrogen deficiency due to giving the girls only 700PPM throughout flower, I’m happy with the growth although I think the trichomes are less sticky compared to my last grow, I can only blame myself as I should have given her 1100PPM from Day 1 of flower. Overall though there are bud sites everywhere, so many that I decided to buy a new light as I don’t think these buds will fulfil their full potential with mars hydro, with this new light my tent light spread is completely even so I have high hopes for this grow. Some other phenos are purple at this stage so I will most definitely be buying more runtz muffin seeds until I find the purple pheno that I can clone. Still currently feeding the girls 2 litres in the morning and 2 litres before the lights turn off. Considering adding molasses as a third feeding depending on how the growth goes.

🗓️ Week 10 complete – 6th week of flowering Seriotica Drain EC was a bit too high at the beginning of the week, but has now stabilized around ~1.5. She’s handling 1.0–1.2 EC input very well, showing no new signs of stress or deficiencies 🌿 Thanks to consistent monitoring and careful adjustments, flowering continues steadily – no surprises, no setbacks. Next week, the switch from Big Bud to Overdrive is coming up 🌸

The plants continue to kick ass. New French Macaron and Chem Brulee leaves are all 9-fingered now. Crazy happy plants. Sprayed with light BT spray (trying to avoid any caterpillar issues this year as much as possible) early in the week. Sprayed with light Neem Oil / Castile Soap (no more dawn, no more issues!) late in the week. Today, June 9, I also defoliated a bit. Keep in mind that I don't want to do much this year as far as topping and training, so I've done one simple top on all of the plants, and essentially have created 4 main colas for each plant. I only did this to create some airflow under the plant. I don't plan on doing a lot of this stuff. Gonna let the sunshine do her thing. Even though these girls have some hot-ass super soil in there, I'm still going to be doing some top-dressing. Mixed this up and slathered it on there on Saturday, June 12. ------

WOW she is a monster! Just shy of 2 meters! Well 1.7 meters. Still good for a strain that is rated for 0.9 meters. She is developing quite an impressive stature with an abundance of beautiful bud sites.

This plant is in the far back corner so it's hard to get good pics of it. Its the most stretchy plant this run but it looks like its putting on some nice frosty buds. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.

So this was my first grow on photos I have grown autos for a long time and I just couldn't waste my time anymore. I am pleased with the outcome but i will be starting a better diary with better plants in the coming weeks. Cheers. Light it up

Adding Mephisto Sour Hound to my tent of autos. Really excited about growing some Mephisto Genetics, been hearing amazing things about Mehphisto (I also have a Alien vs Triangle going in a separate diary). This is a free seed I received with my order from Seedsman last fall (BTW Seedsman ROCKS!). This first seed failed to pop so I planted a second and that one popped in 4 days!. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. This is intentional, educational, and incredibly valuable to observe. ⸻ 🌸 The Early-18h Plant — Signs of Flower Initiation One of the plants spent a few weeks under 18 hours of light before joining the rest. Now, at Week 4, she’s clearly showing early flowering signals: • First pistils appearing • A subtle but visible shift in posture and energy • That unmistakable “I’m ready to bloom” attitude She looks beautiful — relaxed, confident, and eager to express herself. This is not stress. This is timing. What’s happening here? The earlier extended vegetative light allowed her to mature physiologically faster. Once environmental cues aligned, she was simply ready. She wants to be free. She wants to flourish. And she absolutely will. ⸻ 🌿 The Others — Classic Veg Growth, Right on Track The rest of the plants are behaving exactly as expected for Week 4 veg: • Up to 6 nodes • Clear branching initiation • Very uniform structure across individuals • No visible flowering signs yet They are lush. Deep, healthy greens. Leaf structure is expressive and full of character — a strong genetic signature showing itself clearly now. You can already tell: this is good genetics, handled with respect. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Nutrition (Unchanged, Dialed-In) Everything remains consistent across all plants: • Nutrition: unchanged, same recipe for all • Watering: same rhythm and inputs • Room temperature & environment: stable • Temperature: ~25.7 °C • Relative Humidity: ~60% • CO₂: ~666 ppm • PPFD: increased slightly this week • Now sitting around 600–700 PPFD, depending on plant size and proximity to the light • Roughly +100 PPFD compared to last week, adjusted naturally as the canopy rises This is a key point worth repeating: 👉 Different expressions are coming from timing, not from different treatment. ⸻ 🧠 Why This Matters (and Why It’s Beautiful) This week is a perfect live lesson in: • How light history influences developmental timing • Why plants in the same room can behave differently — without anything being wrong • How consistency allows genetics to speak clearly Nothing is forced here.
