A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. Lots of smells have become their own... The fried banana has this crazy skunk smell with a real earth dirt smell once the skunk fades... The orange cake NO kidding, smells like a fresh peeled orange and some kind of batter smell... It's nuts... The big Z has the immediate Skittles blast with a earthy afternote... And the paint is just like the last one and smells real chemical like! When u say the name it makes u smell the paint... Is that just me???? Hahaha anyways... Thats what I got .. everything is going amazing and for day 37 I think they've filled out real nice... Now hopefully they fatten up in the next 20-30 days!!!!

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Week 6 of flowering, and things are heating up—literally with the scent! 🌬️💨 Both plants have significantly increased their aroma, and every time I open the grow box, I’m greeted with a strong and delightful smell that fills the space. The non-LST plant is much further along in its development. Its buds have progressed beautifully in color, and I’ve already noticed the first amber trichomes appearing. 🍂✨ This, along with its overall appearance, is signaling that it’s nearing maturity. Because of this, I’ve started flushing the plant with clear water to prepare it for harvest. Speaking of the LST plant, it’s about a week behind. 🌱 While it’s not as far along, it’s still thriving with strong trichome production and a stunning Lemon Haze aroma that’s sharper every day. 🍋💚 Both plants are doing great, and the differences in their timelines make this grow even more interesting. I’m excited to see how the LST variant catches up in the coming weeks! 😊🌟

Almost 2 weeks into flower now and things are starting to look good . The ladies got a nice shape to them looking nice and healthy they have grow a little but not much this past week I can say thats likely due to formation of flowers and getting ready for her last big stretch . Starting the second week of flowering, first day! And they are beautiful. This week was crazy! They started producing fruit earlier than I expected, and with good shape and resin, they developed really well!

She's not doing the best this week but I'm trying to fix her. If everyone nows what's up with her can yous leave a comment.

Everything is coming along quite nicely. They have slowed down in growth now it is time to fill out. Still feeding fish 3x daily. They have developed a pretty strong smell

After 2 weeks drying I put the buds into terplock bags, never used these bags before so I'm hoping everything works out. Stats for the GDG21 Truffle gas. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. 1 more week till harvest and the weather site said 27* c for the first few harvest days. That will be like 33* c in the greenhouse. Got some white sheets to put up to reflect back some of that heat. Saw some suspected "bud rot" on the tallest bud branch... You can see the brown leaves in the pics... I'll check it later. The thrips are liking plant #1. See the white marks on some of the leaves in the pics. But with 1 week left I won't spray anything. Should take about 5 days to cut down 6 plants. Then a few more to put them into the curing bags. I'll post some pics/video just before harvest next week. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Good morning everyone, today is day 29f! Moving right along the girls are super healthy and looking great! Last week like a broken record we alternated watering with fish shit and silica although I did add an 1/8 teaspoon of kelp extract with the fish shit watering, Read a lot about it and feel like it could be beneficial! Also did my biweekly top dress of half dose Gaia green, I feel like it’s definitely been better to add less bi weekly instead of full dose monthly to allow for a never ending supply of nutes rather than having it run out then wait for it to cook and work into soil, gonna stick with it in the future. That’s about it really, we are on cruise control and they are starting to bulk up, the 2 permafrost seem to be a few days ahead of the jingle cookie or they are just going to be the fatter flowers, time will tell! Day 75 - Topped up and changed water and nutrient solution. Cut down on the "Grow" and upped the "Bloom". Trimmed more dead dieing and weak leaves. Also trimmed away quite a few smaller branches underneath that just weren't going to have a chance at establishing any good bud sites and most likes would have eventually died off anyways due to lack of light penetration to lower canopy levels. Back left plant has slowed its height growth almost to a stop at around 31 inches from the bucket rim. Front and back right plants have still been growing strong despite the nutrient cut backs but are also forming good flowers at the same time. Will have to boost up the shorter plant to get closer to light as I keep moving it farther away for the other 2 plants. Day 79 - More watering and trimming.
