All going well now, just lowered my setup by 35cm to gain more space for the ladies... also now my reservoir is below the cabin instead of inside, so much cooler water now (in fact I had to pace a heater to avoid temperature below 18˚C)

The ICE is almost done; the NL doesn’t even seem close. Interesting since ICE sprouted a day later than the NL.

Yoooooo! It’s somehow healthy again?! Since I’m at 63/64 tops, I’d say that this experiment was a success! I’m still debating whether to let this girl flower or not. Super fun technique. I feel like I would be comfortable doing this on a main grow and not an experimental one.

The outdoor plant's stems are thickening and hardening af. This will be perfect for when my next light arrives; I will switch it back to flower and will support some fat buds. It is windy af; I am also twisting all stems on the outdoor plant every 3-4 days so they harden/thicken even more. I really might need to cut it to size before going inside again... I am giving it full veg nutrients (2.5ml/L fish emulsion, 1ml/L Activera, 0.8ml/L Bloom) with tiny bit of bloom; There are also some small pests eating some small holes through the leaves, but seems to handle it; I get rid of anything I see and will give it an organic pesticide (garlic and neem oil) spray before bringing it back inside. Indoor plant is going OK, the buds are fattening a bit slower than I want, The light is now also a bit too small for this plant as well; I want also the lower buds to fatten so some of the higher leaves are burning a bit but the middle is best. I might have given it a bit of nitrogen toxicity a bit ago but I lowered my fish emulsion and it stopped spreading,

She’s a fast grower! Getting big quick. She is also getting natural sunlight in through the window when conditions are good. At 18 hrs on & 4 hrs. off, she is under a Phlizon ph2000 watt.

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** Plants still looking good from last week, Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle. The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. sucks this thing is an auto and not a fast version, I dilute the feed down to 1/2 as the other photoperiods, its in its end of life now and kinda of a waist of space. Not impressed with this plant. might steer away from fast flowers because of this. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% . Till next week. ***Sponsored Grow*** Official Website: https://medicgrow.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/medicgrowled Twitter: https://twitter.com/medicgrow Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/medicgrow420/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNmiY4F9z94u-8eGj7R1CSQ Growdiaries: https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow

Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress and prepare for the flowering phase!" Day 33 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Exciting news for our second grow: we’ve added a new member to the grow tent – a praying mantis! 🦗 Her species is Timor shield mantis, and she still needs a name. We got her to help with pest control naturally. Praying mantises are excellent predators and can help keep unwanted insects away from our plants. Feel free to suggest a name for her! Any tips or fun facts about keeping a mantis in the grow tent are also welcome!" Day 34 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our second batch of plants, just like the first, has developed well and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy. Now that the flowering phase is starting, we’re excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this phase? Let us know in the comments!"

🤩 https://www.instagram.com/hou_stone420/
