Day 53 flower , decided to cut her down , with better light there was more Amber than I first thought . 38 hours dark before harvest . Much bigger and fuller buds than expected when cut down . Lots of trycs 3/4 really big colas and a real lemon smell , lots of dark purple in the bigger buds . Over all very pleased with harvest . I’ll update yield in a few weeks

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

Day 29 massive leave cutting in the morning... but the queens seems to be ok 😃🙏👌👍the Z-Up strain has 5cm more then the others Day 30 all queens are a little bit shocked from cutting 😩 ok chill today but tomorrow back to work bitches 😂😂😆😃🙏👍 Day 31 everything seems to be allright 😃🙏👌 Day 32 well the queens raise again 😃🙏👍

Day 8 - She has sprouted and looking healthy and great. Really excited for this grow. Day 12 She got her first soak today, she's the strongest of the set I turned off the inside fan, I'm worried it was blowing them over. Just running the extraction fan at the moment Day 13 She has outgrown the balacnce I placed for her and is looking great Day 14 She is the biggest at the end of week 2

Welcome to the Smoking Tiki's hut! For this grow, I'm using some of the seeds I won at the Summer Buds contest from last year. I kept the seeds in my fridge door during one year. It worked very well because all the seeds successfully germinated after 48h! 😎 I used 3x3 seeds. I selected 2x3 seeds with the bigger root to put them in some pots. I will let them grow a bit and then select the 3 best plants to make it until the harvest. It's the first time I grow some Fast Buds under a light and in a controlled environement, I'm really curious to see how it turns out! This plant like say it has a pump installed for the way it taking up water did some low stress at the end of the week to promote some branch growth...once that's accomplished will do lil trim on older leaves....until nxt time #happy growing

Today is day 47, and I am more than happy with the progress the girls have made! After another week of minimal input due to being out of town, they were a little stressed but I got a good trim/lst session in yesterday which seems to have helped. Hopefully I will be able to give them the love they deserve from now on, but they seem to be doing well despite the lack of attention.

This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights.
