๐ฅ THE QUEEN'S FINAL PERFORMANCE! 1,603.8 GRAMS WET, 198 GRAMS OF BEAUTIFULLY TRIMMED FLOWERS! ๐๐๐ธ
Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร8 Adventure! ๐ฑ๐
My friends...
THE QUEEN IS BACK!
๐๐๐๐
And this time, we're bringing the scissors, the TrimBin, and a little patience because we're continuing the post-harvest journey of our beautiful Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A!
If you've been following this diary, you already know this girl has been quite a character throughout the adventure.
Our Queen of the Yo-Yo World.
A substantial plant with beautiful, dense flowers, distinctive structures, and enough photographic potential to keep the macro department busy with 997 stack photographs!
Yes, 997!
I still haven't recovered from that one.
๐๐ธ
Last week, we covered her harvest, the whole-plant drying stage, and the first look at those beautiful flowers. We also talked about her development throughout the 8ร8 Adventure and why she earned her place among the plants that really stood out in this run.
If you haven't seen those previous updates, I strongly recommend taking a look. They contain the full story of her journey, from her earlier development right through to harvest.
Today, we're picking up exactly where we left off.
The plant has been dried whole, and now it's time to bring everything to the TrimBin and give every flower the attention it deserves.
And believe me...
This Queen had plenty of flowers waiting for us!

๐ A QUICK RECAP โ FROM THE 8ร8 ROOM TO THE TRIMBIN
For anyone joining this diary for the first time, Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A was part of our 8ร8 Adventure, where twelve individual plants shared the same general growing environment.
One of the interesting aspects of this project was documenting how different plants expressed themselves under the same overall approach.
And this girl certainly developed her own personality.
She became a substantial plant, with impressive flower development and dense structures throughout her branches. Some of her flowers also displayed foxtailing, giving them an additional distinctive appearance.
She was one of those plants that kept us looking closer, photographing more, and finding new details to appreciate.
And then came harvest.
We dried her as a whole plant, allowing that stage to become part of her individual post-harvest journey.
Now, after completing the drying stage, we were ready to move into trimming.
One chapter finished.
Another one begins!
๐ฟโ๏ธ๐
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
๐ฌ๏ธ FROM WHOLE-PLANT DRYING TO THE TRIMBIN
After drying the plant whole, it was time to bring her down and start working through the flowers.
This is one of those stages where patience makes all the difference.
We don't simply rush through the process.
Each flower gets attention, and we take the time to work around its individual structure, removing the unwanted material while preserving the flower itself as carefully as possible.
The TrimBin was, as always, our trusty companion throughout the session.
๐๐
And the curved scissors were ready for action!
There is something satisfying about moving from a whole plant hanging during drying to seeing the individual flowers gradually separated, cleaned up, and presented in their final trimmed form.
You start recognising the different shapes and structures.
Some flowers are more compact.
Others have their own elongated character.
And with this Amnesia Haze, there was plenty of beautiful flower material to work through.
The Queen certainly kept us busy!
๐๐ธ
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
โ๏ธ HAND-TRIMMING โ EVERY FLOWER GETS HER ATTENTION
As with our other harvests, everything was carefully trimmed by hand.
No shortcuts.
No rushing.
Just patience, attention, and a little love for every flower.
๐โ๏ธ
I genuinely enjoy this part of the process, even when the amount of work starts becoming slightly questionable.
๐
Each flower deserves to be handled individually. We take our time, work through the plant, and make sure the final presentation reflects the care that went into the rest of the journey.
And this girl gave us a beautiful collection to work with.
The density was impressive.
The flowers had substantial structure.
And the overall appearance was exactly what I was hoping to see after drying.
She was a proper beast in terms of flower compactness, frost, and visual presence.
A beautiful combination that made the trimming session particularly rewarding.
This is also why I enjoy documenting the process with photographs.
The plant as a whole tells one story, but the individual flowers reveal another.
And sometimes, the details deserve just as much attention as the big picture.
๐๐ธ๐ธ
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
โ๏ธ THE NUMBERS ARE IN โ THE QUEEN DELIVERED!
And now, my friends...
Let's get to the numbers!
๐โ๏ธ๐
After all the trimming was completed, we finally had the final weights.
๐ง Wet bud weight: 1,603.8 g
๐ธ Final dry, trimmed flower weight: 198 g
๐ Status: Trimmed and ready for curing.
๐ Final verdict: A very happy grower!
Now, I'm not going to pretend that numbers alone tell the entire story.
They don't.
But 198 grams of dry, trimmed flowers from this individual plant is a result I'm genuinely happy with.
And beyond the final weight, what impressed me most was the overall quality of the flowers we were handling.
The compactness.
The visible frost.
The beautiful structures.
And that unmistakable presence that made this girl stand out throughout the run.
She certainly lived up to her name.
Amnesia Haze Auto?
Yes, please!
๐๐๐ฅ
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
๐ COMPACTNESS, FROST & A BEAUTIFUL HARVEST
If I had to highlight three things from this harvest, they would be compactness, frost, and overall flower presentation.
This girl produced some seriously beautiful flowers.
They had a substantial, compact structure, with plenty of visible resin and a look that made it difficult not to stop and admire them while trimming.
And the smell?
Well...
Let's leave that conversation for the smoke review, because she deserves a proper discussion of her aromas and flavour profile.
But I can already tell you that this is not a girl who goes unnoticed!
๐๐
I was particularly pleased with how the flowers looked after trimming.
They retained that beautiful structure, and the final collection was something I was genuinely proud to photograph.
For me, this is one of the most rewarding parts of the entire process.
You follow a plant for weeks and weeks, observe every change, document her development, and eventually reach the moment when you can appreciate the flowers as the result of that journey.
And with this Queen?
I think we can safely say she made an impression.

? THE CURING CHAPTER โ GLASS JARS & GROVE BAGS
With trimming completed and the final flowers weighed, the next stage is curing.
For this girl, we're using two different storage approaches: glass jars and Grove Bags.
And I always enjoy having the opportunity to compare different approaches while documenting the results.
Glass jars are a familiar option. They provide an airtight storage environment, but they require attention to the moisture condition of the flowers. During the early curing period, jars are commonly opened periodically to exchange air and release excess moisture. How often this is needed depends on the condition of the flowers and the humidity inside the jars.
Grove Bags, on the other hand, use their TerpLoc technology and are designed to help manage the internal environment through controlled moisture and gas exchange.
When the flowers have been properly dried before being packed, the bags are designed to be sealed without routine burping.
That doesn't mean we should ignore the contents or assume that a bag can correct flowers that were packed too wet. Proper drying before storage remains essential, and monitoring is always sensible if there is any uncertainty.
Two approaches.
Two storage environments.
And another opportunity to observe how the flowers develop during the curing period.
We'll leave the detailed comparison for when we have had enough time to assess the results properly.
For now, the Queen's flowers are trimmed, weighed, and ready for their next chapter.

๐ฌ THE 8ร8 ADVENTURE โ TWELVE PLANTS, TWELVE INDIVIDUAL STORIES
One thing I always want to emphasise throughout this project is that every plant has her own diary for a reason.
The 8ร8 Adventure brought twelve individual plants together in the same general growing environment, but that doesn't mean they all developed identically.
Each one had her own structure, her own characteristics, and her own journey.
Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A was one of the girls who really made herself noticed.
Her substantial development, dense flowers, distinctive structures, and impressive final harvest have made her a particularly memorable part of this adventure.
And now we're documenting her journey beyond harvest.
From growing room to whole-plant drying.
From drying to careful hand-trimming.
From trimming to curing.
And eventually, to the smoke review.
Because the story doesn't stop when the scissors are put away.
There's still plenty to discover!

๐ฎ WHAT COMES NEXT? THE QUEEN'S SMOKE REVIEW!
And now, my friends, we're moving into the curing stage.
Once the flowers have had enough time to settle, we'll come back with the smoke review.
That's where we'll give the aroma, flavour, smoothness, and overall experience their own dedicated space.
I already have plenty to say about this girl, but I want to keep today's report focused on what we've actually completed: drying, trimming, final weights, and the beginning of curing.
No need to reveal the entire story in one update!
๐๐
The Queen has delivered a beautiful harvest.
Now let's give her flowers the time they deserve.

โค๏ธ FINAL THOUGHTS โ A QUEEN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE JOURNEY
Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia โ Pheno A.
Our Queen of the Yo-Yo World.
๐๐ฅ๐
From her substantial structure in the 8ร8 room to the dense, frosty flowers we worked through during trimming, this girl has given us plenty of reasons to be happy with her performance.
And the final numbers?
1,603.8 grams wet.
198 grams dry, trimmed, and ready for curing.
A result I'm genuinely pleased with.
But what makes this harvest particularly satisfying is the combination of everything that came with it.
The compactness.
The frost.
The flower structure.
The overall presentation.
And the feeling that this girl really lived up to the name she carries.
She was a beautiful plant to document, a rewarding harvest to work through, and another individual story worth preserving in the 8ร8 Adventure.
Now she moves into curing, and we'll be back with the smoke review when the time comes.
Until then...
Keep shining, Queen.
You've earned your crown! ๐๐๐
