Good plant, done in 60 days this time. Wish I saved a clone. Drying at 60%rh and 65°. It was supposed to be a mother plant that was producing clones but ended up putting into flower anyway. It had a rough life and end up going to flower twice during veg which caused multiple rounds of monster cropping on top of each other and required lots of trimming and training.

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this Kannabia plant is still doing ok, its been having some issues with N and Ca, can see on the leaves some prominent signs it needs more Ca, so hopefully the addition helped this week of CaMg. Some of my other plants are also discoloured but not to the same extent as this one. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 4cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. Till next week. ***Sponsored Grow*** Official Website: https://medicgrow.com/ + https://www.kannabia.com/en Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/medicgrowled + https://www.facebook.com/kannabiaseed/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/medicgrow + https://twitter.com/kannabiaseeds Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/medicgrow420/ + https://www.instagram.com/kannabiaseedsint YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNmiY4F9z94u-8eGj7R1CSQ + https://www.youtube.com/c/KannabiaSeedCompany Growdiaries: https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow + https://growdiaries.com/grower/kannabia https://growdiaries.com/seedbank/kannabia

🌸 Week 4 Flower – Gelonade Run (Week 8 from Seed) The garden this week feels like a song in mid-chorus, not at the beginning, not at the climax, but at that perfect moment where everything flows together, alive and in rhythm. The Gelonade girls continue to thrive as they enter their fourth week of flower. Both phenos are strong, healthy, and stacking nicely, but once again, the spotlight belongs to Pheno #2, our unicorn with her unforgettable leaves. 🍃 The Freak Leaves – Nature’s Masterpiece Every week she amazes me. The leaves are massive, sculpted, and utterly unique, opening like fingers folding out of a hand, splitting and stretching in ways I’ve never seen before. They don’t just capture light; they capture attention. They’re freakish only in the sense of being extraordinary. This week I did a light defoliation, removing just a few fan leaves here and there to let air and light move through the canopy. Nothing heavy, just enough to open the girls up so they can breathe freely. The freak leaves still dominate the show, and I couldn’t be happier. 💧 Nutrition – Aptus x Plagron Fusion The nutrient strategy stays consistent, built on the solid foundation of super soil and pellets while enhancing with a balanced booster program: • Aptus Regulator – for structure and stress resistance • Aptus CalMag Boost – for strong frames and chlorophyll balance • Plagron Trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) – each at 1 ml/L This blend is improvisation, yes, but with intention. Aptus provides the backbone, while Plagron brings a bloom-focused push. EC remains low (around 0.6) and pH steady at 6.1. The girls are feeding happily without signs of deficiency or excess. Environment & Conditions Temperatures are still a little warm at times, but airflow and extraction keep things under control. Humidity floats between 50–60%, and the TrolMaster system continues to guide watering, keeping soil moisture around that 19–20% mark before irrigation. The ecosystem, from lights to sensors to airflow, is tuned and humming, letting the girls focus on flowering. 🌱 Quick Recap – From Seed to Now • Week 1–2: Germination and fragile seedling stage, roots digging in. • Week 3–4 Veg: Vigorous branching, structure building, unicorn leaves making their first appearance. • Week 5–6: Transition to flower, pistils forming, stretch in full swing. • Week 7–8 (now): Bud sites stacking, white hairs everywhere, plants at ~88 cm, morphing beautifully into early bloom. It’s been a journey of balance — super soil below, light above, and the grower’s touch in between. 🔮 Looking Ahead Next week, I expect to see the beginnings of bud swelling as calyxes start to stack and flowers take shape. Pistils will multiply, resin glands will begin to sparkle, and the true magic of flower development will begin. What not to expect just yet: density. These next couple of weeks are about building the frame of the buds; the bulk will come later. ⸻ Plant Stats – Week 4 Flower / Week 8 from Seed • Height: ~80 cm • Temperature: 28–32°C • Humidity: 50–60% • VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa • EC: 0.6 • pH: 6.1 • Nutrients: Regulator, CalMag Boost, Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation ⸻ May the light kiss their leaves, may the roots hold steady, and may each new flower remind us that beauty is often found in the unexpected ⸻ ✨ The Gelonades are glowing. Strong, healthy, and uniquely beautiful — especially Pheno #2, who reminds us every day that difference is beauty. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Wow the amount of growth over the last week have been staggering! Keeping the plants on the same strength feed as not nute burn or deficiency has been shown yet. HOWEVER I did notice some of them showing signs of sex!!!! I can’t tell yet so hopefully soon! Installed a filter in the tent with an actual exhaust fan instead of my pc fan pushing air out. The airflow seems great and it keeps temps nice and balanced Heater gets temp to 81° With the fan pulling air out slightly then the heater stops and the exhausts kicks up faster to pull air in until temps drop to 75° rinse and repeat. The runt is finally starting to grow lots now as well. And I have a short time lapse video that I’ll try and post in a bit! Noticing some mild weed smell now too, filters working as I don’t smell it outside only in the tent :) that makes me pretty happy lol

Hi Growmies, She is developing nicely and still in her flower stretch, she also became a bit thirstier than before. The rootball is still growing at d looking pretty healthy, only a bit of staining from the Rhizotonic. The feeding regimen has not changed since last week. The ppfd at the canopy is in the 600 range at the moment. Thanks for stepping by and hope to see you next week.

Only 3/4 sprouted so I’m going with that. I don’t have any extra seeds. I am very happy tho because my last grow 4 was a lot in my setup. I want to see how much I can train 3 plants and how much bigger I can get them. I also have to order seeds this run and get more soil. Very excited

Greetings, fellow cultivators and guardians of the green realm! It's time to unravel the verdant tapestry in this Week 2 Flower Report for our reigning queen, Jealousy, in the Power Buds competition. The air in the grow room is humming with the promise of flourishing buds, and the journey through the flowering phase has been nothing short of sublime. As Week 2 of flowering unfolded, I found myself marveling at the sheer perfection of Jealousy's progress. She's become the embodiment of botanical grace, with buds forming and branches reaching for the heavens. It's like witnessing a botanical ballet where every move is executed with precision and elegance. Now, in the pursuit of perfection, a decision was made to embark on a defoliation expedition. The goal? To channel Jealousy's energy into the areas that truly matter, ensuring that each bud site receives the spotlight it deserves. This meticulous pruning is like sculpting a masterpiece, with each leaf strategically removed to unveil the hidden beauty beneath. And why stop at perfection when we can plan for the future? As an insurance policy for the green kingdom, a few extra cuts were taken. It's like stashing away green treasures, ready to sprout new life if the need arises. These clones are not just cuttings; they are the potential guardians of our botanical legacy. Jealousy, our green empress, took the defoliation with a regal poise. She's a resilient beauty, adapting to the changes with the composure of a true queen. The grow room is now a stage, and Jealousy is the star, radiating with the promise of a bountiful harvest. As we navigate the second week of flowering, let's extend our heartfelt gratitude to Zamnesia and Plagron, the unsung heroes of our green odyssey. Their contributions are the foundation upon which our botanical dreams are built. A standing ovation to the Grow Diaries community – your shared experiences and collective wisdom create a vibrant tapestry of knowledge. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your buds blossom abundantly, and may the fragrance of success linger in the air. Here's to a week of defoliation finesse, green elegance, and the anticipation of a harvest fit for royalty. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. [END OF WEEK 01]

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all.
