In dieser Woche hat sich die RP43 sehr gut entwickelt und ist wirklich sehr gut gewachsen 🌱🌿 Ich habe den Dünger nicht mehr erhöht, da sie keine Anzeichen machte ihn nochmal zu erhöhen. Ab dieser Woche wird das Licht auf 12/12 umgestellt und der Beginn der Blüte eingeleitet.💡

D28 - The first day in the fourth week of veg for Nordle #2 and the start of the third week for #1. I gave both girls around 2.5-liters of the compost tea I started brewing yesterday, and for once, I remembered to check the pH and adjust it to 6.5. Yay, progress! D29 - Today, it was finally time to top the second girl. She was already seven nodes tall, around 30 cm. First, I got everything together as I prefer to have what I need before starting instead of running around looking for something mid-process: Snips, a couple of glasses with water to put cuttings in, bonsai wire and soil staples, clone-gel and a new razor blade, dwc cloner, peppermint oil and Q-tip. After cleaning the snips thoroughly with alcohol, I topped her just above her fourth node. I'm going to mainline her, so I removed everything below the fourth as well. She went from a lush lady to a stick figure! I secured her remaining two branches using staples and wire. The final touch in the tent was to put some peppermint oil on a Q-tip. Bugs and pests are attracted to the scent of injured plants. On the other hand, they hate the smell of peppermint oil, and it should deter the critters even though the girl smells like a buffet. I bought this tiny DWC system for a few bucks off Amazon a while back and want to try it as a cloner. (The primary purpose of this cloning project is to practice taking clones, plus see how well this hydro system works.) I trimmed each cutting before lightly scraping the stalk, making a fresh cut with the razor blade, and finally into a net-pot. I had planned to put some clone-gel into the water, but it turned out that the bottle had gone bad since last time. Oh well, pure water for this test run then. Finally, I cut up all the removed leaves and stalks into small pieces and distributed them on top of the soil in the pot. Have to keep that nutrition cycle going. Plus, like this, I don't have to worry about safely disposing those telltale leaves. Win-win in my book. D34 - The final day in the fourth week of veg for Nordle #2 and the end of the third week for #1. #2 has recovered great after her first topping, and I'm planning on doing her second topping tomorrow, six days after the first. #1 is a week behind so I'm planning on topping her in a couple of days as I want to make sure that her fourth node is at the same height as the fourth node on the second girl. The clones are looking really healthy but no roots yet but maybe that is to be expected considering that I'm using no rooting hormones.

### Day 22 ### Jeej, the last week of vege! She looks to respond pretty well to the LST, I see nice new growth everywhere. She is also very dence as shown in the video up above. I hope she will get a mayor stretch when starting to flower. I'm already very proud of how this little plant is turning out. 😁🌱 Also ordered some biobizz top max and bio heaven to boost flowering when it happens. ### Day 23 ### Decided to add more LST, a lot more LST (like 7 wires extra in addition to the 2 initial ones)! 😂 Was a little hard because of the density, but it worked out. I think only one budsight does not have access to direct light. I just could not get it in the right place, oh well, there looks to be enough others 😋. Hope she is not stressed too much, some of the bends are pretty hard, but she is still flexible. After reviewing the photos again I realized that I'm growing her in kind of a spiral. ### Day 24 ### Started the day by tucking the bigger leafs underneath the small ones who need more light. She looks happier now! Also watered her 0.6l with nutrients, the soil was becoming pretty dry and it was 3 days ago since her last watering. ### Day 25 ### Pretty uneventful day. She is still liking the LST, like a lot! Readjusted the LST and tucked the bigger leaves under. There is only one part of new growth I'm concerned about! It is in the middle of the top view picture, so it is from a few nodes before, but looks terrible in comparison to the rest of the plant. Like it was eaten by something. Hopefully she will rebound from this. ### Day 26 ### I put some cardboard in a V shape in front of the intake fan to defuse the airflow more. Now the new growth that had problems yesterday looks a little better, the brown red-ish is fading away. Windburn is a real thing apparently 😲 Did a lot of LST again today, trying to stay ahead of the growth. ### Day 28 ### The last day of week 4. Did some more heavy LST to make sure all potential budsights get enough light. The growth that was struggling a few days ago is doing a lot better and seems to be recovering.

This week was a real breeze! She's gaining a ton of weight on the bud sites and she's really growing nicely! She's starting to bud around the flowering sites and really finishing nicely. The formation of bracks and the formation of the buds is my favorite part because that's when you get to see somewhat of the final picture and the time the flower is most colorful! Now the second best part is harvesting the flower for smoking which will be occuring soon! The smell on these girls is very invigorating!! She's putting out a smell of a Apple Tart! You can smell the Apple Strudel right away when you open up the tent! I can't believe how big she's got and how beautiful they are coming along! I have to say that this is one of my favorites to grow and my favorite smelling strain! I also love the way the flowers are stacking on the colas!!! The frost on top of the cola leaves is insane! During the day I drop the humidity down to 45-50% and then at night I raise the humidity up to 60-65% which helps a ton with flower promotion during the flowering stage! Also, I raise the temperature during the day to 80° and at night I lower the temperature to 55°-60° which helps mimic the autumn temperatures that aids a ton in flower production in the flowering stage!!! I'll be stopping the two Apple Strudel Auto's from receiving any synthetic nutrients soon and flushing them once harvest is closer. It will be within the next two weeks or so! I do that because they'll stop taking nutrients in and start to self canabulize as a normal (ending) part of plant life. Then I'll give the two ladies plain pH balanced H20 for the next 2 weeks to flush any and all nutrients out of them. Then three days of darkness. Finally I'll chop them down to hang in my harvesting closet for 7-14 days with a dehumidifier on at 65% humidity. Then I'll place the flower into the trimmer and then into the grove bags for the last step in harvesting! The grove bags will keep the flower at 58-62% humidity. They also help keep the flower fresh longer, the Terpenes fresh, the Terpenes flavors, and from becoming moldy or dried out! I've used both these and the mason jars with boveda humidity packs but to me the grove bags are a must and a go to fail safe!!! All you do is hang your buds upside down at 60/60 or 65/60 for 7-10 days or until the braches snap and make that noise. Thanks and as always stay safe, stay high, and stay blessed!

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. Next week I will decide how I will continue the training because I have space again in the flower tent 😀. This week I'll decide whether it goes straight into the flower tent or is pruned again. 10/26: All but one are flowering now, and most are stretching. There are a few shorter ones, thankfully, so they'll get moved up to the top of the closet in another day or two and I'll have a little more room for the big girls to spread out a little bit. 10/27: I rearranged the garden a little bit today and checked whether they needed water or not. I foliar fed with Big Bloom and a little Tiger Bloom today. I'm seeing signs of potassium deficiency on several of them. 10/28: I watered everybody with about 1/4 gallon and included a little terpinator, cal-mag, bembe, and beastie bloomz. I uploaded a couple of photos showing some weird curling of the newest growth...just an odd varietal trait I think because I've seen it before on my Candy Cane F2's. 10/29: I rotated everybody on the edges and plucked some older, lower leaves. They are damn near totally dry, so flushing tomorrow. 10/30: I decided not to flush based partly on how shitty the weather is right now...and partly because I'm seeing some N deficiency signs in several plants and really can't afford to put off feeding them again until they dry after a 3-gallon flush. So, instead, I thoroughly watered everybody with about 3/4 gallon including cal-mag, myco/tricho, beneficial bacteria, humic acid, bembe, and terpinator. I let them sit in their catchment trays long enough to soak all the run-off back up, so they are fairly well saturated now with things that should make the roots really happy. I've added another oscillating fan and got the hygrostat set to kick on the exhaust whenever the humidity reaches 55%, so it's pretty much staying on right now. Hopefully they are dried back out by Friday so I can give them a last good dose of N to help with their stretch. I'll also start going heavy with P and K, and increase terpenoid and flavonoid enhancers. I'm gonna give Signal by True a try when I finish my current bottle of Terpinator. I just can't bring myself to keep paying over $60/gallon when I can get a gallon of Signal for under $40. While watering today, I emptied the closet completely and had plants all over the place...my cats were in heaven..stalking each other under the jungle canopy.😺 It really does amaze me that I'm fitting all these plants into such a small space..😳 10/31: I rotated the edge plants and checked their moisture level. I'll feed them tomorrow. 11/1: I took everybody out of the closet and did a little defoliating. I fed everybody with about a half-gallon including all the good stuff.

Here comes the first Preflower Update

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

This plant has been a Beast has been going very healthy and very strong I have been defoliation heavily to ensure maximum light penetration into the canopy in order to make them ready for flowering cycle . Currently running on 12/12 cycle. I will continue to update thank you for reading have a happy grow

12/24/18 Decided to make bubble hash with the trim and small buds from all 4 plants. The bubble hash is now drying. This plant has been a dream to grow. No problems from her at all. I even found a couple keeper phenos as well. The black magic soil and fertilizer, along with the aerated nutrient teas that these ladies were feed worked to perfection. All organic living soil is the way to go! Im not finished yet. I will update this diary soon with dry weight and a smoke report once the ladies are done drying.00000
