All good and looking happy. Started some LST. I was undecided if I was going to train these girls but decided to do it. I gave a 1/4 feeding of Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag extra. Now that I've had a good watering schedule down with slight dry back they have been surging with growth! One starting to flower fast and the other is right behind it.

Wow last day of August, summer is flying by All the girls have finally stepped into high gear and are flourishing although in years past at this time of season my girls have always been further along. I guess this means a later harvest this year? Wondering if other growers are experiencing the same pattern. Sept.1 and average temps have started to drop during the day and the morning dew has reared its ugly head once again. This will probably be the case from here on in. Going to try my best to keep the girls from staying wet throughout the day. Sept.3 noticed some powdery mildew on my Godfather OG #1 in front of the wall. Made up a concoction of 1 litre of milk to 3 litres of water and gave her a good spray after the sun went down. Also sprayed the rest of my girls as a preventative. Hopefully this will help manage the problem. Sept. 6 this week has been quite windy most days and my Godfather OG blew over landing on top of Trainwreck #1 and breaking 2 lower colas OUCH! 👺 My fault for having Godfather to close Trainwreck

Hey everyone :-) We arrived in the last week before the harvest 😍😍😍. I can hardly wait because both are beautiful and smell extremely good 👍😃. Let's start with the weekly overview: Flowering day 56 Both were poured with 1.2 l each and checked for their health. Flowering day 57 Today the tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled. The trichomes have been checked and are about 80% milky and 20% amber. Flowering day 58 Both were checked, and the technology was checked for functionality. Flowering day 59 Today both were checked and fresh osmosis water was left in the tank. Flowering day 60 Again, both were poured with 1 liter. Flowering day 61 Today was a pure control day. The trichomes are now 30% amber and 70% milky (a few days until harvest). Flowering day 62 Today the whole tent was cleaned. And got the darkroom ready. In the next few days we will go to the darkroom. Of course, there will be a harvest update before the last update. D13 - BOOM! The new #1 had made her modest appearance. Only the top of the seed is visible so far, but it's a start. :) #2 is moving along nicely, quietly doing her thing. D14 - #1 is still shy and hasn't fully emerged yet, but she is at least poking up more than yesterday, so there's progress at least. #2 is doing great, and I like her structure. Short and stout with large leaves and very short internodal spacing. She is 7 cm tall but already 11 cm wide. I also cut back the cover crop as it was getting a bit wild and partly overshadowed the girls. Since starting the grow, I have yet to water the girls properly, but they did get a little bit a couple of days ago when I had some extra after watering nematodes (against fungus gnats) to our regular houseplants. Better to be proactive than reactive ;) D15 - I started a simple compost tea consisting of worm casting, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, biochar, and molasses. I'll leave it brewing overnight, and then it's watering/feeding time tomorrow. D17 - No idea what is going on with the first girl, but it sure isn't much. The seed has maybe emerged for another two millimeters from the soil, but that is it. The seed hasn't cracked, and no leaves are visible. Hell, I can hardly see the stem. Yesterday, I gave each girl about one liter of the compost tea that I started a couple of days ago. Let's see if that helps, although, at this point, I kind of doubt it. As always, I completely forgot to check the pH of the tea. I have no idea why I keep forgetting that with my teas when I have no problem checking the pH when I use plain water. Oh well. Not the end of the world but something I need to keep in mind for the next tea in a couple of weeks. The second girl looks great, though, so that's something at least. D20 - Alright, it is official. The third girl died as well. The seed never cracked, and the stem went limp. I have no idea why this happened, and now I'm out of Colorado Cookies seeds, so that's that. I have already planted another seed to see if the problem persists with another strain. I will make a separate diary for that one, though. On the positive side is that the remaining girl looks strong and healthy. She is now 9 cm tall and 18 cm wide on this last day in week two of veg. Upwards and onwards!

Day 85: First Grow We’re entering a new week, and it’s exciting to see the progress in our first grow. The plants are thriving, and the buds continue to get thicker and frostier. The formation of orange hairs is becoming more pronounced, indicating that we're on the right track. This week, we’ve decided to order a microscope to monitor trichome development more closely. Additionally, we're considering adding CANNAZYM to our feeding regimen to support bud growth and overall plant health. Let’s keep pushing forward and make this a successful grow!

Remo Chemo is a dense and sturdy Indica-dominant plant that must be evenly pruned, low branches included. At the end of the flowering, her dark-green leaves tend to acquire purplish hues which are sometimes so dark as to seem almost black. A real sight to behold. Plant 1 (84 days): 39,5g Got some pretty nice looking buds out of it, not very dense tho, left them to dry for around 12 Days, humidity droped below 50% during the day which kinda scared me but i think they turned out nicely Plant 2 (96 days): 65,4g Buds are way denser, removed the bigger stuff while it was still wet and trimmed the rest once it dried.

The Big Detroit energy will be my go to Strain taste smell and appearance all there!

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. 7ft tall doing high stress training to bend down. Tent is maxed. All under control day21 frosty oh my!

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Listed nutrients are ml/gallon of well water. Day 1 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temp of 72°. I watered from the hose about 2 gallons per pot. Day 2 we had clear skies, sunshine, and high temperature of 89°F. I watered about .75 gallons. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. High temp was 89°. I watered about .5-.75 gallons per pot from the hose. Day 4 we had rain the previous night, so no watering. We had lots of sunshine today and high temperature of 86°. Day 5 we had high temperatures of 88, clear skies, and lots of sunshine. I watered 2-2.5 gallons, from the water hose, per pot. Day 6 we had lots of sun and high temperatures of 90°F. I watered this one twice at about .75 gallons Day 7 we had high temperature of 86° and mostly sunny skies. I fed once about 1 gallon of the above nutrient mixture. This week was a success. The plants height has been achieved. She appears to be entering mid flower. I started feeding a potassium heavy feed on day 7 this week. This formula is 16ml of molasses per gallon of water. This is roughly 2-1-10 npk.

PH water to 6 with cider viniger. Turned the light up to 7000 LUX.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here.
