second week of flowering done. They were stretching like crazy. Installed a 3rd net to keep the stretch under control. Jumped from 35 cm to 83 cm in 2 weeks. They giving me some headache because of the hight. Should have send them 1 or 2 weeks earlier into flower. But it’s a lesson how to handle or not handle hybrids and sativas. Over all in was quite relaxing just adding water/ nutrients and doing some defoliation. So far so good. it’s quite easy to keep them on the same level with 3 nets. Still learning how to handle certain situations and conditions. But so far I am happy. They have got a massive need of Kalium at the moment. Should have given them more TA -Grow nutrients. But that’s party of learning. Really happy about the aeroponic setup. Really like the full control of the grow medium. (Compared to soil it’s easier for control freaks). Really water efficient compared to dwc/hydro/soil and changes made take effect pretty fast. Really nice oxygen supply at the roots and overall nice control possibilities regarding to roots and medium/solution. A possible downside could be that u can only use mineral nutrients and no organic nutrients. (We want some bacteria and fungus but not these ones that break down organic nutrients. That is more a preference thing than anything else. Good made hydro can compete with soil easily but most ppl put to much in there and ruin it any way. (Don’t want to trigger its good that everyone got its own style and evolves it in his needs and conditions.) The maintenance effort that is required for aero is a bit higher than soil and dwc but it pays off. (Personal opinion but numbers proof it) Looking forward to the next weeks and flower build up. Getting ready for flowering! On day 45 I placed a metal grid (90x90cm) on the bottom of the pot and a same one on the top as a scrog grid. Then I did a huge defoliation removing as much as I could under the net, exposing many small colas that were covered by upper leaves. On day 46 I didn’t switch off the lights in the night, so the princess has been awake for more than a day. I switched off the lights in the morning. After about 30 hours of darkness, on day 47 I switched lights back on and set up the timer for the switch to 12/12. In this first week I’m waiting for the plant to empty the reservoir, then 2 days of flush, and will start kicking bloom nutes (with fungi, bacteria and sugars) at half dosage next week.

Week six few problems etc sorting out a few stunted baby’s

Welcome to week 5! Things are progressing along as some plants have started to display sex. I've removed some of the males that have shown themselves so far as we aren't looking to breed this run. Going to let them veg for this week and then I will be flipping the lights to get the flowering cycle started. Huge shout outs go to @MarsHydroLED for allowing me to grow with their kick ass gear! Keep on inspiring. -The Projexx Day#29 Ladies are growing along and recovering nicely from the topping , Watered 1.5L from the bottom. Day#30 Plants seem to be doing ok from the water increase. Things moving along nicely Day#31 Pictures N/A. Plants are growing along remove 2 males Day#32 Watered 1.5L from the bottom , Plants arent very happy. I think the issues is i'm not waiting long enough between waterings. I will have to practice the technique more for now I may go back to top watering. Day#33 Pictures. N/A.Top fed 3.5 L each at 550PPM I knew I wasnt giving them enough water. Things are about to change heavy duty now Day#34 Pictures. N/A Plants are ridiculously happy now. Im going to cut away all the dying leaves and flip the lights. Day#35 Pictures N/A Last day of veg for this project. Im excited to see what these plants do in flower! Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

Todo esta semana salió mal, primero se me descalibró el medidor de ec, el tanque de agua estaba a más de 3 ec, lo bueno es que me di cuenta rápido y apenas se mostró excesos en la planta. Hoy se me callo el foco lec encima de esta dañando 2 ramas. No fue mucho pero si que lo notara y espero que el lec esté nuevo . Demasiado bien iba este cultivo jj

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

Ok so I got this diary back. I decided to delete it, when this grow wasn't going to happen. But now it is. Thank you @Growdiaries 🤗. So I'm guessing its week 8 here. I just took them out of the veg tent and transplanted them into Dutch buckets. #2,3, and 4 are females #1 is undecided. Only one will come outside in the end, I think.

We loved this photoperiod Super Boof from Zamnesia right from the start.
