The flowers develop very quickly, we can clearly see its autoflowering genes. A strong tropical smell is felt. The tips of the leaves are a little burnt Because of the strong sea wind loaded with salt...but not worrying for the future.

EDIT - I have killed this grow. Some hermy has pollinated my entire grow, so decided to kill them off.

Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

The fifth week of the 12/12 cycle and the Pineapples aren't going great. The plant on the right side is barely showing signs of deficiency, the one next to it the most signs. The other 2 have also signs of deficiency, but less. I think the ph levels of 6.1 were a bit too low so I'm going to keep those between 6.3 – 6.5 in further grows. But there's gonna be weed because the buds are taking form and smell is kicking in good. Blueberry is on her way and doing well. I've moved her from the propagation area to the grow tent so hopefully the better conditions will get her growing big and strong. One more week and I will transfer her to her final pot.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Went crazy with LST as I'm anticipating that stretch as they decide to start flowering through the week! I'm so excited the 2 with the older soil happily took nutrients almost to the point I could have went even full strength. The grobiotics is a special formula I got a sample of from a close friend. It consists of canna leaf, organic molasses and lacto bacillus!!!! It was great for improving the life of my soil I look forward to buying it when it becomes available it's not really available yet as far as I know. It improved my microbial life 100% my soil is definetly living and these plants are super happy. I hope you guys are enjoying these diaries as much as I am.
