My gorilla melons transitioning into flower this week. Not much change in height yet but I will get a good measurement next week. I haven't had to water this plant much at all this whole summer but now that I have the canopy up top I'm gonna have to start watering more. Last day of this week got a mix of compost tea with some liquid fish. It got around 8 gallons.

Just another fun week watching the young sprouts make it to Bloom. They stretched pretty good there for a while and now the Ladies are really putting on weight! 😎

Just added water this week to what was left in each reservoir; which dropped EC to the 1 range. Dropped lights down to 10 hours to lower DLI. Growing well apart from middle one. Pot fees heavy so I am drying it out for a few days before I water. Will be increasing nutrients next feed to 1ml grow 1ml bloom and will introduce top max soon.

Things still going great. I had a bit of light burn(upturned leaf edges) so I backed off an inch or two. Other than that no major changes.

This week was extremely hot. No heat stress on the girl. I love the progress so far.

Day 92 1000 tap added 6.3 700 Tomorrow will be three weeks since res change. Day 93 1000 tap ph5.46.1 ppm710 Another tiny nanner plucked from another bud. Day 94 Three weeks since res change. She drinks about a liter a day. Looks cooked tbh. First I've read that if/when sugar leaves' tips start burning it's better to harvest, second I checked the trichomes: lowest buds are quiet transparent, but there are amber heads on the top colas already as well. So I guess I should prepare for harvest. I don't know if I should flush. Day 95 Welp after reading a few articles and being bored I decided to change her res one last time to just cold tap. I'm not even gonna ph it, hope I'm not gonna regret it. Update: PH rose like crazy and I had to add some PH minus :) Sugar tips are badly burnt. Day 96 And I sent her to chop town.

05/19/2020 All going well, have to grow in containers this season, I might be moving before harvest so only veggies in the ground. But all are adjusting well 😊 I will give more details on individual plants shortly #1 is10" tall new growth looks good getting thick. #2 is 11.5" tall #4 is 7" tall but healthy #5 is 16"

Everything went well appart from the afids in the end. She looks very pretty and smells awesome! Yield could be a litle higher... Still shooting for less than 1€/g. I think I will stop topping my plants. D61 - The beginning of the fifth week of flower. Most trichomes are cloudy, but there are still some clear, and I'm seeing a few amber. I guess it will take another week, maybe two, until she is done. D66 - Seeing less clear trichomes. She should be ready to harvest within the next week, I think. D67 - The end of another week, and we're getting close to chop day.

Starting to get to end of week 5! Got 2 green crack both doing well! One’s going to have rabbit poo pellets for buds! It’s really rock hard colas and the other hard but bigger buds! The 2 godfather og are going great and have huge colas forming! Dense buds too! Looking forward to harvest but going to let them ripped up properly! Could be a good Christmas!

This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.
