Dudes, this girl is butt wild, she won’t stop growing. I had to defoliate her severally times over the course of 2 weeks. I am running out of growing space for her. She measures more than 2x2 (L x W). Drinks more than a gallon of water every 3-4 days. May need to invest in a RO system. However, I am very thankful that shes doing well. This is a GG#4 x Zkittlez by Cream of the crop seeds.

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.

A modest addition of Orca and a bit of boost to feed the fungi has been more than sufficient. This vigorous growth is a clear indicator of the strain's robust genetics and its compatibility with the hydroponic environment. All side branches have been intentionally removed to direct the plant’s energy towards vertical growth, a technique that's paying off with the plant’s current stature. The light intensity remains at a conservative 25% to encourage stretching. This cautious approach is shaping the plant into a true beauty, with an ideal structure that should transition well into the flowering stage. As we edge closer to the flowering phase, anticipation builds. The plant’s current vigor gives me high hopes for its performance during blooming. Plant was chugging in the last couple days as seen in raising EC and lowering PH but I found a single bud with mold in it so I removed it and and harvested on day 76 from sprout. One of the reasons I prefer longer stretched plants compared to small stubby ones is the bud size, they were grown so much in to one another that air flow was very restricted. Absolutely a treat to grow this one from Seedsman! I enjoy the smoke as well as I enjoyed the grow. I learned a lot from breaking this lady's main top and how well they can recover.

Trying some new nutes now and compared to the mother plant I think I notice a difference lol. She's getting frosty and showing off some nice colors.

Another week growmies, closing the year with low stress training for the ladies. Managed to control the infestation of the fungus gnats I had at the beginning of the grow. With The sticky traps, I also added Diatomaceous earth on the top layer. Also I did another method, with water, soap & baking soda mixed in a small container.

Hello everyone Last week I cut the Gorilla Skittles after two days in the dark. I put it in the drying cabinet for two more days hanging upside down. After that I separated into branches and hung on hangers. It dried in the closet for 7-9 days when I started trimming the branches that were already ready on the seventh day. Photos, weight and more details in the harvest post. As for the wedding cake, yesterday I finished washing and put it in the dark for 40 hours. Due to extreme heat problems and my broken ac, my plants are suffering from heat and you can see the signs on them. Hope it don't do too much damage. Keep following, more details later :)
