Went crazy with LST as I'm anticipating that stretch as they decide to start flowering through the week! I'm so excited the 2 with the older soil happily took nutrients almost to the point I could have went even full strength. The grobiotics is a special formula I got a sample of from a close friend. It consists of canna leaf, organic molasses and lacto bacillus!!!! It was great for improving the life of my soil I look forward to buying it when it becomes available it's not really available yet as far as I know. It improved my microbial life 100% my soil is definetly living and these plants are super happy. I hope you guys are enjoying these diaries as much as I am. Would definitely recommend esp if you don't want to do nothing else. Because this strain will put you on the sofa making you do nothing else for the day. I smoke this after work and it sends me to sleep straight away I love it

She's still growing up and producing new leaves and her flowers are getting bigger too. I'm really worried though, because some of her leaves are turning yellow and shows burn signs. I thought it was because of the hot weather, but her leaves should have been all bent down (this is what I read on the internet). Since the plant is overall healthy, I hope it's nothing to worry about.. I found out that it also might be caused by a potassium deficiency, so I'll try and give her some. All been said, I'm still really happy with the results and I love how she's doing

Week 4 (13/02 - 19/02) During this week I will continue to monitor the training adjusting the ropes in order to allow the development of secondary branches. I will increase the extractor time to 7 hours in the morning and 8 hours during the afternoon because I noticed that, during the last days of previous week, the humidity increased faster when the extractor was off. The extractor will be at 30% of its capacity. I will also try to increase the water quantity because the plants are growing well and faster. No changes to the cooling/heating system parameters. I will add the Bio-bloom to the pants every two watering days. 13/02 D21: only water sprayed on leafs in the morning. 14/02 D22: watering day. I added 2 ml of Bio-grow plus 1 ml of Bio-bloom to 2 liters of tap water 15/02 D23: today I removed the couple of single leafs to each plant. Sprayed leafs with tap water. 16/02 D24: - 17/02 D25: watering day. I added 2 ml of Bio-grow to 2 liters of tap water. 18/02 D26: leafs sprayed with water. Increased the distance lamp from the top to 30/40 cm. Increased the light power to 100% 19/02 D27: watering day. 2.5 liters of tap water only.

I am very happy with 100% germination, looking to see how well I will do growing in Coco Coir. I also have a new Autopot system with air Domes. Waiting for AC infinity Controller 69 with 8 ports, new inline fan and the famous Pulse pro.

January 14, 2020 (DAY 52) - Hey there growmies sorry for the one and only update this week, i got sick and just cant do it. i hope you all understand.

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. They havent grown much this week as the sun has been busy else where 🙄 This week should be better,,, I hope

Day 98, 40 days of flower, Plants are progressing well from all the abuse I've put them threw. Not sure when to chop plant B. Keeping an eye on the tricomes. Day 99, 41 days of flower, Watered with 3 liters per plant of plain distilled water. Day 100, picked some dead leaves off like I do everyday now, just keeping an eye on plant B's trichomes since it's hairs are showing the most age. Plant A's hairs are all orange now, while plant C and D are still white. Looks like we will have a staggered harvest. Not sure when to harvest though. Day 101, 43 days of flower(start of week 7 of flower) - Picked more dead leaves off, Plant A- has the biggest bugs, all orange hairs, but the smallest stalk. Plant B- has a few new white hairs but is still aging. Plant C- has small frost buds, and alot of white hairs. Plant D- has medium sized buds with plents of frost, has lots of white hairs. Day 102, 44 days of flower- Watered with 3 liters of plain distilled water. Picked more dead leaves off of course to maintain a clean canopy and reduce options for bugs. Day 104, day 46 of flower- Plant B has some amber trichomes, so I might chop it today or tomorrow. Took alot of photos of plant B since it's my first harvest.

Once the drying process is done I'll be coming back to update the smoke report. Her terps are off the charts and she looks very resinous to the naked eye. UPDATE 02/02/24 The dry and curing process left with some of the most amazing nugs I ever seen and the most is like none other. A pungent smell of lime, diesel, piney and sweet. Pulled 13G worth of kief which wow I'm impressed by all means.

Okay, this week, we saw another wonderful week with this young lady. She has recovered so well from Last weeks topping on Tuesday, that her final topping actually occurred this today (sunday). 12 days to recover and grow 4 nodes and 3" of horizontal stretch. Also, thanks to Bloombuster, I was able to math out how much veg growth left I had available before I risk getting too tall for the tent. Using his math, my measurements, and a little playing around, What we have so far is this 2" Of Height to the 1st topping, 3" of length to the 2nd topping, 3" of length to the 3rd topping That gives me currently 8" Of Growth, only 2" of which have been used vertically. I have 25" To work with total plant height, allowing 15" between plant and light at the light's maximum height. So with those numbers in mind, I crunched it, put it in excel, played around, and came out with 5" of growth left available to me vertically I am working with an estimate of 140% additional growth during bloom cycle. As such, we will multiple by 2.4, Original Plant Size and New Growth Included. Math works out as 2" + 6" = 8" + 5" = 13" x 2.4 = 31.2 - 6" = 25.2" So if I am correct, which happens from time to time, I can let he grow to a total of 7" High, 5" higher during veg before I am wise to go to bloom. I estimate this means, watching her previous recovery and growth, I will be putting her to flowing within the next 3 weeks.

The colors on this purple Queen are really starting to show this week nutrients and everything are around the same crystals are really starting to show buds are looking great

These girls continue to shine in the finals days. It's day 63 and they arrive at their destination. Will start plucking them one by one. First one being plant 3 I believe. Then two then one. Reverse order of naming. Been getting water every day and will have the final pictures soon.
