This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.

In a week I'll switch them to flowering, I did topping again and keep defoliating so they don't shade each other and the canopy stays even, we keep going! 🙌🙌

My Strawberry Gorilla plant is coming along, though it's a bit more delicate than my Gorilla Cookies. It's still showing some nice growth under the lights, but it's definitely a bit more sensitive. I'm keeping a close eye on it, and I'm hopeful that it'll start to thrive soon. I'm starting to get a faint whiff of that sweet, fruity aroma, so I know there's potential there! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

there is a significant increase in growth after bending the upper cola, as compared with the sativa, the WB grows and blooms much faster, very grateful to your advice, everything is clearly illuminated, on the next allotment I think to add some ice and shed everything with cold water, the flavor is very strong, for three days I made leaf clippings on the lower part of the plant, fertilized 2-3 times a week, I try to add less than the specified norm, I don’t feel like leaves, I feel as you can see it’s not very bad, I feel this variety will be closer to the harvest than the neighboring sativa, it pleases, and I feel the harvest will not be bad) Well, we are waiting for 7 weeks, wish me luck)

Hola a todos!! Perdón por la brevedad es que ando con poco tiempo. Pero explicare brevemente, la situación. La planta en el drenaje he notado el ph muy alto, volvi a hacer un pequeño lavado, y luego de eso, a los 2 días volví a regar con el 50% de las dosis, por última vez, luego seguira solo con agua. Espero la semana próxima explicar mejor como viene.😬😬😬😬

Hi guys lost track of where i am now lol so we will run until there done lol I got a seprate dry tent now so makes my life easier. 1 purple startdawg lst 1 green startsawg lst 1 cheese lst 1 cheese oh natraul grown with polyploid 2 x pot noodle blueberry 1 x blueberry lst 3 x baby photo period big budha cheese. Leave me a comment let me know your thoughts so far.

In general i am very satisfied considering the biggest problem i had which was the heat during all the growing period. I also had a power cut which stressed the plant very much to the point it stopped growing for a few days ( the most critical days 😡 😤 ) and developed 3 finger leaves. Despite the heat the buds are very frosty, they have a very strong smell like fruits and diesel and the density is decent. The buds dried for 9 days at 22 °C and 60% RH and now are placed at PP tapers with boveda envelops to cure. Smoke report at 2-3 weeks.

This lady has turned into a genuine beast of a plant and continues to remain healthy with great color and vigor! 6/28- Our weather is HOT now with heat indexes over 100℉ so I'm watering the Wedding Cheesecake FF every day with 5-8g of straight well water from the garden hose in the late afternoon once the plant is in the shade. Other than the ever present leaf hoppers, which love the leaves but leave the flowers alone, and an occasional Japanese Beetle there aren't any serious pest issues currently. The Wedding Cheesecake FF continues to have excellent color and vigor and continues to add vertical growth! 6/30- The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering continues. Day 57. Everything looking good, some look like their stretch is done, bud sites everywhere, fed them 1 L - 1.5 L of their solution. Using boost and terpinator. Day 58. Fed them Full with 20% runoff. They are starting to smell really good. Removed a lower branch on some of the plants since the light wasn't going to reach. Removed some fan leaves on some of the plants giving room for bud sites to get some light. Day 59. Looking real good, some still haven't stretched but have buds growing. I'm expecting them to stretch this week. I'm always giving them something to drink and they love it! *********** Day 60. So down to 8 plants. It sucks because one of the barney’s pinneaple chunk that hermied was a real beast with huge branches and buds, but tips of pistils were brown so probably would of had seeds even if i would of cut the balls as they grew. I saw some pistils on another plant that turned brown, Going to keep that one since it’s not hermie and just 2 pistils that are brown tipped. Fed them 1.5 L of solution each no runoff. Day 61. Looking good, buds growing nicely, long white hairs so i’m expecting big colas. All of them stretched except the 2 Diesel strain. Keeping light at 14-22inches from top of colas and humidity at 35-40%. Fed them 1 L -1.5 L solution each no runoff. Day 62. Defoliation, removed some fan leaves covering bud sites towards the middle of the lights. I make sure to not over do it and place the plants correctly for the bud sites to get direct light. I’m having a hard time with the 2 Diesel plants, they aren’t stretching and are slow on forming buds, they gave me a hard time through whole grow. Fed them All 1.5 - 2.5 L each of their solution with little or no runoff. Day 63. The 2 Diesel are starting to have their stretch. Everything looking good, buds are getting bigger and bigger. Making sure humidity is always under 45%. Keeping lights at 10-20inches from top of main colas. 40k-70k lux on the lights , updated with pictures. ***** Checked out plants and signs of hermies are showing, i see some male balls Both Barneys Pinneaple Chunk are showing signs of hermies ( balls growing ), going to remove both from tent and focus on the 8 other ones. What a terrible day ( day 59 )

Day 56 Not a lot to update on. Plants are looking good. The EZ Feed settings are still dialed. I've noticed that the front two plants seem to have fatter buds. #1AP (rear left) has mostly orange pistils while the others have either none or very few. #4AP (front left) is purple. I was unaware of the possibility for purple. Still getting a much stronger candy rub from #4AP and #2EZF. I started feeding Fade and PK @1.6 EC today

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Harvest day has finally arrived. Looking back, this grow was anything but perfect. There were setbacks, mistakes, pests, equipment issues and plenty of moments where things didn't go according to plan. But that's exactly what made this journey so valuable. In the end, the plant made it to the finish line and rewarded the patience and effort that went into her. Seeing her covered in resin after everything she has been through makes the harvest even more satisfying. This grow reminded me once again that cultivation isn't about chasing perfection. It's about observing, adapting and learning with every cycle. Every challenge teaches something new, and every grow adds another piece to the puzzle.
