Hi Gromie's, well it's the end of another problem free week! Week 9 going into week 10 of veg! I don't usually veg for this long but I'm just trying to get the timing right for perpetual harvest. Plants in flowering tent were harvested & drying now for 5 days, so these girls will be transferred to the flowering tent in the next few days for the start of flowering, I've allready planted new seeds for the following grow, so just trying to get on top of the timing for everything related with perpetual growing. Thinking of setting up a 4x2 tent with a 4 inch extraction fan & filter for drying, so I can cut out around a week, that way as soon as I've harvested & cleaned the tent I can transfer plants from veg instead of having to dry in the flowering tent. Have developed really strong & thick structure's from the H.S.T & L.S.T training. Plants are nice & healthy. Performed 1 last defoliation before they go to flower as they get very bushy quickly.

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! smell on the sativa-doms is strong and unusual. moved 3 to back patio for a bit more light. trichome development on sativas is fantastic, less so on indicas. planned this to be last feeding, but maybe not.

This week was a tough one because we were not prepared for the heat and lack of clouds/rain that we were going to get. After the rain from last week died down the plants had a chance to get some raw sunlight. This was great but the temperature of the greenhouse did soar and the 'windows' could only do so much. PLUS there was barely any wind. We had to leave the Ghouse door open during the day but at night when the temperature dropped we closed it. The girls were doing great and you could tell who really loved the nutrients and who didn't... I recommend leaving ghte nutrient until the plants have at least three sets of leaves each, not including the initial sunleaves that will eventually die.

Welcome to week 5 of flower. Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate. My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4. I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11 👽👉7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme. 👽👉9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves. It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity 👽👉10/11 Waterday* ml/L change from last watering - to this. No disease & easy strain to grow so far (even for beginners) Got some little balls in the lower buds sadly but the tase, smell & high are so epic that i dont care 🤪 Some friends described the taste as something like pepper, others as something like lavender, but hey, we smokin on killer weed :o Lovely dense buds covered in trichs ty HSO

Hello Diary, In the end I can only say well done Royal Queen Seeds. I have grown a total of 4 out of 8 new hybrid F1 strains so far and all of them exceeded my expectations. Apollo F1 is no exception, although it was the smallest on the Farm, the flowers are the hardest and incredibly fragrant. During the entire cycle of growth and development, it proved to be very resistant, so that the plant looked impressive until the very end. The effect of Apollo F1 is relaxing, so I can consume it during my free time as well as when I am engaged in some creative work. It certainly removes stress and bad mood. At the end of drying, I got a little less than 50g, 49g to be exact, which is satisfactory especially because of the high quality flowers. I think I have mostly written everything that I thought was important, if anyone reading this text has any questions about Apollo F1, feel free to ask, I will be happy to answer. I would like to thank everyone for their support and comments, and especially Royal Queen Seeds for their many years of support.

I think the plants are overwatered, and because of that probably have light stress and other problems. Also, it can be that i underfeeded them, and that the PH was too high. Start of week 3 of flowering. This Do-si-dos girl is hungry! She's now up to 6 liters per feeding. Bud sites are developing nicely, added B52 to the feed this week.

This week the photoperiod girls continued to show steady growth and healthy development. Their leaves are a rich green, with wide blades and strong node stacking. The plants are branching nicely without excessive stretch, which means the 18-inch, 50% light setting is still working perfectly. The cover crop has taken off and is providing great soil protection, though it may need some trimming soon to prevent light competition. Humidity and pest prevention measures (sticky traps, nematodes applied earlier) are keeping things stable with no major pest pressure noted. On the feeding front, the plants have been living off the nutrients in their soil with no deficiencies showing. The plan is to water with silica tonight (Sept 3) to strengthen cell walls and prep them for training. Topping is scheduled this week as well — this will help shape the canopy and encourage even bushier growth moving into later veg. Overall, Week 4 has been smooth and productive. The plants are thriving in their environment, setting the stage for training and stronger structural development in Week 5.

Onto flower nutrients last Friday - change reservoir fridays - this is A MONSTER.. This is insane - currently adding 14ml A+B a day to one on left Absolute beast mode engaged Friday - I thought about this alllast night , do I risk it ? So as you know me by now , I did , I’ve moved them into the 35 litre DWC I made , they are just drinking too fast out of the 19 litre, I have a 17 litre reservoir now , and on the ball ache scale ( my own invention ) it was as 4 where 5 is no ball ache and 1 is having to put up a new tent ⛺️ .. I was so careful with the beautiful white roots , fingers crossed 🤞 it will either work amazing or Fuck the whole thing up 😜

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking, anything but the top 3 fan leaves are up for grabs if necessary) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. This was the boss lady’s first grow. This was under a spiderfarmer sf1000 which did a amazing job. I’m really surprised with the light in a 2x2. It did wonderfully. Now to the bubblegum. Once again fastbuds delivers for us with a plant that does exactly as they said it would. She didn’t top the plant or do any HST just from a time standpoint for the originals contest. This one could have actually went a little longer, however we have cloudy and amber trichomes already, and we flushed the last week. So with the contest ending today, might as well let her come down. This was a great plant for a beginner like they said it was. Even without me standing on her shoulder, she could have grown this one. The density of these buds is down right surprising. Super dense and super sticky. She smells exactly like big league bubblegum chew. We can’t wait until this dries and cures. I’m sure it will be amazing. I’ll update this diaries as soon as it’s dry with the final weight. Thanks for looking!

Just watered with water this week. Sometimes I add some Bio-Bizz products but rarely. The plants need trimmed. I am going to wait until next week which will be 21 days from 12/12 to give them a nice trim to open them up for more light and clear the lower growth. Everything is perfect temperature and humidity, light, Co2, air circulation... All on point. 👌

Overall very happy with the grow. Got 24oz of very dense nugs! I also managed to get 2oz of less dense but still pretty bag-appeal, and a shit ton of trim which I made into tidy ass brownies, which have made typing this incredibly difficult😂! Both of these strains are definitely bed time strains. The Critical kush is has the usual overwhelming kush taste, however the peyote(purple nugs) have a very sweet / flowery taste and smell. Disappointed I only done 1 peyote but more than happy with the critical. Would definitely grow both these strains again!

Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4?
