I'm happy with progress this week. The plants have handled the transplant well. I didn't need to water last week and plan to give them 1.3 litres over two waterings this week. Started training Plant 2 this week and it has responded very well. I'll give Plant 1 another couple of days for its secondary branches to catch up then start training it too. Removed old dry leaves from Plant 1. I've decided not to do any topping this grow because I'm so far behind.

Took the cut as I said I would got 6 off the galato and 4 off the MCMOG....it amazing how 2 becomes more would have more tree of the same to cut nxt cut🔥🔥💨💨💨

I'm really impressed with this strain the growth is explosive and no issues at all so far, she has had som lst done and light defoliatian. Hopefully she is starting to go into flower soon, she smells quite strong already.

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. day71: she looks fine, we have 2 weeks more :) day72: 2500 ppm is a level that can be considered toxic for many species. This species exhibits a truly unusual feeding habit. Sometimes I get into trouble because it contradicts general feeding idea. But DWC cultivation is not something that can be done by old habbits or toughts. The plant clearly shows what it wants. 2500 ppm 5.8 stable. day73: She is happy I am too:D day74: She drunk 8lt. yesterday ppm raised to 3500 and ofcourse ph dropped to 4.7. I fixed it to 2200ppm and 5.8 ph. day75: so stable day76: without any drama :D

This girl has only been in action! She has got up to the scrog now and I’m confident in her stretch capabilities as she’s about to preflower, it’s the things with photos, even at 4 weeks well let’s say 12-12 from seed as I’ve done this! They tend to flower when they’re ready! But as I said she’s doing amazing and I’m feeding her with an irrigation method as she’s so far at the back I set up a system that’s working tf and helps me take it easy when feeding! May do it to them all on a lazy vibe next time lol maybe lol defoliated her lower fan leaves too and as time goes on I can see I’ll be in some difficulty to prune her and the other rear plants but I will figure it out I’m sure! 😎

Northern lights grew great in the Pro-mix medium size hp bag. She had a struggle through the grow. She really wanted more space to root. I did have a salt build up towards the end of vegging. A few minor issues beside that. She did fill the little Spider Farmer tent. She turned out great. Thanks again Pro-mix, Medic Grow, Spider Farmer, and Divine Seeds. Week 5 ----- Day 29 ----- Fed 1100ppm at 6.4ph 23 Liters Everything's good. No real updates. Front right Glookies stretched a bit but has stopped. Humidity in basement FINALLY hit 40% this morning. Within 5 days it should be 30-35% residual basement and 45% tent for a good residual humidity. Fattening up nicely. 1200 ppm 6.4 pH 23 Liters If anyone is wondering why I switched to Blackstrap Molasses I put up the Nutrition Facts.. in 20 grams you have carbohydrates, potassium, Calcium, Iron, B6 Vitamin, Magnesium, Zinc.. and that's only the "significant" nutrients (Human based for that picture) It also contains micro traces of copper and more. pH is quite nice too, with the nutrient regiment i'm on, it finishes itself at 6.4pH so I don't have to manipulate it with pH up/down... Loving everything so far. Humidity in basement was 39% today, SO damn close. Tent closed at lights on (highest residual humidity point) was at 48% ... woo hoo 3% more to go!!! ------ Day 32 ------ Wow. Wedding Cake larger buds I can't even wrap my hand around.. These buds are going to be mooooonstrous. Humidity was under 40% in basement, tent was 48% this morning. Great news for me. Easy day, pretty much standard operating procedures from here on out.. feed, drain dehumidifier, strengthen stems by shaking plants, open/close tents... rinse repeat. Both plants are amazing, great genetics so far regarding bud structure building/plant size. ----- Day 33 ----- 47.5% residual humidity Fed at 1150ppm 6.4pH 23L Everything's perfect, 30~ days left. ----- Day 34 ----- 48% humidity in tent, i'm a happy camper. Everything's perfect. Bulk has started, front right Tropicanna Glookies had double in thickness and diameter top buds of most stems. Wedding cake 14 inch stem I've named Big Bertha. Excited to watch her fatten up on the couch so-to-speak. I'm now on autopilot. Fed yesterday while half asleep, didn't even remember doing it. Thank god I take pics of ppm/pH before every feeding for data. One more feeding this week before week 6 happens tomorrow. This week Liquid Koolbloom ends, KoolBloom Dry begins for maximum bulk on week 6 first feeding (2 days into week 6) ----- Day 35 ----- Last day of week 5!!! Fed at 1150ppm 6.4ph 23L Plants are perfect, humidity is great. Smell is RAMPED up now. Strong candy weed smell.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

She looks awesome thanks to the amazing organic living soil I prepared using Florians living organics which contains different strains of bacteria and beneficial fungus, also worm castings,seaweed and it's ver rich, it's awesome to build a living soil, plus a little bit of guano and seaweed that I added. And some beneficial bacteria bactrex by biotabs. Just using water to feed my plants.

Our Buddy Buddha from the start to the end lived its life next to Powell, they were close! Now that the final curtain has been drawn.. or tent flap, it is with a sad heart that we at the "In the Closet with Two Strains" Studio will be saying goodbye. She was never the most impressive plant, kept feeling like she would bloom more but the conditions were never truly right for her. Both plants had their branches sliced at the stem and large leaves removed, this purposely slowed drying down to maximise end flavour. They were both washed in cleaning pools to prepare them for their final journey in the tent. With a sad heart we wish you farewell Buddy, we will see you and Powell soon... IN OUR SMOKE REPORT! They all seem to be different phenos, all very pretty looking, nice trichome coverage, the tall plant with small buds has a layer of trichomes on the stems!

Day 64 - I've been patiently waiting for the time to come, and it's finally here! Changed the lights over to 12/12 to send the tent into flower. Current light settings R99 W99 B50 as suggested by California Lightworks. I did a full reservoir change - switching over to bloom nutes. I also added some Si28 and P31 Microbes to the reservoir to test out this new product that I was fortunate enough to receive samples of. I've seen the results of others with crazy booming root growth.... Let's see what happens! Day 65 - I swear, it's like she's been waiting for me to flip the light cycle. I kicked one plant out of the tent so now there's even more room for improved air circulation and light distribution. This plant is a serious beast! Day 67/ Day 3 of Flower - Last massive round of defoliation before I sit back and let her do her thang. ✌️

Here we are day 55 for our Wurlz F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. This week has been great half way threw the week i changed to the next feed part of canna nutrients as it seemed to be way fattening up! So dropped off the pk 13/14 and droped off some of the A+B as I more of the nitrogen and we are past that part mostly. It is some killer killer in there i mean wow even with my circulation fan cranked it stinks in my garage stuff is loud. Smells of sweet and stink kinda pungent like a maker or something chemical it's so strong. I have let some lady bugs go in there as I have seen some signs of spider mites and have done a few rounds of neem oil in the water as well for a soil drench has not progressed much really. The lady's seems to be happy and they are kinda a pretty accent to have in there i think having the living soul in there, Or many if u say! So sticky just stuck like glue wow! Can way see the transformation over the last week has been crazy! In live with coco, my assumption going in was like hydro. U get some killer frost buds but no size....WRONG the size with coco is lil behind organic but still massive the swelling comes in last few months so we're in it now. Stay up everyone!
