Checking in. Today is 7th day on a flowering light schedule and my girls are just about to show me their flowers. Vegetation is changing shape and a few pistils are growing on each site. I was struck by thrips the day after my last entry so spent the first few days sorting that problem and really giving them some attention. A simple smoke bomb has rid me of the thrips and in addition I've also given them 2 lost of foliar soap spray which I will continue to do weekly. Despite the thrips my girls have been very happy once again. Feed wise I dropped the nutes down below the recommendations on the feed chart. Feeding 1 in 2 days at around 1.6 EC where the chart suggests 1.8-2.0 EC. As of this week they will now be getting fed every day. I defoliated about 15 large fan leaves off each plant twice this week but they just keep kicking back and within 2 days the canopy is thick with vegetation. I also managed to take a few photos of the second largest plant outside of the tent so you guys could see how my training method has shaped them. Only reason I chose this one as it's the easiest to get out of the tent safely. It measured roughly 18" tall and 40" wide. Another good week but I'm now nervous about encountering problems as we move deeper into flower as I know they don't cope or bounce back like they would during veg.

We pulled her down with approx 90% cloudy trics..not a massive harvest and she could have gone an extra week but we're still playing catch up from our hermi ,we also desperately needed the space..I REALLY like this strain, it's easily becoming a favorite...it didn't last very long the firs time lol...the wife gives it a 7 and I'd say it's a firm 8.5 :)

New week while I have time, Gloria looking fair but weather has taken a very cool wet turn, lots of clouds maybe 2-3 hours good direct sun at best. So I am clearing out the tent and while its idle for a few days putting her under the light more to prevent any bud rot than bud growth. Zombie Quas looking... well I have nothing to compare it to but its healthy so far and turning into a mass of bud, gotta watch this. Monstercropping not so good outdoors :) Plants say a week till to harvest. Gloria is on water and light sugar only till then, Quas will get whatever I throw at it, things a tiny beast. Love it 9/22 Due to the best we can hope for is 20% sun for the next few days she is moved under the lights in the big tent. Can stay there about a week and hope this mess clears by then. The little beast Zombie Quas says the weather is fine and thinks Gloria is a wimp...💪 9/23 0.5 gal feed of 3ml/g bio-bloom well decided to get her some light and harvest on the other side of the weather... if rumors of clearing hold ;) 9/24 Back outside, a little marginal today but I need the tent. Harvest later this week 9/27 Busy day harvest report later have to get all kinds of stuff done ahead of the snow this weekend.

Day 74. One more victim of war against bud rot. Prevention needs sacrifices sometimes... Day 78. Second was sacrificed for more space too ;))) Day 84. First girl is Jared . Fantastic bud quality !!! Hello Growmies, As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield. Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase. In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving. Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest. And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup. As we move forward, the focus remains on the consistent monitoring and adjusting of their environment to ensure these Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids realize their full potential. Stay lifted, Salokin

4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.

Things are good. 1 plant over 13 months old, it’s 4x4 area, in 20 gallon was a little root bound but it’s ok adding a lot of solubles n, pk. Same as every grow. Light maxed

bit of a tough week this week had to do some rapid defoliating and lst training to prepare these babies befor i put them into flower didnt realise how quick this strain would grow another week and ill be moving them onto 12/12 very soon

March 27, 2019: For the most part everything is moving along nicely. The CBD Medi Kush has taken off in the flower room. She is 30 inches tall now and showing lots of nice bud site development. So far I have to say I'm impressed with how things are going in the flower room. The organic methods appear to be working very well. The plants all look super healthy, no signs of any deficiencies and the leaves are all the perfect shade of green - not too dark and not too light.
