Esta chica está seduciendo mi mente cada día, no dejo de verla y darle cuidados, algunas hojas viejas cuentan la historia de una vida de excesos y mucha luz de cerca, pero hoy es una planta fuerte y segura. Se alimenta con ansias ya que el agua de riego desaparece de su maceta en cuestión de horas (además que hay mucha exposición del sustrato). Su etapa de Bloom ya es más que visible y he decidido no hacer defoliación hasta dentro de 2 semanas si fuera necesario. Sus ramas son muy fuertes y creo que no necesita nada más de lo que le doy. Yo community! A friend of mine just started a Legal Grow in Germany with his roomate under my Supervision, as it is now Legal to grow in Germany. So I thought about documenting this grow. I've been growing for long time now, but my buddy Bili is a complete newbee at this stuff. I am positive that this "is gonna be huge". We plan on growing 6 plants. Bili is gonna be growing 3 and his roomate also 3 plants. Of course Bili will only care for his own 3 plants and his rommate for the other 3 as it is regulated like that by law. It is Germany where everything has to be like this apparently. lol. This grow will be 2-3 Weeks indoors 51w with low cost 3x17 Watts 4000 k LED Bulbs. (3€ each) Those produce 2500 lumens each, about 147 lm/W 1.45 l pots for the first few weeks indoors. The plants will then go into 5l pots on the window sill until harvest. faced to the south. So far the seeds have been placed into water over night. tomorrow we will put them into the soil. They are all Automatics. Day 2: seeds soaked over night. about 16 hours. The Gelato are already opening their shells.. The others are still closed. All sinked to the bottom over night. We are now planting them into the Soil.:) We soaked 9 seeds. 3x O.B. 4x Kryptonite and 2x Gelato. After cutting the dome off the lamps and counting the LED's (81) it looks like these are 0.21w SMD 31lm per LED (manufacturer says 147lm/w). for bulbs really good little LED's. looks like these are cree 2835 J series or similar types. there are cree 4000k J types that are exactly 31lm wich would be exactly what each LED should produce. (2500/81). Plant in Soil Date was 05 june. 14:00 Today, 2 Days and 10 hours, (58 hours) after planting in soil The 2 Gelatos came to life:) and one Kryptonite basically 3 full days including soaking time. 08.06 at 1:30 is the beginning of VEG Day one We will give them 24 hours light. day 5 after waterglass. Berries still no sign of life. lamp is at 30 cm distance. no signs of stretching. At Day 5 Veg we located the berry seeds and put them into paper towel, cracked them open and scraped the shell. we have enough plants now but nothing to choose from in case a plant has weak genes. So we hope a few berries will make it. probably old Seeds.

El stretching fue una locura, de una planta de 70 cm (que use la mitad para hacer esquejes), en solo 15 días crecio arriba de 1.5 m. La primavera en buenos aires acompaño con un clima perfecto los últimos dos meses. La planta tuvo 70 días de vegetativo. 2 day blooming, the stretching was massive, the plant was 75cm and now it's more than the double of that size. Half of the plant was used for clons, so in 15 days of stretching, 35 cm of plant became this.

Veg week 2-3

Week 7 update 🌱 – the journey continues! Last week, the first signs of nitrogen deficiency started to show. I tried to compensate, but I might have slightly overdone it with the chemical nutrients. To correct things, I flushed the roots the day before yesterday, but it seems to have caused even more stress 😅. This is my first time working with hydro, so it’s all a learning process. I’m hoping everything will bounce back, and to avoid further stress, I’ll now only use potassium hydroxide to balance the pH 💧🌿. Fingers crossed that this brings the system back on track! At the end of the day, it’s all about experimenting and improving. I’m staying positive and keeping an eye on the ladies – they’re tough, and I’m sure they’ll pull through 💪🍃. Letzte Woche haben sich die ersten Anzeichen von Stickstoffmangel gezeigt. Ich habe versucht, das zu kompensieren, aber scheinbar habe ich es mit dem chemischen Dünger etwas übertrieben. Um das Ganze zu korrigieren, habe ich vorgestern die Wurzeln gründlich gespült, was allerdings für noch mehr Stress gesorgt hat 😅. Da das mein erstes Mal mit Hydro ist, lerne ich noch dazu. Ich hoffe, dass sich alles wieder fängt. Um die Pflanzen nicht weiter zu stressen, werde ich jetzt nur noch mit Kaliumhydroxid den pH-Wert anpassen 💧🌿. Drückt die Daumen, dass das System sich jetzt stabilisiert! Am Ende geht’s darum, zu experimentieren und sich zu verbessern. Ich bleibe optimistisch und behalte die Ladies genau im Auge – sie sind zäh und ich bin sicher, dass sie sich erholen 💪🍃. Week 9 Started this week flushing with plain water 4 times my pot size then followed directly with a 1ml per litre mix of Cal Mag and 75% recommended nutrient mix pH to correct value in order to treat deficiencies showed last weeks! I assume it was a PH issue... even so, i increased also the distance from my lights! The buds of pot1 seems to have fatten a lot and looking at overall progress of this girl i might harvest the top buds in a few days and leave the rest of plant to mature. Slower development on pot2, this one have huge space betwin internodes and i´m dissapointed with the small size of her buds so far ! The smell are delicious (subjective i know but i love it 😅) and it´s getting very strong 💪!

Amazing week for my girls! They are looking lovely! I feed them with 500ml every other day which will be increased to a liter of solution next week. Removing lower fan leaves as usual. Great new is I was chosen from Marshydro and they have sponsored me with sweet new light TS1000! I want to share my thankfulness and happiness! I will veg my babies in one week and will switch them to 12-12.

In veg, it responded well as I learned about how to best train it. In flower, the smell was insane... after the first smell my eyes rolled back. Sweet floral orange citrus with a hint of chemical cleaner smell that comes together to smell like a tropical sunscreen. When I was trimming the tester, my friend was walking by and stopped in his tracks, "whoa which one is that!?" - this one is loud! The smell is super strong even after drying, and really translates into the smoke. This was the star of the show, and made the best smoke. 10/10 would grow again. One small issue was that this plant was by far the most susceptible to powdery mildew. It started on this plant, and any time it popped up in the tent, this plant had some. I had to stay on the Dr Zymes and trimming any affected leaves, but it was worth it. Overall I ended up with just under 40g, but I smoked a bunch while trimming and took a sample cut, so really it was 7-10g more... this one was chopped on day 64. The buds were fat and firm and the trichomes looked ready, with a good mix - probably 5% clear 85% cloudy 10% amber. I trimmed this plant 2nd and was getting better at it, ended up with some really nice looking nugs... so of course I took a ton of pics!

My cat died this morning !! It was my painkiller with weed when the disease was breaking my balls !!! His name was RICK and his Sister named MORTIE. Rick was the sweetest cat of the world. apparently he had an autoimmune disease which took him away. he was 4 years old. RIP my RICK

9/16/23 - Day 106 - Today was the last day of nutes. Tomorrow I start my 6 day flush with just PH 6.1 water. This is the last step before the chop! I'll throw some pictures up tomorrow of the last water exchange. I'll take some videos of the process as well. 9/17/23 - Day 107 - I added a video uptop to show how a manual water change is completed. There are two options when you start your grow to either use a water hook up or add and remove water manually. I got the unit so quickly that I didn't have my water hook up ready. For the next grow it will be ready for automatic everything. Over the next 6 days I'm going to let her drink up as much water as she can then on the 23rd I will harvest and then hang them in the box to dry. 9/22/23 - Day 112 - I've been on vacation for the past week. I turned 40 on the 18th and I took the family to Disneyland. I've had someone managing the box for me in my absence. The box is so easy to use the person who is house sitting was able to keep the operation going. That's a great sign that anyone can do this. Tomorrow is the chop! I'm super excited! So far this week she has been taking in 2x the amount of water than normal. She's dying and she knows it! She still looks just as green, no welting. Looking good. Check out the photo up top. I just got home after a CRAZY long drive home. The plant still looks the same as far as color. I was expecting her to welt, and to have yellow leaves. But she looks like shes still doing good. This is nuts. Shes not really showing any signs of dying even though shes been in .7 ppm for over a week! I may let it go another day or two? Im not really sure, I'm in super unchartered territory, you're all going to learn this along with me. Ill post updates.

Hola cultivadores. Se acerca la víspera de año nuevo, y con ello, la llegada de la floración. El día 12/27 observé las plantas y se aprecian diminutos pelos blancos, no están presentes en todas las ramas. Pero es suficiente para comenzar la fertilización con productos de floración. Escogí Bio-Bloom de BioBizz en su dosis media para que se adapte poco a poco al cambio de alimento, reduciendo igualmente el Fish-Mix a la mitad. Se mantuvo el Acti-Vera y el Alg-A-Mic en su misma dosis. Ya la planta alcanzó los 101 cm, esperemos crezca y engruese sus ramas porque igualmente están delgadas para soportar el peso de los cogollos.

The smell is amazing believe it or not! Didn’t have high expectations when the weather was super cold at the beginning and super hot at the end with high humidity, no rain, lots of rain— outdoor is just so darn hard. At least I’ll get a couple of good joint out of it! More to follow!
