I have nothing else to ask from this plant! it smells so good!! and super sticky when I took her out of the tent to take this photos one bud was touching my arm while I was carrying it and all my arm hairs sticked together and my arm smelled great for the rest of the day haha Started flushing by the end of this week

These 2 are growing amazing, especially plant 1 is doing great. I've had the humidity on about 40% for most of the time since I have another flowering auto in the tent but these don't seem to mind. I've also had them on about 400umol/m2/s

Over all Forbidden Runtz is a beautiful lady. She had a few issues in the beginning with the development and growth, but in the end she came out great.

Week 10 going well, Gelato is thriving.. what beautiful looking plant.. tall, with many branch sides, full of buds, everywhere 😍 the smell is getting stronger each day and it’s full of trichomes, frosty one.. I am really impressed by these 2 of genetics from barneys(gelato and sour d) but to be honest all genetics I have grown from them never disappoints.. all really good ones.. barneys farm coming hot on my tents.. let’s go

Another blessed week with vigorous and accelerated growth. Its stem is now 5mm thick. I've been adding Potassium Silicate in some waterings, I believe this is giving it the strength. The ppm is now approaching 1000, and I always keep the pH at 5.8. I applied the Topping pruning at the 3rd node, and as soon as the side branches grow, I'll do LST (Low-Stress Training). I'll also perform the first defoliation soon.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Coming along, I find the urge to just let it grow vertically but last grow I was a little underwhelmed with the spread once the canopy was past the stretch, I will look to continue LST , really starting to thicken up around the base. Plant must be feeling the need for extreme reinforcement of stem trunk as the extra weight of vertical growth on the long supporting stems have little in way of support. Filled waterbeads with a concoction of nitrogen, vitamin b, humic, phosphorus, omina. Added aluminum suplhate to help PH medium, strain likes it slightly acidic.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

d68 Llevamos todo el mes de abril con lluvias y las plantas no reciben las horas de sol que quieren, por desgracia, la planta de LST ha sacado unos pistilos y para que no continúe con la floración le tendré que hacer una poda apical. El resto de plantas parece estar bien respecto a esto, pero voy a estar observando a Mimosa Evo, puede que le pase lo mismo que a la LSD. d69 Le he hecho la poda apical por la mañana a la LSD. He realizado poda apical a Mimosa Evo. He regado con 8L de agua a estas 4 plantas y 2 más, he utilizado la mezcla de arriba. d71 Parece que crecen bien, todavía estoy dudoso porque LSD parrce que quiere sacar flores, la dejare una semana a ver como progresa, Meganuska necesita agua, esta muy liviana la maceta será la única que se riege hasta la proxima semana. Estan empezando a llegar los insectos, la semana que viene empezare con los preventivos.
