So we’re almost there with the soil plants! All the thrichromes are getting cloudy and hairs nice and orange! The frost on all four soil plants is insane and they smell amazing once you get in there and start waking them up doing maintenance etc it just overwhelms ya. In a good way haha! I gave them one strong feeding last night and will keep and eye on the trichs the next few days but will probably start flushing them. But I’ll let them decide. The dwc plant is huge it takes up the space fo two soil plants and will probably more than double the production. It is a week or so behind the soil plants and is really starting to stack the buds on this week. I’m having trouble with the root ball being so big. It’s good and bad. Having a few circulation issues etc but the water ph and ppm are staying consistent so I’m just going to ride it out till the end. I’ll update soon thanks for stopping by and as always. 🍻

Mantendremos el EC entre 1.8 y 2.0 por esta semana, la próxima iniciaré a bajarlo a 1.4 y 1.0 hacia el fin de la próxima, para después cambiar la solución y en las últimas 2 semanas el lavado de raíces y agotamiento de los nutrientes absorbidos, usare solo el ripen en esas 2 semanas. Si alguien pasa por aquí y quiere dejar algún consejo, será bienvenido.

Week 14 (Plant Week 14) = Flower Week 5 Humidity management became more serious, so I installed a dehumidifier. I focused on keeping the tent dry and stable, so everything runs properly (less risk of mold). Defoliation continued gradually across Week 13 into Week 14: small cuts consistently over time instead of one heavy session. Today (end of Week 14) I did the final defoliation session. This is the last major trim; I’m not planning to remove more leaves going forward. Buds now have a stronger smell, and the resin is very sticky during handling. she is pushing through the initial HST fimming very well. Nothing seems to slow her down. I am starting 1/4 strength nutes now to help her push through the stress. I also initiated some LST and tied her up, pulling down the branching. The fim job has produced a tripple top crown cola, top new side tops, and 2 new internodal branches, that will be tops down the line. Things are getting interesting folks! Stay tuned!

Another week closer... Everything is moving along, From that one day of missing feeding last week when we set the clocks back it messed with one of my girls, but not much I can do about it.. Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. I chose one of the predominantly indica plants for the first taste. This plant has received only water for the last five days instead of the usual 10/12 and although I would have to wait another 10/15 days before it is completely dry, this Saturday I will break some buds smaller and I will smoke it 😋 Once the first plant has dried, and the crop is tasted, I will add more data such as flavor and real definitive weight. For the remaining five plants I will follow all my standards without breaking basic rules and I will make a progressive crop. March 10, Day 69: Final taste and effect ratio for the first plant. The exact weight of dried buds, excluding the wads, sugar leaves and small branches is 58 grams. Yesterday was my birthday and I got to smoke a lot (about 45 grams) in the company of twenty friends, everyone appreciated the taste and power of the effect perhaps amplified by some beer, but still very strong. No one has coughed, the smoke goes down smooth and clean and the effect is practically immediate. The terpenes of limonene and pinene dominate every flavor. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet and smoking a lot at the end the limonene prevails. For a final consideration on the edible taste I will have to wait to have made some butter to make biscuits or brownies. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊

I lowered the lights to 84cm, use spray to water the plants, increased the humidity to 65%, added a bit of soil and increased the light schedule to 19h. Hope it can speed up the grow

The first picture is from last week and the videos are from today. It's been 56 days in veg so far. I was going to switch to flowering next week but decided to hold off and let it spend more time in recovery. To keep the branches down I used a wire clothes hanger and paper clips.
