my first grow,

Lots of bud development, starting to stack up a bit. Thinking I will see a lot more bud growth in the coming weeks. The older PT is finishing up this week and starts our harvest for the next few weeks. I’ll be checking seeds on the buds I pollinated and trichomes on the others. There are a few random seeds isn’t he tent but so far it appears that the majority of the bud is seedless. I think I was able to minimize the pollen like I wanted to. Male plant was chopped at the beginning of this week after only a few pods opened. I only needed a few to get enough seeds to grow again in the future.

To say that this automatic Zookies is very tall is an understatement. It is a monster of about 160 cm, I say about because it has grown so much that it has pushed against the roof of the growbox exceeding the light. In the past week, one of my Forum Stompers has gotten massive compared to the others. I'm not sure if it's different phenos or me just stressing them out. I'm guessing it's stress. Hopefully the other 3 start to hit their stretch this week. I did some defoliating this week, and spent a lot of time on the big tall one. She's really opened up and catching a lot of light. I'm hoping the branches really start to get heavy and frosty over the next couple of weeks.

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Stretch period

Dia 134 y semana 6 de floración,ultimo dia de vida de las plantas. Este año ha sido un poco raro las plantas han crecido como monstruos tuvieron un crecimiento espectacular un tallo muy grande y junto con sus ramas flexibles y muy resistentes. Pero al llegar el engorde de floración no se porque les falto el empujon final para hinchar el cogollo, tiene muy buena pinta , mucha resina y muy fuerte buen olor pero me esperaba mas en la fase final. Cortamos ya que tambien habian orugas y no terminaba de eliminarlas por completo, la semana que viene era entera de lluvias así que decidi cortar un poco mas temprano para poder prevenir cualquier mal mayor, hay mucha gente que le gusta cortar antes de tiempo ya que el efecto es muy diferente, este año probaremos que tal.

We have topped her this week. We also forgot to post that we transplanted a week ago. All of the girls seem to have bounced back from the over watering. We have attempted our first compost tea to boost the microbiology in the soil. 7.5ml fish shit 1/2 tablespoon recharge 1 teaspoon stonington plant food 1 1/2 handful work casting 1 1/2 coast of Maine Brewed sightly less than 24hs but not much, ph to 6.3😎

The plants have limited space and are in 4 litre pots too keep them controlled. This week I defoliated again and started adding sugar royal.

Finally the buds are starting to take shape and actually look like buds ! The temps have been hot but I keep the lights of during the daytime from 11am to 11pm to avoid the hottest hours Defoliate as it was essential to avoid moisture buildup. Other then that the plant stopped stretching and it’s growing buds from now on O super frosty all ready the phone cam dose no justice!

🗓️ WEEK 3 (veg) 💧 Her water uptake increased noticeably (about 1 LT/day), and the new leaves exhibit a perfect, healthy color. Due to this increased demand, I raised the EC to 1 to ensure she receives adequate nutrients. 🌱 The difference in growth between the start and end of this week is significant. The plant continues to stay quite short and compact, which I don't mind at all, especially considering the space limitations experienced during my last run. Naturally, this time, both the environmental conditions and the genetics are entirely different. Similar to last week, I concluded the week by removing a few of the lower leaves growing too close to the substrate. This week, I set the light power to 100 watts, keeping the same distance.
