17 sept. Please let there be sunshine, Mould had been spotted mainly in the northern part of the plant. Rain had been pouring down for nearly a week and air humidity was around 80-90 % Plants are way to far in their flower cycle for these kind of showers and you can see it has taken its toll. Pistils are turning brown and buds need to be checked every other day to stop mold from spreading. She still needs a week more maybe 2 if weather allows it, but she will be chopped before the next rainy days. I will lose a part of the harvest to mould weekly but for me the maturation of the harvest is more important than the quantitity. As you can see there are plenty of buds left that still have chance of maturing. Harvesting now would be a shame. Simply hoping for some dry warm days for her to swell and put on some weight.

Sept 17th Her smell is amazing, you can smell she is a cousin of Sexbud but this one is much more fruity. Really has a specific odour to it, citrus but nothing like lemon or orange. Last time during sunshine I could even smell something like the bitternes you get from grapefruit, kind of amazing or just imagination. Can hardly wait for her to be cured and burp those jars. Today was a busy day, maroc got chopped because of mould infection. Outdoor grapefruit was also affected but this strain seems to be more resilient. structure of the buds is more spread over long branches and seems to be less susceptible to botrytis. Lemon kush on the other hand is getting real bulky and has mould pop up in some large main cola, I try to check them every other day and continue to cut off any infected parts and dead/yellow leaves. Hoping these babies make it all the way. 2 more days of rain, after that weather forecast predicts higher temperature and little to no precipation. Fingers crossed

DAY 58 Watered with nutes. 💧 5L (1,3 gallons) The buds which were supercropped are still alive, the side branches celebrate. 😜 The stretch is definitely done. 🐝 Remember in germination week, when I said I would pollinate a bud? I did it.. I put up a blue plastic bag tent and switched off the vents. The pollen was taken out of the freezer 2hrs before, warmed up in a jar with silicate gel. The bud was separated into the tent and the bottom was secured with a clothespin. Wearing a mask, I brushed and dipped the pollen onto the pistils. I used a contouring brush (gentle-cis-men, it's for make up), it has soft hairs and can take up a lot of pollen. After brushing, I covered the hopefully pregnant bud with a DIY newspaper bag (that's why you don't see pics). Sprayed everything including myself with water to kill the sperm in the air, switched on the vents again - next morning, removed the newspaper. Now I think I see no difference, maybe the pollen was dead. 😕 Watered with nematodes because there's an army of fungus gnats in the autoflower tent. 😦 🐛 DAY 61 Watered with nutes. 💧 5L (1,3 gallons) I won't take the plant out of the tent anymore now just to take pics. It's super beautiful, but it's not easy to get it out without harming it, so eff the pics. 😊 This plant!!!11 😛 The leaves already start making a trichome blanket!!! So cool, I can a little bit see how she will look in 3 weeks, this plant is so ultra cool! 💪 SSSC, I need to grow more of their genetics! As you can see on the pics, the leaves suffered some damage. I think it was damaged by a bit too much light for a bit too long. My approach when I grow it next time would be more Calmag (just a try) so the N is under control, and again strong lights. 😎 For now, the plant seems happy! 💚 DAY 57 Watered with nutes. 💧I always do 2L and stop when I see runoff. Tried to battle the millions of fungus gnats with nematodes.. 🐛 After watering, added the nematodes to the moist soil and covered the pot with a black plastic bag, so the bugs don't get sunburned. 😎 DAY 60 Keeping the soil moist now. 🐛 Watered with nutes again. 💧 I must say this plant stinks alot. It smells like dirty clothes which were in a closed box for weeks. Sweat, dankness, sweetness as well, but remember cherries differently. But I think that cherry coke has also kind of a dulled aroma, just like if noone would tell you what it is, you wouldn't know.. I noticed that the plant had some trips on the leaves, for sure the problem started before I placed the pot in the cabinet. Had to spray the plant with some potassic soap. I noticed that after that some leaves suffered some minor burns on the tips. Started to train in day 4 bending on a side.

Last week of flowering, since couple of days we are only giving water but the last shot of ultra PK did some great work here, she swollen up and got really fat the last weeks. wonderful strain, really generous and easy to grow, vigorous and a really nice old school smell with a sweet mango like touch!

Started germination by soaking 3 seeds in Distilled water with a tiny splash of peroxide for about 4 hours. Through testing I have found just a few mls of hydrogen peroxide in your water has assisted in breaking down the seed husk, quickened seed sprouting and can prevent the seed husk from sticking to the seedling as the cotyledon leaves emerge. After the soak, planted the seed about 1/4 inch down directly into my soil mix, which is basically promix HP with worm castings, and moistened the soil with a 1 litre spray bottle of ph’d distilled water and 1 ml of Sensi Cal Mag plus 2-0-0. I have a digital humidifier which was set to 70% , and a small 250watt heater I place outside my tent behind my intake fan to draw in the warm air. Keeps the tent at a nice and cozy 25* C or 79* F. I raised my BP2500 as high as I could, and dimmed it down (manually - there is a screw on the side of the driver to adjust) to about 115watts at the wall. The seeds were planted on the evening of Aug 29/2022. I typically place a humidity dome over the pot to increase humidity during germination. All 3 sprouted on Sept 1/2022 by the end of the work day. 🌱 spent the week refilling the humidifier, and using my ph’d distilled water/cal mag solution in a spray bottle twice a day, just little spritz’s at a time. I'm going to give her another week or two just to get the tricone a little more amber about less then 5% Plant b is looks healthy and is getting thick I am probably going to give it another 3 week cause alot of tricones are not cloudy about 50 to 60% is cloudy will wait till 90-100% is cloudy

We suffer from rain. But don't worry. They smell very much like weed. But blooms late. So she has to be strong. To be continued.
