This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

So like I said. I don't follow directions to the T. Some said wait until 3 sets of true leaves come out to transplant, but I went ahead and just moved Ting 2 from plastic cup into 2 gallon cloth pot, using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. There's some leftover coco that I had from P4Ps blend that she is nestled in. I noticed her growth slowed down just a tad compared to Ting 1, but Ting 2 is still showing healthy growth with a great color and additional leaves still coming in. Remember, Ting 2 was sown directly into the medium without paper towel since OG Ting 2 went down the drain on accident. So I'm not concerned that she's just a bit smaller than Ting 2. They sit on the windowsill where they can get some tropical sun, but I do use supplemental lighting from a $35 4 head, 200 watt, LED grow light from Amazon. No high dollar lights over here. I'm just starting out and want to harness nature as much as possible for my indoor grow. I keep lights on an 18/6 schedule. I know some people do 24 hours, but IMO, plants need actual darkness to do their biological processes, and reach their full potential. For watering, I use a spray bottle to mist and keep top soil moist, and I water directly around the seedling. I'm impressed at how the Pot4Pot plant is quickly growing. For those unfamiliar with Pot4Pot it provides you with everything you need to grow autos. It came with coco, jiffy pellet, soil, diatomaceous stuff, and some growth hormone powder to mix into top soil. I picked the small 1/2 gallon kit. This plant already looks better than the one I tried to grow in December and officially died today. I am VERY curious to see how Pot4Pot grow will compare to some good old Ocean Forest. Also wanted to note I've placed the pots in front of a window that gets fed tradewinds that have touched lush mountains and ocean spray. Totally romanticized what is just a breezy window, but for real, it's a mountain breeze which could contribute to a great tasting bud.

Week 9 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. Tap water and Espoma Bloom full dose - 12hr light schedule

SONNTAG: Heute wurden die beiden größeren Ladys gefimmt, die zwei kleineren wurden getoppt. Eine von den größeren Ladys habe ein bisschen mehr gewellt. Die habe ich einwenig entlaubt da ich nach der zweiwöchigen Pause mit LST weiter machen will. Ich bin voller Hoffnung das alle meine Babys das Training heile überstehen, drückt die Daumen.😁 MONTAG:

We're starting to make some progress, leaves are looking good. Gaining some decent height, not too much. I'm probably going to top her, so I'm keeping an eye on the optimal time to do that. 12/6/2022: Strawberry Gushers is really starting to fade. Some nice purple showing up on some of the leaves. She has some droopy leaves, so I think she is a bit over watered. I skipped watering her today, other than a light mist to keep the soil on top moist. Orange Bubblegum is looking good. Still showing some fading on the lowers, so I hit her with a compost tea today. About 1 liter. The Newberry is also showing some fading on the lowers, but her leaves are slightly drooping too, so I only gave her .5 liters of the tea. 12/7/2022: watered in the 2nd dose of nematodes today, even though there are only a couple fungas gnats left. Gave each plant 1 liter, mixed with the ThermX-70 and some FishShit. The big update today is with the Strawberry Gushers. I found a few nanners. Caught them real early and plucked them, but if more show up I may have to harvest earlier than expected. Used my Bluetooth microscope today to look at the tricomes and Orange Bubblegum is mainly all foggy, with very little amber. I hope I can give her at least another week or two. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry are a mix of cloudy and clear, with no amber, other than on the leaves, which doesn't count in my book. I'd still say another 3 to 4 weeks. 12/9/2022: The Strawberry Gushers is really fading, and the other two are starting to fade more as well. The Strawberry Gushers is not taking up water as fast anymore, so I just misted the top soil. For the Orange Bubblegum and Newberry I watered 1.3 liters at 6.6 ph, mixed with BuildABloom, coconut powder, and ThermX-70. Also added some fresh aloa juice I made for a new 3x3 bed I'm starting. Did not see any other naners, and the fungas gnats are almost completely gone!!! 12/10/2022: (Day 75) had about 2 liters of leftover water from by 3x3 bed I'm making soil for, so I split that between the 3 plants, mainly just to wet the top soil. Realized after the fact that the water had some Rootwise Micro Complete in it, which the plants don't need at this point, but it won't hurt. Ph was about 6.5 and it also had some FishShit and ThermX-70 as always. Also, reduced the light intensity down again to 600 PPFD, which is a DLI of about 39. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 600 DLI: 39

#1 Has stretched up and out! If she continues to fatten as tight as the other two, she will probably be the one with the most weight. Her branches are the tallest and reaching up at least 4-6 inches past both her sisters. Her main cola has some light bleaching, nothing I can do about that, we’ll see how she wraps up. #2 is going to be a producer! She has so many tips and they are all fattening and developing at about the same rate, she is going to be a beast! Her main cola is rock hard. Did a defoliation on her, she is appreciating the extra light penetration 😎💨 #3 is fattening up! She never did stretch, but then again I had her tied and trained pretty far out. She has been thirsty, I have been feeding a dose close to 700 ppm every other feed which has been every 3rd day for her. During the lower feeds, ppm has been around 275. Her tricomes are mostly clear, with some cloudy starting to show. She has the longest to go, but us already dense, and will only get better.

Hey folks and welcome to my 2021 outdoor grow diary! I hope you guys enjoy my upcoming posts and see how these ladies will end up by october! Just to break down this years grow, I will be trying new grow techniques, as last year my plants turned out like bonsais, as always, organic grow using Promix HP and Gaia Green Organic Amendments, and watering with a mixture of molasses to feed the soil microbes. So my pops got his hands on some "local growers" clones of Kings Kush cash crop, apparently it is an 80/20 Indica hybrid with a THC average of 14-23%, the smell is suppose to be like musky, peppery Kush and taste the same according to the guy that sold him the clones. Tho, I wouldn't rely on the sellers credibility, all I know is that the strain is mold resistant which is a must in the GTA and is a strong plant and has been doing well for my pops indoor grow so far. I will keep you guys updated on how his batch turns out. So I got 4 of these clones ready by May 16th and transplanted them from a 1 gal to its final 15 gal fabric pots. With that, I used Promix HP and amended the 15 gal with 2 cups of Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4 with approximately 1 cup of Gaia green power bloom and mixed well into each 15 gal pot. (About 70/30 ratio @4tbs/gal of the mixture) After the transplant was completed, I started to water the plants with dechlorinated tap water pHed to 6.5 and gave each pot about 0.5gal each of water. My plans for the next watering is to introduce blackstrap molasses at 1tbs/gal of water to start supercharging the dormant microbes in the soil! I also have to add yellow sticky strips to keep an eye on pests such as fungus gnats and spray neem oil as a PM in the soil and plant.

Growth slowed a little due to lights off temps dropping during the snow we had early December. Not worried about it. For the love of ganja

Unfortunately I found bud rot, so I had to harvest without leaving the plant 2-3 days in the dark. I‘m satisfied with the harvest but I lost something like several grams at the end because of bud rot in two dense flowers.

Aug 9: Lemon Cream Kush is doing fine and is starting to stretch a bit. I’m surprised how much it grew last week. Got the UV led lights from AC Infinity going. The sunlight gets weak here quickly starting in mid-August and the UV helps form trichomes. Used it last year and it seems to help. Nice weather days only as these lights are not intended for outdoor use.

Week 7 Update I really love these Autos! They smell amazing 😍. So I think the purple pheno is have is a banana purple punch, it looks very much like one. You guys can let me know what you think. My Groilla Cookies is growing nicely, I can see she's fattening up. My other 2 to the back are starting to fatten up as well. They are about a week and some days behind. They started to flower late so I'm looking forward to seeing them fatten up. The Purple pheno will probably be the first to harvest. She's showing some fast growth compared to the others. We flipped the switch and changed the light cycle to 12 hours. Both lemon ladies are doing pretty well, as is the development. Let's hope for a big harvest!

Welcome back to Fat Yappa's ladies and gentlemen, its been another mad week in the garden. This week these girls have began to produce some serious quantities of bud sites, but the transition into flower has not been without its adversity to be conquered. Gone is the humidifier, and the battle with humidity has commenced. All of a sudden the three larger Banner ladies, together with their Wedding Cheesecake Fastbuds cousin in Coco Coir have levelled up from 2.5L per plant ever four days, to 2.5L every two days, which has increased the humidity substantially, and this week has mostly been a battle to get the RH down to 50% or below, which has meant the tent door has been open as much as situations have allowed for that, the grow tent heater has been turned off, and my central heating has been ramped back up to 21c in an endeavour to dry the air some what, and the room in which the grow tent is situated has seen the addition of an old but reasonable dehumidifier on loan from my parents. I have also had to put some further serious thought into air circulation, and the T6 has been ramped up to level 6 as a constant, the intake fan has been increased, and Ive lowered one of my 40w fans closer to canopy level. The other 40w fan is situated in the top back corner, opposite the carbon filter to try and prevent stale air from building up in there, and I did try and lower this one also, but the way I have it wired, the plug flex would only allow me to gain a couple of inches. Circulation has improved, but is still not ideal across the entire canopy and this has caused some anxiety in regard to humidity and mould etc. To counteract this, and now that bud sites are developing, gaining a clear vision of which fan leaves could be removed, there have been a few defoliation session this week. Nothing major, maybe a couple of handfuls off the the older Bruce Banners, yet compared to the Wedding Cheesecake in Coco, which stands at a whopping 28 inches, towering over everything else in the tent by almost a foot now, despite the LST, which is much less of a leafy specimen and has only lost a dying leaf or two. In terms of LST, I have continued to perform the technique two or three times a week on all the plants, yet have stopped on the four larger plants in the past few days as I fear their stems are becoming too rigid for it now, and to further add to this, there is literally no more space for them to go besides up. The Wedding Cheesecake in Coco is a concern, with it being so high above the rest of the canopy, but there is literally nowhere else to tie her down. I will continue on the smaller Wedding Cheesecake, growing in living soil, and the Bruce Banner runt for another week or so, which at the moment I would describe as being in pre flower, and seem to be about a week behind the other four, until I feel the same fears in regard to the technique damaging them. As hinted at above, space is becoming an issue, housing these six big autoflowers in a 4x4, and the five plants that were originally intended would have been more than adequate to fill the space, and things have become so tight in there that I have had to remove the intake fan and place it on the outside of the tent, but the increase in sound from this has left me dissatisfied with this as a permanent solution. The increase in intake and out take fans, and the edition of the noisy old dehumidifier has caused noise to become a slight issue, but I will be ordering a good, modern, efficient 20L dehumidifier tomorrow and hopefully this will aid significantly toward solving a number of this weeks issues. With most adequate timing, the click from the timer on the sf4000 signals lights out on another day in Fat Yappa's Garden, its time for me to zip these ladies up and tuck them in for the night, so I must bid you all farewell for another week, and wish that all is growing well for you too
