Only one feed this this past week as I allowed the pots to dry out from the rain in the previous week. Supplemented feed yesterday with my Beneficial Booster. I made a mistake when preparing and put in double the amount of molasses but the plants seem to be tolerating it so far this morning.

Die Candyland mit ihren luftigen Blütenständen hat die Woche im Folienzelt gut überstanden, mit Temperaturen bis zu 39° C. Sie wurde Anfang der Woche pudelartig ausgeformt, um die Luftigkeit zu bewahren, damit sie nicht doch noch in der Blüte schimmelt. Vereinzalt habe ich ein paar gelbe Blätter entfernen können, jedoch glücklicherweise keine Schimmelspots entdecken können. Sie riecht nicht stark, ist jedoch ziemlich klebrig. Den Trichombesatz auf den Blättern würde ich als den bisher geringsten betrachten, vergleichbar mit der misslungenen Auto Cinderella Jack vom letzten Jahr. Ich gebe ihr noch ein bis zwei Wochen bis zur Ernte. Vielen Dank für euren Besuch! --- The Candyland, with its airy inflorescences, has come through the week in the polytunnel well, with temperatures reaching up to 39°C. At the start of the week, I pruned it into a poodle-like shape to maintain its airiness, so that it wouldn’t go mouldy whilst still in flower. I’ve managed to remove a few yellow leaves here and there, but fortunately haven’t spotted any mould spots. It doesn’t have a strong smell, but it is quite sticky. I’d say the trichome coverage on the leaves is the lowest I’ve seen so far, comparable to last year’s failed Auto Cinderella Jack. I’m giving it another one or two weeks until harvest. Week 9 Flowering There isn’t really much to say. The buds are visibly getting thicker and are already starting to smell. 🤩 It’s really turned into a lush bush that I can barely hide behind my balcony railing.🥦 With the current weather, the Gelato needs 5 liters of water every day. 🌊 Today I gave it another dose of fertilizer.🍅🌱 Some leaves are turning yellow... but to be honest, I’m not worried about it yet. 4/22/2024 Day 29 showing plenty pistils, still in the transition to flower stage. Training may help the plant grow bigger/ longer stems. They can be semi bushy when spread out. Switched nutes to flower bloom from Gaia green 4/26 day 33? Last half of week 5 there has been more of a stretch than there was previous to this. These plants have been mad with a bit of over water and chlorine issues and maybe cal mag 4/27 day 34 end of week 5 The plants both stretched. The one I didn’t train,I can see a visible growth of about double the height, just over this last week. For it being just a pre flower stretch/transition phase for the auto flowers, I am surprised at how many pistils are on the flower sights. The end of last week, I didn’t feel like there were enough pistils to consider it the beginning of flower, and now at the end of this week, it looks like this should be the end of week 1 flower, but they were still stretching.

She is taking very well too the scrogging not getting stunned from all the bending and massaging. I think that’ll be her last week of veg. So as of next week I will flip her and initiate the preflower nutes, including Rezin and the boost accelerator from canna. Reduced the humidity further, set it to ~40% right now, but since we're in a severe heat-wave in germany right now (we are peaking at 30°C indoors and ~33°C in our "growroom") our dehumidifier is working overtime. Defoliating every few days, leaving us with sticky fingers and scissors. Buds are developing fine and growing very quickly in size. Leaves are getting more and more frosty, even removed some when defoliating and took a look at the trichomes under our mikroskopic lense. Very beautiful and dense trichome-structure; especially on the buds. The red-purple coloured parts of the buds, mentioned last week, are developing nicely and much quicker than expected. Even spotted some milky trichomes on the headbud here and there.

girls are starting to recover from the neglect i gave them earlier as my timing was off a bit thanks to the last grow taking a wee bit longer to be ready. Time to feed the microbes with all kinds of tea's.

lot of heat during week 2, plants start to visibly stretch and show white pistils besides green and vigorous branches bulking up. applied ipm twice this week (nutes nutes mentioned) watering time reduced from 3'50" to 3'20" and then 2'50" due to leaking much water at every watering (at each 12h). ps.: numbers reported are always measured from pot #3.

Lo primero perdonad por no actualizar esto mas seguido, el trabajo y las pocas horas de luz solar no ayuda, cuando salgo es de noche y llego a casa de noche y no puedo prestarles mucha atencion a las plantas y hacerles las fotos correspondientes.. Pues asi van las niñas de Divine Seeds, la Auto Moon Rock me esta encantando, que monton de resina saca esta planta.. Ya empiezan a oler muy bien.. Como veis una de las Auto Fractal va a tardar mas en cosecharse que la otra auto fractal y que la auto moon rock. Ahora ya estare con actualizaciones mas seguidas, para el final del cultivo, el concurso no voy ni acercarme a ganarlo, pero da igual asi e podido probar estas geneticas de Divine Seeds.

Starting week 3 today, with a challenge ahead with this little bad girl! It seems to be a lack of Nitrogen, and I'm pretty afraid of burning the plant. I'm feeding the plant once each two days, with Seaweed Tonic, 150ml with the suggested dilution from the bottle. Now I have also a bottle of Canna Terra Vega, with NPKS 3-0-3-0. Is it a good idea to start feeding the plant, with also this nutrient? The soil is a mixture of 80% organic soil + 20% of coco coir. Could be a lack of nutrients from the soil? What is the best agenda to follow with nutrients? (: Cheers!! UPDATE (17/02 - Day 17): based on the suggestions made by many members, I've tried to gather the best of all and decided to make some moves in an effort to save this plant, and to avoid the same situation to the other 2 plants: #1 - Lifted the LED panel to double of the height, so the distance to the plants went from 50cm to 100cm #2 - This change with the distance from LED panel helped to low down the highest temperature achieved during the day from 27.5°C to 24°C #3 - Since day 15, the plants haven't been watered, in a move to try to dry a little bit the soil, once I was watering every day with something close to 250ml a day. Now I'll return with water in a few days, while I wait for some signals from the plants that they are needing water #4 - Pushed forward the idea to start feeding them this week, and maybe I give just a little bit of seaweed solution to root development when I come back with watering. Hope it works fine!

Howdy, So this is now the first day of week 14, which is 99 days from sprout, 53 days from when I flipped the lights to 12/12. Still maintaining nutrients at the same levels, topping up on alternate days with RO water or Nutrients. Checked the trichomes under the scope yesterday, but forgot to save the video. So will post a video in a couple days time when I check them again. So far it’s looking like they’re about 75% clear, 24.5% cloudy and the other half percent are made up of translucent amber trichomes. I think she’s still got another 2 weeks in her, as I’ve read that people make the mistake of cutting early because they go off breeders flowering type from the day they flip lights when you should do it from the day you see pistols, which for me was about 8 days into 12/12. Really struggling to keep humidity down, so have a 10L per day dehumidifier coming this week to aid me in the last couple weeks to make sure all this hard work wasn’t for nothing! I needed one anyway to use once this lady is hung up to dry. I am still having to cut off about 5-10 buds per week that are burning unfortunately. I am also in the process of building a grow room around the tent, if I can get it finished, that will mean I can give these ladies some more space and finally be able to raise the lights. I think the better quality smoke will be just under the canopy as I have a feeling the lights are frying off the THC faster than the plant can produce it. Hopefully it can recover once I raise the lights... Anyway, waffling over. 🌱
