Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Just got back from holiday. Few days late on update. watering system wasn’t too shabby as it was a last minute holiday ahaha. 6 days away in Greece. Lovely. 1x Sweet Mandarine Zkittlez 1x Mimosa Bruce Banner Ready for harvest. Been put into two days of darkness!

Day 15 since seed touched soil. All is going amazing. Yesterday topped them up a bit. Stems looks lanky, would expect stronger by now, but generally girls fly ! Off course i watered them straight after goodies were rubbed into top soil. Great White - 4 g sprinkled around for each plant BioSys same amount. Ecothrive Bio Blend - 200 grams added to each pot. Cookie is racing Devil for the win ;) my back up plan is the only slow runner ;))) That's my luck this summer in EVERYTHING ;))))) Lights are still on 40%, Mars as always has great products for growers. Think this week i will start some training. Day 19. Yesterday girl got 800 ml oh 6.3 phed water. She tries to win this grow, very nice girl, not giving up and chasing Devil for biggest girl of this grow award ;))) Think to start training her tomorrow. Day 20. First LST. Watering straight after, plus Biobizz Leaf Coat shower. Approx 2.5 liters went in, first big saturation. Happy Growing !!!

Any suggestions on what I should be doing I put soil around stem and added wind to fatten stem but I don’t have a oscillating so it’s Blowing above it moving stem all day is that good ? Why is she so pointy wind or light to close ?

Wow! Look at these amazing two plants. They both turned a bit purple. The smell is insane. Belive me or not but my entire room smells like a sweet ice cream restaurant. 😍 I had given this week only PH adjusted water and darkness for two days before harvest. Going to dry for like 7-10 days and then curing for another month or so. I will upload more pictures of the dried buds when the time comes

Everything fine! She’s getting bigger, and her roots too, because when I give her water, she doesn’t bend around anymore. Day 15 (April 26, 2019): she was hungry, she got food! Las flores no son para nada llamativas, una variedad más cruzada con rudelaris, que para mi gusto es perder el tiempo y el dinero invertido en cultivar cosas así… no merece la pena en interior, el ratio de gramo watio se me quedó en 0.5 , de los no peores resultados que tuve en los últimos 5 años. a sido una genética con la que no disfruté nada cultivarla, es complicada, es bastante sensible. Kio familia, que ya actualizo. Jaja Al lío finalizamos la 3 semana de floracion, y esta genética también creció bastante se nota su tamaño xL. Aumentamos la cantidad de comida por litro, Al ser grandes piden más. La humedad no aumenta de 50% y la temperatura baja Algo en comparación al principio. 27 grados de media. En la imágenes y vídeos podemos apreciar bien la evolución esta semana.

Day 43 flowering: Here is the star of the show for this run. She jas performed brilliant from day 1. her buds are so solid and smell of oranges so strongly. I am looking forward to her finish so much. I do think she will be my biggest yielder so lets see.

We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Wedding Cheesecake: one girl finish this week, two others probably in middle of 10 week. Massive plants, tons of yelled. Creamy undertones, sticky buds. Love it! They starve whole grow, didn't have possibility for separate line just for them. Love odor and bud structure. Beautiful and high odor in the room! Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 800, minimum PPFD is 550. VPD: Ranges from -0.1-1.1 Daytime Temperature (DT): 23-24°C. Nighttime Temperature (NT): 19-20°C. Leaf Temperature: 21-22°C. Light Distance: 45-55 cm from the plants. CO2 Levels: 700+ ppm. HLG Scorpion Diablo: Set at 60%, positioned at a 45-55 cm distance. Girls drink less water, so for this week and till the end of flowering new misting timing's Daytime: ON for 50 seconds, followed by 30 minutes OFF. Photoperiodic ones are definitely far more satisfying.

They are growing fast! Damn I was not ready for this and I did wait too long to proceed to LST. I broke one of the main stems on OG_2, shit happens...lesson learned. Still, very happy with these babies, 28 days old now.
