Update: Took less than 3 days for all 3 seeds to pop. They’re all looking good, standing tall. Couple shells stuck to cotyledon leaves. I’m just going to leave them there. In the past my OCD has wanted them off and I’ve F’d up the leaf. I’m going to leave them covered with the cups until tomorrow, hopefully true leaves will be starting then. It should also give me a wider variety of effect as well. I planted 3 seeds of each strain directly in 3 gal fabric pots of new Sunshine #4 mix and lightly watered with RO water. They’ll be lit by a Spider Farmer SF4000 which is on 24 hrs at the moment at 30% around 30 inches high. Welcome to my Royal Gorilla Diary This grow will join the RQS outdor grow contest at later time, I hope i get lucky and bugs won't eat it. After receiving contest box, i asked about germinating indoors, after confirmation i popped a seed in the soil. Germinated in pot indoors (gift pack was massive! see pics), after germination i put outdoor but i kinda forgot her. This one is growing together with a small tobacco plant to keep some unwanted insects away, i want to add some dill and coriander soon. So our royal gorilla is in her second week already, and she looks pretty healthy. Soil is reused soil with new fertilizers added to the soil. I'using a mixture of dried cow poop pellets and chicken poop pellets to give the soil some renewed power. Most of this is in the top layer of the soil (watering from above) so nutrients can be spread extra during watering. This should be enough for the first 6-7 weeks, so when the buds start to take shape we can start with adding some mineral nutrients in addition to the organic feeding.

Day 63 F: Well here we are at the end of a brilliant grow that has seen totally different mixes of heights and genetics successfully completed under the Mars Hydro fc3000 and my own mix of supersoil. Rhe light managed to keep them all at full tilt even though they were at big , differing canopy heights. If inhad used the middle of the room , I could have covered the canopy a lot better and the light would have easily reached the whole canopy despite their odd height differences. I have a Mars tent that will be perfect for this light to totally fill out with 6 plants once I am back at full production and over this slight delay upcoming. The soil has been brilliant from the off , even the small Mexican airline #1 that seemed to struggle with the start up and strength of the mix has finished well. I only added ecothrive , eco life cycle and biosys tea throughout the grow with a couple of grams of Megacrop in flower as a booster. The watering in the beds has been very easy to maintain and keep moist and the more shallow depth has helped check at root level and bottom easily. The immobile nature of the bed has meant that using different strains as the 3 is maybe not ideal , workable , but not ideal and needs some forward planning next time out . Besides that , it has been very simple to manage. The strains have been perfect throughout the weeks with little to no signs of any deficiency. I did remove a lot of fan leaves over the past week to really open the lower parts of the plant to more light for the ripening time . It will also help with the drying time and harvest. There is a lot of really nice colas on these ladies and I cannot recommend the genetics for autos from Fast buds enough. The Strawberry pie finished beautifully and with 2 phenos ro enjoy once dry , I am really looking forward to hitting that one. The six shooter look deadly for the unweary too with their frosty and kush looking purples and reds. Mexican airline have done a nice job on fattening their buds at the end but the #1 is way less bountiful than her sister. Let's see what a drying period does to their overall yields now. They look so big when 1st hung to dry but it is so disheartening watching them shrink to tiny versions of the originals. The dark period has made them a little more tacky without a doubt and their smells are so obvious going through the plants cutting. Temps are at around 10°c in the room with no lights on so this will be a long ,low and slow dry . I do have the dehumidifier on its highest setting to avoid these fat buds developing any bud rot but the low temps will also be a huge help. I have a nice mix of aromas among these with lemon , fresh cut fruit , candy cane sweet and a spicy fuel . Roll on the harvest and cure now. Hopefully a harvest report will follow within 10-14 days. Ginger nut cookies 30th Jan 2020 I got a bit carried away a couple of days ago and whilst trying to be a smartie pants and Lst the two heads of the plant, I accidentally broke one off . In my defence I did immediately chuck the broken stem into some rooting powder and then a rockwool cube. If it takes I'll have two plants but still I was annoyed with myself. Now that I had only the one top , I topped it so that she can fill out and create more tops. This week I fed some High tea, and watered in a little epsom salts for a magnesium Hit. 420 Fastbuds Week 8 Gorilla Cookies Auto Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving. This week's update on these 2 is good. I did go away for a few days and a couple of the lower leafs did get a little crispy but over all they where fine from the looks. The smell coming off them is absolutely intoxicating. Sticky when you touch the flowers. All in all Happy Growing.

Week 7 (Feb 15 - Feb 21). All three plants are doing nicely, and River, our youngest plant, is doing a good job keeping up, but still a couple inches shorter. So, I decided to FIM the older two plants to see if it evens them out, or sends them into a growth spurt. If the later, then I'll give River a FIM next week.

This plant literally outgrew a 4 by 4 at 87 inches tall I had the light at the top and quickly realized I had to toss her in the greenhouse about halfway through her life. Super happy with the size of it 43 inches tall exactly. Not sure if shes gonna stretch more but lmao the biggest auto I've ever grow. Mad respect to ILGM genetics right now. Check back next week to see how much her buds swell! Remember it's always 4:20 somewhere once an hour every hour!!!!!!

420 Fastbuds Week 8 Cherry Cola Auto What up everyone. Hope all had an amazing Thanksgiving. Decided to go away on a camping trip and left the girls for a few days. Coming back the flower sites have definitely swelled up a little fattening up. The smell is super sweet as your going into a candy factory. All in all Happy Growing

The weather in my country suddenly got warmer unexpectedly. That's why I'm having problems with the temperature. Still, it seems to be going well for now. I watered on the 51st day. I will do it again today and with full fertilizer.

Last feed of bloom and then flush.Have a very soft spot for this plant,really dense hard bud that smells so sweet.Never gave a days issue from seed.Resistant asf that's for sure.Looking forward to harvest

Day 56 The plant appears noticeably droopy, with many of its leaves hanging downward rather than extending outward. The foliage is mostly green, but some leaves show slight curling and a softer structure, giving the plant a tired or stressed appearance.
