Day 35. Minor defoliation and supercropped a few branches. Day 37. Starting to flower nicely, some frost Starting to appear on buds. Day 41. Strong smell of strawberry bubblegum when manipulating plant.

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

The soil I used was a regular gardening soil from the local store but It's astonishing how heavy this soil is even when It's dry bit when drying the surface becomes hard like rocks ( more than usual ) ------- Day 61 - Due to the rain I did not not them out today , I think it's the second time it happens and I hope it will stop soon because they are clearly too high and whatever the position I choose their is always one leaf touching the HID bulb 😒 I also made a short video to show you the box , I have add an extra 10w white light spot under the canopy and a 7w full spectum bulb under just because I had them at home , it wasn't planned at all.

Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Looking good. Shes stretching like crazy! Showing some more little pistils on some bud sights. I watered her with nutes yesterday night and checked on her today and shes getting a little yellow i know its not light burn because i moved my light up higher the night before just in case. Other than that shes super green and is getting bigger in flower I just realized i did my math wrong and but double the nutes so im gonna water her heavy with some regular water Shes growing more bushy then she is tall. Super Orange Haze: This beauty really seems to be doing quite well. The buds are starting to fatten up, and there's frost everywhere. Some orange pistils, but it's few and far inbetween at this point. I was increasingly aggressive with pruning this week chopping off flower producing stalks that looked like they weren't fattening up like the others in an attempt to get this thing down to 6-10 main colas. She seems to be handling it like a champ, and I think at this point I'm done with pruning until it comes time for harvest with the exception of the occasional fan leaf blocking a bud site. As a total newbie, I'm thinking we're about 3-4 weeks from harvest, and I can hardly wait! She smells like candy, and when I prune her scent gets all over my hands and I smell it for hours later. I hope she tastes 1/10th of how amazing she smells! Creme de la Chem: Well, let this be a lesson to everyone about the importance of early pruning and training. She's a plain old mess, and she's gotten into the lights. I've been bending stalks over which results in super cropping, and I've been tangling them all together sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident. I'm just trying everything I can think of to keep her from roasting, but nothing is working. She's just doomed to be a complete and unmanageable mess. She's producing flowers, and appears to be about 2 weeks behind the Super Orange Haze. I'm hoping to just get 4 or 5 good colas that don't end up bleached and withered by the lights at this point. My next grow will be way more controlled! RDWC stuff: I swapped her water out last week, so still running with what I've got at the moment. I'm out of RO, so I've been adding hard tap water when they need a top off and then nutrients in the ratios listed until PPM is at around 1000-1100. I've been rotating in ice packs and trying a few other things like added insulation to the top of my grow sites in an effort to keep water temps under 70 at all times. I've experienced limited success in this as you can see by the temperature chart for underwater. The big dip you see early in the week is the reservoir change I did (last week's update was late, not on Sunday like normal).

Way to start the week more photos to come. Flushed using sledge hammer this week stretch has come to a complete stop and budding is in full force. The smell oh how can I describe but a sweet berry funk. They have taken very well to the fox farm nutes that I’ve been giving. Definitely some differences in 2 of four, DD1 and DD2 much more weight and little to no purple except for main stem and veins on existing leaves compared to DD3 and the runt DD4 buds are not as dense but man are they flying this deep lavender and purple. The smell from this girls is so sweet . Bud structure is different on the DD I’m guessing the sativa vs indica genetics are showing which are dominating the plants either way there is a wonderfully sweet aroma from all the plants. 4/19 I feed them more nutrients in a small attempt to see if I can push the nutes slightly past recommended levels, to date no signs of burn or build up ever so slight clawing of the fans but nothing I’m concerned about plants looking good.

Lovely buds sweet and fruity with citrus smell and the taste of the smoke is the same. She has a potential to have a good yield if you have a good lamp. Nice buds really sticky, with nice trichomes. :)

What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. So far this mystery seed from Roc Bud is doing just alright. She has some weird coloring and odd mutations but she seems to be growing steadily. I top dressed with a little bit of humus, worm castings and around 1/16th tsp of Root’s Terp Tea Grow. Trying to go light on this girl as I already pre-amended this lightmix/coco soil with around a 1 tsp of Terp Tea Grow. Her roots are already showing through the bottom so it’s only a matter of time before she starts to grow upwards!
