Not an overly impressive strain and I would say she was not that hard to grow. If I even grew this one again I would let it go naturally with some LST. Wanted more grape flavours but they don't really come through in the smoke. There's a bit of a sharp fruity smell that's sort of piney with a hint of fuel at the end. The smoke is not too flavourful in my opinion but that just means I didn't grow it well. Super tight nugs so be careful with humidity as stated above. Also she's a bit of a light feeder so be careful with your nutes. As you can see I burnt her tips and over fed her a lot. Not a bad yield though! I've only really smoked the lowers on this one so far so that gave me a bit of a racey high, just slightly racey. I would accredit that to the lowers not being mature enough at chop. The plant is super dense and since I mainlined it the lowers didn't receive enough light. I tried to let the lowers mature more but the plant stopped maturing when I chopped the tops, this caused stress and the plant just shut down basically. Not sure if I would grow Blimburn's GDP again until I grow the real GDP.

Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

Well, the room is looking huge. If I didnt defoliate, I feel like the harder to reach areas would be difficult to maintain and that the transpiration would be too much to control. I like what I have going on so far. The defoliated plant has stretched higher than the defoliated one. Underneath they look similar, and it will be very interesting to see the end results for myself. Jus watering in calmag silica and brix. The terps are amazing. I got seeds tho, that one blueberry that herms jizzed on the grow!

I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first. Another project is already underway. Have a nice weekend everyone.

Plants started getting real bushy a couple of days after topping. Low Stress Trained all the plants at the end of the week by tying them down using rubber coated garden wire to spread out the newly grown tops. Also spaced out each plant evenly on the tray and turned on the other 2 PB2000 LED lights I had ready to go.

Bit more eventful of a week this one. Just going about my normal business when I was checking them over making sure all sex organs were female. Noticed that something seemed amiss. I took me a bit to figure out why one of my girls hermie’d, but a bit of thinking back brought something to the forefront. I had not had the 3rd and 4th pieces of shelving, and since I had the shelving upside down, I had to balance them on the edge with a piece of wood. I had rearranged my plants after watering, and did not make sure each one was steady, when I went to open my tent on probably day 27 or 28, i saw one of my babies had fallen off the shelf and was crushed up against the wall of the tent at a 45 degree angle! I was like NOOOO sunflower not you!!! So at least I know why the darn thing did what it did. I removed it from the others as soon as I noticed. Wanting to see the root structure I chopped it at the base of its stalk. The whole pot had very healthy roots so that was good to see. Was still having trouble with the plants seeming to reject the cal-mag and other nutes I was giving it. Only had pool ph strips. Yakno, the ones that only have a range down to 6.2….. More on that next week.

Hey everyone 👋 Here's this week's update: Matcha is still small and I believe she'll stay like this but at the time she's doing better compared to last week, so that's a win. I wonder, did I do something wrong? Was it the lack of CalMag or maybe the heat? Maybe I got a weird phenotype? (I doubt this) or what else could've happened to her? The truth is there are tons of different things that could've caused this and I wish I could know what could've caused this (I'll be making a grow question regarding this). Pistachio on the other hand is doing well, she's huge compared to her sister and she grew a looooot this week! Some leaves are slightly dark and some tips are a bit too bright as well but there's no signs of burn so I assume she might be on her the limit! Personally I suppose the mycorrhizas might be the ones at fault in here. They make feeding more efficient so probably the "normal" dosage might be a bit too much for them... and for that reason alone I decided to lower the amount of Green Grow that I was using, hopefully that will help. 🙏 I also decided to give 10 weeks of vegetation to these plants. Hopefully Matcha will grow a little more during this time (she's still at 20cm) but at this moment I expect nothing from her, I'll just allow her to surprise me haha. 👻 Thanks for reading! This is nuts lol 😆 I may have fast forwarded through the pictures, apologies, they are loads and more difficult to work through. Consider a week and a half missing from flowering so far. She is not close to finishing yet as far as I can tell. As new white hair are growing, very obviously. the orange hair is quiet a few but they were kind of there all along. Smell is sweet fruity but not as powerful yet. Buds are sticky and solid, Every cola is sticky, solid and huge and still growing.

Punch Pie in Flower, stretching nice and doing great, the topping helped to slow down the main stem and spread the plant a bit. Now its just time to wait for some nice top colas to form. I cleaned the bottom of the plant up a bit just like the others to make sure we got good airflow in the areas with less light to avoid problems. Still no fertilizer just living Soil by Sonnenerde.

Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. Not much to report on these ones, they are growing pretty straight forward and doing very well. They have a great bud structure and #2 looks like it might have some fatties. Cant pick up the scent yet but the frost is comin. My girl took all the pics, I took the vids and she took pics of me takin the vids and it gives a better indication of the size of the plants/tent. I'm 6'1 165 soakin wet for reference

GENERAL COMMENT. Two different realities are populating my humble growroom, by one side we have a vibrant SKR and the other the NL that was destabilised a wile back. This two girls from RQS have lots of virtues, and shooting up many colas, and harvest is looking promising also with the lock in the NL. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO AKA NL - COMMENT. After struggling a lot to curb her deficiencies and spotting, I could rinse off the salt buildup and raise the soil PH, flush, flush, flush little bit of voodoo juice, and only the full organic based nutes made the trick for now, so we are stable, and leaves started to look healthier, spotting stoped but is already in the majority of the leaves. EC is light at 1.1 Stoped taking the runoff since i made the medium treatment, and honestly that got on my nerves now is bulking this colas or die, finito with the over caring thing… One thing to notice is that i have to re do this strain to fully grow it and having a 100% potencial to be able to fully judge, as for now if you do this strain use less of everything, nutes, light, water, less is definitely more with this strain. Smell is the least pungent of the plants i ever done, so if you are looking for a stealth plant this is a good candidate.

2025-01-21 to 2025-01-27 This week, she really put on the lemon-lime smell of Chernobyl. I've pollinated her (once again) with Chemdog #2 pollen from a previous grow. I'm looking for a "stay lifted" effect, as both of these cultivars have. But, I'm hoping for more of the earthiness to come through from the Chemdog in the potential seeds that are produced.
