Week 7: The Frost is Taking Over! ❄️🌀 We’ve officially hit the half-century mark, and the tent is looking like a psychedelic dream. The BM has stretched hard the last week putting on some incredible size , just keeping up the defol and minor lollipop to her as she starts fully going in to bud . Already getting a faint fruity smell , the leaves are tasty as we actually had some in a salad the other night 😂

Harvest time, chopped this lady and she's now drying in the mesh rack. Sticky buds, lots of trichomes. I'll update in 6-7 days with the dry weight and initial smoke report.

Still trucking along. I had my lights turned up a bit high, I've turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it.

We are entering week 6 now! Since the last heavy defoliation 3 days ago she’s handling any stress like a champ. No highs of slowing down growth. First pistils are showing and looking strong I feed her with 2liter of ph regulated water from bottom and about 1,5liter from top every 4 days. The stretch is visible but not that crazy, which is good in regards of the limited space in the vgrow. At the end of week 6 she’s getting a little defoliation to ensure good light conditions in the lower part of the plant.

Blackcherry punch has come down and been trimmed. Will post harvest soon when completely dried. Jack Herer has come down. In the process of trimming her. Everyone else is flushing. The real work has begun......

We are on week two of flowering and the ladies are loving it .. we defoliated and pulled some branches around increasing air movement and light penetration.. The cheese has been a little picky .. lighter on the nutes and doesn't like training very well..The team @seedsmen seeds have bomb genetics and I can't wait to stArt my next seedsman diary sooo good ..keep an eye out for week three ..

Craaazyyyy weeks Craaazyyyy growth Loving it AAALLLL Ok, so, this is the 5th week. Plants started flowering during 4th. They've had massive growth (from my perspective and experience 😅😅) and started to smellll I think I was consistent on that LST. Always trying to give all the heads as much light as possible. It was a lot of work, but I still loved it. Having 2 plants makes it more fun because I need to have a diferent point of view for each one. S has been toped, and with LST I was able to have lots of heads very well positioned B is responding marvelously to bending, wich makes it hard to bend because THERE IS NO MORE ROOM TO RUN TO 😂 she is growing a lot, and there's just to much leaves to tuck... As I was saying they're different, wich I am loving I decided to defoliate them as my last stress move towards the plants. Cutted the leaves that were on the bottom and covering the top heads, and the very small, tiny, thiny side branches. I am lowering the LST to minimum. Since the heads I chose, now have space and LIGHT to grow at will, I want to not disturb them as much as I can. You can see that when I defoliated them, there was light on the soil. And just in 1 day difference, even at this point, you almost can feel them grow! I was amased, because of the stress I had caused them. Yet, look with attention, you can spot the differece. (I hope you can see it too through the screen, because it's real 😅) Look at the S. She is doing just greaaaaat. Think it was a good decision to top her. Hope it keeps growing as it is! Smell is increasing Day 30 changed the light to 24h ON. Day 31 - Heads bigger - !QUESTION! -I always water the plants simultaneously. B's vase is noticeble heavier. Cant understand why... I'm going to start checking if they need to be watered at different times. I can only imagine that the root system is different, due to its "differences outside". But really! They have suffered different stress at different times... different root system = different drainage? Food for thought Day 32 Defoliated them because I thought they were too bushy. Felt like it maybe was a mystake, later, due to some recommendations i read... Mulberry F3 Day 63 All is well with Miss Mulberry this morning. Today was a feed watering and she received two tsp each of bloom nutrients. Biggest change is I went ahead and up the lights to 75 percent power and am cranking out between 950-1000 PPFD and in the neighborhood of 65 DLI @ 18/6. We will keep an eye on her for any signs of light stress.

Week start PAR 540 PPFD Week end PAR 570 PPFD After week 3 of flower the plants don't need to grow more roots, so therefor I stopped giving them Plagron Power Roots and Plagron Pure Zym since there is no use for it anymore; but they did their jobs very well.. my plants flourished on it and I didn't even had one dead leaf. I also defoliated again and lollypopped everything from the ScrOG net down to the AirPot's. Did some supercropping on about eight flowers to keep stretching under control and the canopy more even. Also placed a 2nd ScrOG net to arrange the branches and to support them later in flower.

11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. Absolutely growing the red Pheno again. Very strong! Great citrus 🍊 smell. Taste is great not super dense but I’ll try and see if I can fix that next round

I tried to let her bloom for 2 more weeks..but she had some mold and had to cut some away. Sow shortened bloom by one week. However she is ready do.last so.
