The cold weather and rain in the first two weeks definitely held these back. We had upper 70's F starting day 3.These girls are loving the warmer days and nights and have sped up their growth. More rain day day 4 then intermittently through the night and into morning of day 5. Day 6 we saw cooler temps and more intermittent rain in the evening and through the night. Day 7 temps stayed cooler and we had thunderstorms theater night. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil in day 6. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron and phosphorus available to the plants. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg.

What else can I say. The transplanting resolved all of our issues. I was worried about her not making it as it was week 1 in flower. It couldn’t have been a worst time to do this. The new pot didn’t allow me to keep her held down so I had to improvise with some tie downs and duct tape. She is popping new bud sites everyday and she’s really thriving. I won’t go back to that smaller pot with a photoperiod. This strain is a breeze to cultivate. She’s really forgiving and isn’t too picky once she needs what she wants. I bumped up her feeding accordingly as well as gave her some molasses and a nice amendment feeding. Don’t tell my kids, but this closet freak gets more attention from me. 😂😂 J/K Have a good week you crazy cultivars.

Hard to believe it's been another week. These beautiful girls are growing great. They're definitely swelling amazing especially at the top colas. Starting to see some faded leaves so I think I'll back down my nutes from 1050 to around 800. All in all Happy Growing.

Pretty basic week. I transplanted the Green Tea plant from a Jiffy Pot to a 1 gallon fabric pot. The plant probably could have stayed in the Jiffy Pot for another week or so but some of my plants that were a little bigger when I transplanted them were packed with roots. I just figured I'd transplant a bit earlier to give my roots more space sooner.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. I used a macro lens from a fish eye kit you can buy for any phone to make that macro video, i highly recommend them it’s so easy to see when i can harvest , these are also very cheap but you do need a steady hand haha. I smoked some smaller buds about a week after harvest & it already tastes amazing almost like a reaalllyy sweet banana haha & the burn is good also i was suprised it was smokeable so fast. Fat banana is one of my favourite strains from now on! I also had 1 Sour Diesel in the tent but i’m still curing that one

Day 27 from seed: Wow these ladies like life it seems. Some very good growth this week and the switch to Mega Crop has started well so far. The Paler girl is starting to darken a little more now so let's see how we go. As mentioned in the video , I have been able to top them this week so the training can slowly begin . The only thing I need to sort now it the watering regime for the Los. They are doing good with the MC being used too. I am dialing them all in this week to see how green and healthy we can get them. I am looking forward to their smoke as these have been a strain I grew as a photo period a while back. Love these fast buds girls.

It's been cloudy for days but no rain right go figure ..have to try and keep those 2 cannabis off grid.. Experiment keep moving it for sun.. Then neighbor informer lol.. Cut the plant and let hanging upside-down for 1,5 weeks by 50-55% RH and 17-21°C. Was very easy to trim - wet as well as dry sugar leaves both goes smoothly and fun. Left dried and trimmed buds burp for another week. Made DME extracts. Tested both weed and extracts, strong pleasure :) It was handy and fun to grow on GD as always - thank you guys! And thank you very much to the community for being there, spreading love and inspiring!

Experiencing what seems to be my first nutrient lock out. Bought a soil ph tester from homdepo its reading 7.0 so that what bring me to that conclusion on top of the slower growing and the slight yellowing around the leaves. I was being cheap and using the liquid ph tester that comes with the ph up and down and im regretting now seeing my plants in not the best condition. Im ordering a better ph pen today i used the vivosun one the i currently have got the water to 5.8 checked the run off and its at 6.2 hopefully that helps. Saturday im going to top dress and water at 5.8 aging and im thinking that should put me back on track Any advice i could definitely use some tips and pointers

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached its fifth week of flowering, I am now very close to harvest. I would say one more week and it will be ready for cutting. The appearance of Purple Lemonade is amazing and it would be a shame not to take a picture of her on a black background now that it is the grand finale. The flowers are hard to the touch, sticky and full of trichomes. Especially the main cola which looks impressive. This week I started checking the trichomes with a microscope and so far they are still transparent. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells of plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lower the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here is what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants.
