Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The Green Gelato Automatic has reached 41 cm, and is now twice lower than its Hulkberry roommates. Due to the height of the Hulkberries, I had to attach the lights to the very top of the box, the height of the box is 178 cm and to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plants, I had to do so. 😟 Unfortunately, now the Green Gelato is 50cm away from the light, although I picked up the whole pot, the distance is still too far than it should be. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. She started drinking more water, so I watered more this week than before. Compared to Hulkberry roommates, Gelato grows much lower with much denser branches and more leaves. He did not lengthen in height like them. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plant look satisfied, there are no major signs that it is missing anything. The only watering is difficult due to the density of the branches and the light does not reach the lowest flowers, but I plan a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. I changed the light regime to twenty hours of light and four hours of sleep. It was also watering day. She got the full range of BioBizz for the first week of flowering. I prepare 9 liters of water each time in which I put BioBizz, p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick and as of this week I’ve started adding Cal Mag preventively. With that amount of water, I water all three plants evenly. 12/07/2020 - Day 24. Watering. The procedure is the same as the previous times. This time I also filmed the way I do it. 15/07/2020 - Day 27. Watering. Same 9 liters as before, with full BioBizz and preventive Cal-Mag. 16/07/2020 - Day 28. Photography and filming. week intel: we getting close to end of ripening , this week i raised drought , Nitrogen and E.C stress by feeding them 2 times per week and raised e.c to 3 to cause real stress that will help increase terpenes production stresses : Nitrogen deficiency Stress by removing the fertilizers that has N in them Drought stress via removing one meal in week high E.C stress around 1.7 and the other feeding day 3.0 , 2 times a week feeding: no more Nitrogen i feed them 2 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster about 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a medium e.c stress. day 3 : no more feeding this day day 5 : i feed them very high dose of Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster around 1500 ppm - 3 e.c to cause high e.c stress guide of the week : be patient in the last weeks, never hurry for harvest because its the time of ripening in last 2 weeks you should let plants to do their work last weeks of ripening is the time to break the limits we should cause 3 stresses as i said above Nitrogen stress , Drought Stress , E.C Stress

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

She is growing great ! Started flowering this week, I did a flush after the pre flower and increased the nutrient intake for flowering now. Got a lil light burn so put the light a bit further away, dim is on 80% now. Tie down and partial defoliation did well in evening the canopy and not letting it grow too high, but more in the sides.

Hi everyone, had some slight troubles this week. I had my light too high and the thc bomb stretched to quick and fell over when I watered her 😫. I Propped her up then added more soil around the stem, she seems to be ok now. Also been having trouble with night time temperature dropping to 55f so I’ve brought a tube heater and thermostat this has helped keep it at 64.5 F. As you can see from the pics the auto bomb seems to have some defects with her leafs, not sure what’s wrong but it does not seem to be effecting her at all. Day 13 i noticed the edges of the leafs on the thc bomb started to curl up slightly, don’t know why. I lifted the light slight coz I thought it might be heat stress. Apart from all that I am still fine tuning my set up and learning loads along the way. Really happy with how my girls are coming along. 🍁🍁

End of week 3 here we are again with an update, I think they've stopt stretching and can focus on creating those nice tasty buds😋. Im still enjoying from the last cultivate🍬🍭 hm hm hmmm it's a really sweet smooth sativa. I can not wait! Until next week 🤙🏼

Day 57. Statement : Even with hard beginning - thats my best run ! Zamnesia is AMAZING !!! With veg hiccups, they still bushout to really nice plants in less than 7 weeks. Now Blue Dream is targeting my roof, Kalini Asias are thick as f@ck. Runtz very dense plants, thought they would be a bit bigger ... They drink every 36 hours, hard to keep up with work, but i do my best not to screw up with them ;) This week : feed, water, water. Defoliation too !!! Day 59. That game - "who will reach sealings" - I don't like !!!! Moved lights two days ago ... Soon i will need axe for my roof !!! ;)) That Monster Blue Dream is insane !!! Hope will do heavy defoliation in two days, maybe this will shock her ;))) other plants keep up with her and canopy is even without all three Blue Dreams. Huge plants. Day 60. Video is showing how less space is left, but they just keep climbing !!! ;)) Day 61. Thinking to defoliate all girls tonight, but maybe i will do it after next watering. Had to reposition them, loads of branches need to be chopped, some didn't see light for last two weeks( Curly, looks like sh$t, will never reach light). Girls are too big for my setup and i really hope it will be enough light and HEIGHT for them... And so Defoliation has started !!! Hope everything will go fine !!! All done !! Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

At the end of week 10 I harvested all plants. I cut off all big fan-leaves and all other leaves that are bigger than my thumbnail and then cut the whole plant at the stem and hang them as a whole upside down in my tent. After 2 weeks of drying I try to bend a side-branch and if it breaks with a hearable sound, the buds are dry enough to put them into glass-pots for curing. After trimming the dried buds I put the two sides separately on the scale. One main cola of the LUMATEK side (=left side in tent) had bud-rot and had to be thrown out (=appr. 20 gram). The rest of the left side harvested 862 grams of dried buds. Divide the total (=882 gram) by the 600 Watt of power used by the ZEUS 600W PRO, the LUMATEK side yielded 1,47 GRAM PER WATT for this cycle. The right side with the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 lamps used 460 Watts of power (=including the dimming) and harvested 880 gram of dried bud, that is an EXCELLENT YIELD OF 1,91 GRAM PER WATT. Therefore I conclude my comparative LED-grow with a CLEAR VICTORY for the SANlight LEDs over LUMATEK! 👍😎 The SANlight achieved 0,44 GRAM PER WATT MORE THAN the Lumatek!

23.08.24: I've done considerable defoliation. Also, FBP1 and FBP3 have grown all over the place. The stems are also relatively weaker as they've grown so much. (Photos above). Being as the plants were looking a bit delicate, I added some string and tied the side branches lightly to keep them a bit more compact. Additionally, FBP2 has a considerable amount of buds on the main cola. So I've added a plant stake, and I just tied string around the stake and the main stalk. The humidity has been able to stay under 53%. That's with 3 dehumidifiers. So I'm pretty sure that's about as good as it will probably be. I've had to lower the watering frequency on FBP3, as I overwatered only this plant. and also added too much Nitrogen in. As a result all the leaves are looking droopy. I'm really not sure how this will pan out, as they all still look like they're weeks away from harvest. Anyway, I'll update throughout the week. 25.8.24: I was tending to the garden a majority of the day, and realised that a branch had broken on FBP2. I acted quickly to insert plant stakes, to provide the heavily laden branches additional support. See photos above. The branch was bent or snapped, but still in one piece. I used duct tape to carefully put it back together. Before making a stake for it. Silica, apparently wasn't quite enough to get the FBP2 through the whole way. The flowers are very heavy and dense. I have also given the plants water yesterday with concentrations of the following nutrients, per plant. ● 9ltr of dechlorinated tap water with 6ml of cal-mag, 3ml of Ecothrive Flourish, 6ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. I have also added cinnamon top dress after watering, as I have noticed some fungus gnats. I checked the trichomes through one of my loupes yesterday too, and nearly all are still glass like in appearance, with some cloudy here and there. I'm definitely going to have some time left on these girls. I did check the PH if my soil on all plants as I was concerned about nutrient lock out on FBP3. All pots tested out at 7.0 Ph exactly, before and after watering. Thanks for reading my diary 😊

My first experience with Sweet Seeds was with some Gorilla Girl photo that I took a chance on. My only comment on one of the pheno's I received is WOW!!!!! So it is no real surprise to me that I was so impressed with the resilience of this strain and the buds she grew. She ran 84 days and was worth the wait......almost jumped the gun about 5 or 6 days early. She was strong all the way through and at first was the one I threw in and we will just see what happens.....she was a free seed. In the end she received a lot of my staring and salivating😄😄💪👍🙏 Update April 2020............ The buds have firming up and the curing continues. The citrus has come through much stronger after 4 weeks cure. She was hung on March 1st and dried for 7 days, into jars on March 8th. The piney citrus is very prominent now. She comes on quick for a buzz and is fairly balanced in my opionion and not overly energetic but not lethargic either.A nice balanced all day smoke for myself. Great flavours coming through now......I am a fan of piney smoke😃👍 So the buds have ended up nice and firm, slows down the grinder😁, powerful and lasts over an hour plus I have a high tolerance, nice eye appeal and pungent smell........Love it Sweet Seeds!!!!!! You have done awesome with this Autoflower..........she is a keeper.........but there is the issue with auto flowers👌😃 Sweet Seeds rocked it........if you are looking for a great yielding, resilient, dense bud plant she is worth your consideration! Sweet smokes Apolo!!

This week I cleaned my tent up and transplanted into 25 gallon pots planning for flower I continue to shape the canopy with daily LST, leaf tucking and minor defoliation for light penetration + lolipoping the bottom 1/3 of overall plant structure as it grows

2/14/2019 Good week, #1 slowing her stretch, #2 still going strong had to super crop her top, she recovered very fast and I had to super crop her again as she was touching the light! Raised the light to get 8" clearance from the light. Enjoy your week! See you next time.

Another straightforward week in the grow room. All three Phenos continue to look fine with good leaf color. I've been working on this super soil recipe for three grows now. I learn a little more with each attempt and come to find this particular blend in larger 7 gallon grow bags IMHO is passing the eye test. All three are in stretch, so I'll continue to keep an eye out over the next 2-3 weeks. In the 3x3, I have manage height. No additional feedings just watered ph'd between 5.8 and 6.2. I do water at top as well as bottom (wicking). These girls are already beginning to exhibit a loud smell. Just bought a new carbon filter, which I will swap out today. This closes out the week.
