🌸 Week 4 Flower Report: Growth, Challenges & Big Changes! 🌸 Hey, Grow Diaries Fam! ✨ We’re here at Week 4 of Flower, and what a week it’s been—packed with challenges, adjustments, and exciting progress! Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Day 9 and allready can see the roots in the bottom of the first small pot. She is getting feed with Hesi Nutrients. Day 12 had to repot as you see in photos roots were ready to transplant

Start of week 3 feeding Plagron: Alga grow 1ml per liter Fish force 1 ml per liter Power roots 0.50ml per liter Calmag Pro 0.50 ml per liter Siilic rock 0.50 ml per liter 450 to 550 ppm Day 18 had keep same feeding but changed light to 18/6 as soon need to do first topping so plant need to rest.

Aug 2: Tropicana Cookies FF is three weeks younger than my two biggest plants (Sunday Punch EV and Mimosa Shot) and two weeks younger than Lemon Cream Kush. This is a very strong plant and is progressing very well. This wagon with LCK started force flowering a week later than the other wagon and will go another week longer. TC is now the tallest of the four plants despite being the youngest. Aug 5: now done force flowering after 2.5 weeks. Plants in this wagon are getting too big to easily get into garage. Continuing to use far red light as a bloom booster at dusk. Back to 15.5 h of daylight in the backyard now. Aug 7: now 51 inches so she’s had a quick vertical growth spurt. Looking very happy with leaves ‘praying’ upwards nicely.

Well it’s looking like it’s time to flip these girls are Losing their shit on this run. Huge props to MSNL so far, I mean, we’re talking 8/8 seeds popped, fast healthy growth like nothing I’ve had(and I put these girls through some shit-stripped them down to nothing almost weekly and they just bounce back. Seriously, if this run continues to go anything like the veg then I’m 100% a believer in MSNL’s quality. They’re hardy, put up with some crazy shit that happened with circuit breakers cutting the lights off early on, a lot of supercropping, defoliation and lollipopping... And you don’t even need to rub the stems for scent... I just walk into the room and it’s like a sweet peppery gas smell. Straight fire. Catch you guys next week, can’t wait to see some pistils!

07/16/2024 Week 8 Update!!!! Yoo gang update lessgooo!!!!!! Sooo what's brackin gang, so we starting into week 8, officially I think it's week 6 of actual veg but that's here nor there, the girls are really coming into their own really great leaf structuring and coloration other then will keep y'all updated as the week goes on thanks for stopping by and LFG!!!!

Now that the plants are in full bloom the scent is getting stronger by the day. I'm already picking up strong fruity aromas, filling the room each time I open the G-Tools. It's nice to see how the different pheno's develop. Trichome Queen is definitely a hash plant. The resin is growing everywhere, also on the bigger fanleafs. She will be an excellent candidate for a nice rosin extract. The other two just focus on growing buds and looking awesome at the moment. I'm easing up on the nutrient this week as I detected some brown spots on the top leafs. Might be nutrient related but it could also be due to the distance of the lamp. It's raised to the top of the growbox but still too close to the canopy in my opinion. Maybe I should have done some more LST, or maybe I need to get less greedy and not try to cram three plants in a small growbox 😅. Let's see what happens in the coming week. Flush has began, 1st day they were fed 6 hours of Flawless Finish. Now onto just plain water to bring down the PPM of the media. Really trying to push these girls over the line and make the yield worthwhile! After the slow start they are starting to fatten and harden up, their like little golf balls. Next week is flush and that’ll keep going until the trichomes are 50% amber. 🙌🏽💚🇬🇧

Day 64 02/09/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag. Day 66 04/09/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today only. Smell is really coming on strong now!! Day 68 06/09/24 Friday Feed again today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Day 69 07/09/24 Saturday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today. Mould 😔🤦‍♂️ Absolutely gutted!! Had a very humid past 3 days, wet with no wind... 2 plants have suffered... Auto Orange Bud has lost a side branch. Auto critical orange punch has lost her main colar, and 2 sides, the yeild is going be to now be appalling, but this is due to environmental, not the seed or genetics, as far as they go this was one of the strongest and biggest in the group Day 70 08/09/24 Sunday (END of week) Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. ☠️ Auto critical orange punch 🍊👊 Had to remove completely, after isolating the rest of the greenhouse, mould persistently grew on her. The remaining plants after 2 days isolation have been moved indoor to finish underground 600w hps and a more controlled environment.

The blackberry moonrocks is still doing great they are the biggest plants in the tent I have a feeling they are going to be super stars I'm hoping they stack nicely and not branch out to much the main stems have a dark color starting so maybe we will get black leaves The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

Great week both inside the tent and out this week. Inside they've been fattening and frosting up like crazy. Carl 1 is 50/50 on pistils and still mostly clear trichomes, I'm thinking 2-3 weeks. UKBS 1 is 80/20 on pistils and starting to cloud a little more, I'm thinking 1-2 weeks in that department. Outside, I've built a little greenhouse thing for the plants to chill in, out of the extreme winds. They've been acclimatizing fairly well to the low night temps and very hot days, but that's not to say they're entirely thrilled with it. Hopefully they take fully and flower out well. EOS Rebel T5 shots coming soon, tomorrow or the next day. 6/24/2021- Had some rain overnight, structure held up and kept the moisture out. Came outside to totally dry plants, and it'd been raining for several hours. 6/25/2021- Got the EOS T5 out tonight, got some real good shots of both plants. Carl 1's HUGENESS and UKBS 1's frostiness are definitely showcased well in my opinion. -Timelapse is out this week. Should only be another couple weeks on the indoor plants, probably not enough for a month. (unfortunate as the youtube "Month" Timelapse is going up this week.) 6/29/2021 - Fade on both plants coming in nicely. Purple and yellow on Carl 1, and a much darker color scheme on UKBS 1.
