Didn't ensure the door to my grow room latched last night. Awoke to my plants being grazed on, my lights knocked over, and one fuzzy asshole tomcat curled up next to a knocked over light.

Weird bud growth, hoping what look like fox tails fill out real well in the future. Have been saturating well and going lighter with the fertigation on this plant, in the future I think going into flower I will just cut the n part of my feed completely unless I see deficiency of some sort. As the bloom component still has some n in it. 7/26 Read EC in base at 2.5, definitely acceptable. Will continue not giving N to this plant, while the rest get get A.B.E. 3/3/1.5

Weekly update on these gorgeous ladies, they're growing fantastic. I chopped some and froze it to wash and the few that are left will get harvested later this week if not early next week. The smell it gives off is straight mouth watering so with the amount of frost will see if she makes a good washer. All in all Happy Growing

Elle se porte très bien mais étant isolé ailleurs je ne peux pas la prendre en photo entière... Niveau engrais , Peau de banane à tout vas et Marc de café , je tiens à signaler qu'en cette fin de semaine dernière un important arrosage avait était fais avec du fumier de vache , cet engrais est naturel , gratuit et très riche en nutriment !!!! Je pense arrêter de fournir de l'azote pour la semaine prochaine afin de forcé "un peu" le passage en floraison Bon week-end !!!!!!

These girls are only about 13 days old and younger looking great so far.

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. This week i dropped nitrogen amount on nutes. These girls are going to slow stretching about on third week so i can start using more PK cuz during mid-late flower these girls wont need nitrogen so much,so i can add more PK nutes to keep flowering stacking up and my buds shouldn't be so light green colored cuz of high nitrogen dose on nutes in lateflower and a smoke will be smoother too tho! 5th week of flower i think i will drop b52 out of nutes cuz im trying to get rid off all extra N just for a test.(Testing first time) I think i will feed big bud through 2nd-to flush and not give overdrive at all cuz big bud does not include N and overdrive does.(Testing first time) Girls are doing all good they are forming nice looking preflowers and this 150x150cm tent should be full of big nuggets by the end of flower! 13.2. Third week of flowering in almost done and you can surely see that the stretching is slowing and some thrichomes showing and i think these buds are going to be fat and juicy! 😂 The tall one is buttercream gelato from sensi seeds and this girls is surely showing some nice strech during flowering stage and nice looking buds too even vegetation was too short tho! Best clones are now on nft424 they have growed some insane roots!

Stretch stretch stretch. One girl almost doubled in size and is showing bud sites. The other is stretching but still bushy, and has yet to show buds.

Again I traveled all weekend and this time I filled the plants with a lot of water and watered the plate too with an extra liter of water, and they resisted so well that they showed several signs such as the growth and development of new leaves very green, I watered only with water, in the next watering I will put top veg fertilizer again. And so ends the third week, I'm posting a little late because of work, but whenever I can I'll post the updates here. =) peace

Registro esta semana como la primera de floracion ya que se nota con facilidad donde van a crecer los cogollos!. Espero que sean grandes!!🤞🤞🤞😁😁😁🚀🚀🚀🤪🤪🤪. 2da semana de floracion al 09/02/24 los futuros cogollos ya se ven como van creciendo, de floracion rapida me ha dicho el grower y se nota la diferencia con el otro diario.(en el otro diario se puede ver q los cogollos ni forma tienen😅) Esta semana hice riego foliar con aceite de neem, para evitar plagas.En el suelo regue con micorrizas 1ml x litro de agua, aumente la dosis de agua de 1.8l a 3 litros, para que el mismo riego se drene y asi poder medir el ph y ec. El ph del drenaje me dio 6.3 y la ec 1100ppm. Esta semana también quite algunas hojas y ramitas bajas que no valía la pena que se desarrollen.

Swiched the light schedule to 12/12. I was planning to put a net in this week but I'll have to swich up the positioning to make it more efficient, as they're growing like crazy and I expect they'll at least double in size,

Week 4 between 30-6 October! I feed it with additives only ones a week ! I transplant it very carefully mid week 3 and it accepted it very well! Now mid week 4 I will top it. I am welcome to any comment about the plant :)

Day 58 - Into week 9 now and she’s really budding up nicely but something is definitely a bit off with her. Most leaves on the top are starting to yellow quite a bit and I’m thinking she might be getting a bit of light burn because I had moved the lights pretty close. Was trying something new with this one and don’t think it’s working so backed the lights up to the normal height and hopefully she’ll be ok. Other than that, looking good and should be ready for more water in a couple days. Day 59 - Buds are starting to swell a bit in certain areas and getting nice and frosty. Her smell is starting to get a bit stronger too. Still have quite a bit of time left with her and she’ll be ready for water tomorrow then the watering after that, she’ll get a dose of nutes. Day 61 - Still going good and fattening up nicely. The soil was pretty dry so gave her about a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today, next watering will be with nutes. So far it doesn’t look like any of the yellowing is getting any worse so I’m thinking it was light burn. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and nothing major going on right now. Flowers are looking great and seems the bit of yellowing has slowed down or stopped but did remove a couple lower yellow and dead ones today. She’s already ready for water so tomorrow she’ll get a feeding of nutes.

Hello present and future growmies! Welcome to the start of week 9 for Queen Citronella. First things first, please go and check week 8, I update daily and the week is now complete. Day 57: Her majesty is parched and so overgrown in her space that I've decided to give her a haircut. It will hopefully make her easier to move about too. I've fertigated 10l today and performed LST adjustments and significant defoliation. Made a little collage to show the training I did. Day 58: Tried to colour correct photos. Any good? Day 60: Disaster! SOMETHING has gone horribly wrong! The Queen is unwell and now I shall try to figure out why. It seems like heat stress but I don't get how. Alright I think it is heat stress but I am not sure how, the temp hasn't gone above 26 degrees to my knowledge. Two things have changed this week first my house has been about 3 degrees warmer, and second I switched the main tent to 20 hours. I wonder if the additional time and the extra heat in the house has caused it to get too high. I have opened a flap at the side of her tent, and I am going to drop the light in the main tent down to 19h. As well as this I am now leaving a window open when the lights are on. Hopefully I can stop it getting worse but it is all over the plant. :( Okay soI think I have caused nute tox/shock - specifically I think what happened was an accidental big overdose of CalMag raising the EC too high. These symptoms came on way too fast to be a simple deficiency or lock out, and the PH wasn't so far off as to cause these issues. I've treble checked and the temp hasn't exceeded 26 degrees, nor dropped below 17. I flushed her through with PH water today approx 40 litres - until runoff was clear and correct PH. I am not going to nute her for a day or two. Day 62: I have ordered the queen a new tent. 75 x 75 x 200. She's still asleep at the moment but I'll photo her later. She's really taken a hammering from, what I now believe is, nutrient toxicity. Day 62: Her majesty is looking much revived compared with the last few days. I THINK she will be ok. I've made a video assessing the damage. Ouch. Sorry your majesty, please not off with my head! Day 63: Alright I have a new tent for her majesty arriving next week and I've new airflow for the main tent. She seems to have recovered from the burn and is stretching again. End of week summary: First big mistake and first serious issues for Citronella. Sorry about that. However she has now recovered and is growing again. I cannot undo the damage but I think I have halted any further damage. Let's see what happens next week.
