3/23: I let them go totally dry. The shortie got flushed for the first time today with about 10 gallons of warm water and Sledgehammer. I fed the big one about 3/4 gallon including terpinator, signal, sweet & sticky, cal-mag, armor si, cha ching, tiger bloom, big bloom, and humic acid. She's nowhere near to ready...but fattening nicely. 3/26: I'll flush the shortie for the second time tomorrow, and maybe water her once more before I harvest her. 3/27: Shortie got flushed for the second time today with about 8 gallons of warm filtered water with Sledgehammer and the big girl got 3/4-gallon of filtered water with signal, terpinator, cal-mag, sweet & sticky, and a little bit of cha ching.

Oct.7 day 68 buds are still stacking and getting harder every day & trichomes on all plants are now milky except for Trainwreck #2 which has turned into a long flowering sativa. Powdery mildew has gotten a little out of control on most of the potted girls so I started the long & tedious task of harvesting 1 plant per day starting with Blue Fire #1. Being a one-man operation I’m not looking forward to all the work that lies ahead however judging by the look and smell of these babies, should be well worth it in the end. Oct.8 day 69 cut down all the main colas on Blue Fire #2 & Strawberry Banana #2. Giving the lower branches a few more days to finish then chop chop and into the freezer. 😜😁👌 Oct.10 day 71 cut down all the main colas on Godfather OG #2 and keeping the rest for fresh frozen water hash. Also started trimming Godfather OG #1 eight days after she was harvested. First time drying in the garage which is detached from the house and is not insulated. Average temps in there this week were low 50's-60's F and 55-70% humidity. My concern was temps being too low and the fluctuating humidity. So far after eight days of hang drying in the garage with 2 small fans lighty blowing directly on the colas, God father OG #1 was dry and ready for final trim. That worked out better than I hoped. 🙌 Oct.11 day 72 Trainwreck #2 got chopped whole and is hanging. I would normally trim it up quite a bit before hang drying but I need a break today. Oct.12 day 73 Strawberry Banana #1 finally got chopped today. I shot a video of it in time lapse which compresses my five hour chop time to about one minute. flower week 8, 2nd week of flush and my 15th week of crappy sleep due to this VIVOSUN 4"high cfm fan. I would just get rid of it as it does not owe me anything (2 full grows) but I am planning on gifting my old complete set up to someone I know that's in need. and shit.... Spider Farmer never even got back to me....so my next grow will include my first HLG to supplement the Spider.... no contest this month due to...... well I gotta move. I don't think id be winning any contest but on the off chance I would.... address change. lol HAPPY FRIDAY

Fruity Pebbles autoflower #1 is growing great. She love the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 light, and distance I have her at. She is looking really good, and I have done some training today. Lst, defoliation, and roots pruned. Can see the ball of roots that developed from prior pruning, and roots spreading out wider vs longer. Ok, week 11, here we go! These girls are getting stinky! Upward growth has completely stopped, no change since last week, the main stem from about half way up has turned completely purple, it's now pushing to the leaves. Buds are starting to fatten, and nutrients have been consistent. Older fan leaves have faded in favor of bud production I suppose. I'm guessing about 2 more weeks to chop.

This is where I really started to take a lot more pictures! Everything was coming along great, I had some slight nutrient lockout starting this week but I took care of it quickly! They respond very well to the training.

Weekly update on these ladies. 2 of the 5 are doing amazing, super bushy and healthy as all get out. The other 3 are good but 2 aren't as bushy and the 1 that's in the Cannpot isn't liking the heat at all. But over all they're all showing growth weekly and progressing nicely. Over all they're doing good in this 100'f heat not skipping a beat. Happy Growing.

Leider war es im Gewächshaus letzte Woche zu feucht und ich musste die Pflanze etwas früher als gewollt ernten. Ein Teil der Blüten hatte angefangen Schimmel zu bilden und ich musste die Spitze entfernen.

Week 4 Broad Mite still making victim. On this week I watered she with water + diatomaceous earth Still waiting for better days, I hope hv succes 😐 Apparently the diatomaceous earth is working against broadmite 😅

Dutch Passions Shaman Die Blüte hat begonnen, ich pflücke mir einen bunten Strauß und freue mich über das tolle Wachstum der beiden Damen. Ich bin ziemlich geflasht von der Größe und Wüchsigkeit der beiden. Da ich erst Mitte Juni mit der Anzucht beginnen konnte, rechnete ich mit deutlich kleineren Pflanzen. Beide haben diese Woche Beinwell-, Brennessel- und Ackerschachtelhalm Jauche bekommen. 700 Milliliter auf 10 Liter Gießwasser. Shamanin No. 1 ist fit und gut gelaunt. Shamanin No. 2 hat leichte Chlorosen in den unteren Blättern (Foto mit Fliege), ich tippe auf Magnesiummangel und gieße ab heute präventiv Bittersalz. Sorgen mache ich mir wegen dem kleinen Topf in dem No. 2 steht. Etwas wird diese Woche passieren müssen: Umtopfen oder in den Gartenboden pflanzen. Entscheidungen treffen ist nicht meine Stärke. Ich hätte sie wohl früher in den Boden setzen sollen. Jetzt aus dem Topf rausholen wird ihr zu Beginn der Blüte nicht gefallen. Aber sie wird es wegstecken und weiter wachsen, die starke Shamanin.

So far everything is going great. Girls are are stretching nicely approx 2cm per 24h. It's looking that will cover entire scrog net with these 2 beauties. Simple plan for the week. Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net. So far nothing special, everything seems to be fine. She had some sunny days at the beginning, but weather got cloudy and relatively cold – this has slowed her growth for sure. But want her to adapt well to her conditions, so only put her inside in really cold nights. She got her endpoint directly on day 3, it's a 9L airpot. root was already at the bottom of the small starting pot. so maybe this stressed and slowed her too. Let's see how she will grow the next days. Video for this week will follow. Filming quality of my phone is not as good as would have liked it. But working on it.

Transplanted to 40l container on week 4 day 1. Container has approx 30l in it. Also added a photo of the setup for size reference. Let me explain my thinking behind the repotting strategy. Firstly I should say that I am quite an old school kind of grower, although I've never grown cannabis before I have grown hundreds of other plants. Due to my experience with other plants, I understand the value of well planned and executed transplants, they can have an absolutely transformative effect upon root systems when done properly, as far as I know it's the main reason why they are done at all. It is fair to say I have never grown any auto-flowering plant indoors before, and I have read all about how you should not transplant autos, and all the good reasons why not. Ultimately though, as I am not called UnorthadoxDude for nothing, I believe that I can make it work with an auto, and get the benefit of improved root growth pattern, without delaying or interrupting the growth. I want to have my cake and eat it, as it were. So the strategy is to avoid transplant shock, which admittedly I have already failed in the first unplanned transplant, but in my hopeful naivety I still believe I can make the second one work! I'm using coco, and I have had the larger pot prepared and have been watering and feeding them as well as the plant. If I am careful not to disturb the plant at all, and move the entire contents of the pot gently into the larger pot (which is exactly the same medium in broadly the same state), then I may be able to avoid shocking the plant and just let it crack on. We will find out in a few days! If it stops growing or slows at all then I failed, otherwise it worked! A note about my use of organic nutes with coco. I have read a lot about coco and nutes and microbes and PH and TDS and what have you, and I know that the overwhelming majority of people believe that you can't or at least shouldn't use organic nutes with coco. The thing is, I like organic gardening, I prefer to cultivate a beneficial microbiota and keep it healthy. I recycle, and reuse all my compost except where a plant is diseased and this has worked well for me for a long time. I've never grown with coco before though, I always used soil. I wanted to gain the benefits of coco (better drainage, more air to roots, lighter, less inviting to pests, etc) - but I wanted to use a method of nutrition that I was already familiar with. I think I've mentioned that I am not called UnorthadoxDude for nothing, so I am using BioBizz and coco. By adding bacterial, mycorrhizal, and trichoderma inoculants and having the unplanted coco in the tent being fed and watered I hope to have cultivated a nice microbiota which will feed my plant. That's the theory. However just in case, I have a trick up my sleeve. Now, I do not know if you are aware of this, but there is a fiery debate raging on the internet about using BioBizz organic nutes with coco for cannabis. Some people try it, most people shout it down, and I have not found much in the way of solid evidence of it being a good idea. Except one! I found a commercial grower that has used biobizz nutes, and he said that as long as you are using "Acti-Vera" you can use anything from the BioBizz organic range. Apparently the enzymes in the mix break down nutes chemically in a similar way to what the theoretically missing microbes do. So I have ordered a bottle of that, and if my microbial cultivation attempts don't work out, I at least know I have a fallback that should work. Those are my thoughts on it, let's see how it pans out. Oh I should also probably point out that I am growing some companion plants, specifically alfalfa (nitrogen fixing), basil (improved flavour), and German Chamomile (increased essential oil production). Update week 4 day 2 dropped PH to 5.8 after advice from a grow question. Look! It's carried on growing... maybe there was no transplant shock? Update week 4 day 3: Growth continues, interveinal chlorosis lessening. Plant is pushing out node five at the moment. Update week 4 day 4: Growth continues, interveinal chlorosis further lessening. Apologies for the poor quality photos for the last few days, I was lazy and didn't want to move everything out to photograph. Today I have done that and the pic is better. I am declaring the second transplant a complete success. I do not believe that plant was in any way shocked. Update week 4 say 5: I think I've finally managed to overwater. Going to skip watering today. Update week 4 day 6: Photo taken just before lights on hence wilting. Growth continues to accelerate. I believe the alfalfa has been raising the PH so I've removed it. Today I will flush through with PH lowered water and then fertigate. The colour is still too pale but the growth and overall look and feel of the plant screams to me that it's happy and about to explode. Day 27.5 flushed with 30l of PH lowered water then fertigated with 5l. Day 28: Height 12cm Width: 28cm Nodes: 6 Weekly growth data: From 5cm Height to 12cm +140% From 12cm Width to 28cm +133% From 4 primary nodes to 6 +50% Summary: Wow, wow. Wow. What else can I say. What a crazy week, amazing and unexpected given the problems. I am really excited to see what happens over the next seven days!! It looks like it has quite severe chlorosis, but otherwise seems robust and is seriously stretching. Almost unbelievable growth. Pre-flowers appeared a few days ago, so I guess this was the final week of veg. Let's see how the first week of flowering stretch goes! Update 7/2/23: My instincts about this plant on week 4 day 6 were absolutely correct, she was happy and, she was about to explode. Since my early attempts at transplanting, I practiced multiple times with Citronella (a photoperiod plant) and then I did it again with an auto (Polly) - this one went flawlessly and further demonstrates that you can transplant an auto without shocking it. Time will tell, because I can compare Polly to both Misty and Nesia both of whom were sown directly in their final pots.

FBP is starting to look really pretty, she's packing up some nice buds, if they thickens up enough,its gonna be a real good one. She's smelling fruity allready 😍 will try getting her out for some better pics for next weeks update
