Day 77 - Her flowers are forming nicely. Trichomes are forming! Starting to get stinky.

Day 27 of 12/12 Day 16 Flower Ppfd 950-1050. S44-Ionboard Ppfd 650. S11-Ionboard lightbars EC 2.0 PH 6.0 I finally caught this diary up to the current date. I apologize for my previous entries that were all done last night and kind of vague and all over the place. Today I'm doing a mild defoliation to open up the canopy and get some life pumped into these lower bud sites. She's still stretching some which I'm all for at this point although I have a few colas reaching for the sky that need dialed back a little. I'll most likely just LST them to the net if I can find spots to pull from. Defoliation is a nightmare currently. I need some kind of mission impossible harness to hang above the canopy and save my lower back lol. I ordered and installed the s11 Ionbeam led bars from AC Infinity. I currently have them in my lower canopy just below my scrog net to help her along a bit. The first night I installed them they didn't sync up with my controller 69 and she had a night light for 12 hours. Pisses me off because I should have peeked in to make sure it shut off with the main board. So later on today I'll play around with the setting between the 2 controllers and get this UIS set right. This is a prime example of jumping the gun and letting the excitement of new gear get me doing shit hastily. These bars are weak and have to be placed within inches of the canopy and then will only cover a small area efficiently. I will most likely remove em from the lower canopy and suspend them over the colas on the edges. Not sure what I was expecting from 11" light bars. Maybe I'll add them to my seedling/clone racks.

July 18 - entering the final 3 weeks of Veg for these soon to be Monsters - feeding and fertilizing plans have worked really well to this point in time. Not one crispy tip on a leaf, thats just amazing with so many plants. (One autoflower had a meltdown, pH related / doa) - Machupi’s Lady gets a visit today. Once it left my hands, there happened to be a Name Tag incident with 5 plants. And its not the first time X (my buddy) has been involved. * Thankfully this one Private Strain has developed SOOO much differently than the other 4 identical plants, its a no-brainer now as to where Machupi’s Lady is… pictures to follow. Its a day of discovery. Leda Uno x T.N.R. (Both from kc brains and the first time seeds from this pair have been grown) - for the first time I’ve posted both congo plants, you can see how the windy environment has stripped the plant, of any smaller internal leaves. The Protected Congo is building a really dense ball of foliage. 20th - TLC has been applied to some of the plants, ahead of a big storm coming our way. Bamboo tripods affixed woven through a side-branch, joined to two others. Bamboo is 6’ and is stuck/hammered 5” into the ground easily, securely. Lets the main stalk move kinda-sorta, but its always being anchored in at least one direction. - with Bilbo Haze out of the picture (4/4 male plants arghhh, gurgling slow-death sound) I have invited a Honduras x Panama sativa, from good ole Ace seeds to join us. Shes been there all along, same birthday etc. I’ve never tasted it, truly taking my collection for a walk this Summer 21st - big winds have split one of the CloudWalkers; of course, the one that was topped. With 2 plants outside this summer, that have been modified by each FIM and Topping, both of them has failed and Split. Each was and is being repaired; rope / duct tape. But thats the last limb loss for any outdoor plants right now… LST ROCKS - the other CloudWalker is Robust, and still on the Menu

This is the final week for plant #2 ,#3, #4 ,#5, #11 , #12. The other six will be kept in veg until the first six harvest. I also collected clones of the plants listed above just in case I come across a really good pheno to keep as a mother plant. Today I switched the first 6 into a 12/12 cycle.

Its been pretty smooth this week, only mistake was that the light was to close so I got lightburn and bleaching on 2 tops, lesson learned. The SF4000 is still put at 85% and im still slowly cutting down the nitrogen, im currently feeding 2:1:1 ratio of (4-18-38/magnesium sulphate/calcium nitrate)

4 of 12 Buds are finish with 20% amber Trichomes. The rest need a little more time. Smell is amazing, Whole Plant is very very sticky! Only the 4 Buds have a weight of 65gr wet..

Hey everyone! 😁 Another week, another update and I've learnt a lot this week! It seems my theory that I was underfeeding Puff was right (I mean, it's not rocket science and I confused charts haha) and I had to do something to fix this issue! Some people I talked with recommended me to buy a product called "Revive" from Advanced Nutrients since it would help with a faster recovery than just adapting the nutrients... and it seems it works! I applied it twice (this week's post) and the next and the improvements are really noticeable! (specially now!) My concern now tho is when I should start flushing! Puff should be ready soon and supposedly I should start doing it two weeks before harvest... and I should harvest when trichomes are 50 cloudy and 50 amber... but how can I tell when I those two weeks are close? The trichomes should be 20% amber? 10% amber? It's confusing! 😱 I know as well that the two weeks flush is just a number, I could also flush for one week but I still don't know WHEN it'll be the right time to start doing it but I think that by the middle of the next week or by the end of it I'll start doing it. #1 hatte 1 Woche länger gestrecht und wird auch generell 1 Woche länger brauchen als #2. Schauen aber beide gut aus! Ich bin sehr zufrieden, wirklich ein toller Strain #1 hat ein bisschen erdigere terps aber mit viel frischer Zitrone.. erinnert mich an die guava von Fastbuds #2 hat sehr süße Zitronenterps welche schon fast den Aktivkohlefilter an seine Leistungsgrenze bringen

Trychomes on the sugarleafs are 50% brown, on the flower itself maybe 10% brown.

So I am halfway through my first harvest and I'm starting to feel like I may have been impatient! Would appreciate any advice or constructive criticism from any experienced growers out there! Do you think I harvest the rest of my plant now or leave it a while? Any tips/hints on the best way to maximize bud density? Thanks in advance

I did not want to finish this grove so early, but I thought about it well and decided that it was enough to torment this bush, I found a problem in highlighting at night (6 hours) And fertilizer is not real from GHE, in my country they make fake unfortunately, you need to buy from official dealers! And Bubba Kush 2.0 gained very good THC!
